The gentleman that helped was incredibly arrogant and condescending. Customer service at Verizon is notoriously bad and the young man was insistent that Verizon has changed for the better. Even he had to stay on the line with corporate to try and help us but ultimately gave explaining that this was an anomaly. After all was completed, it turns out later we found out that Verizon had once again screwed everything up. Verizon is awful and arrogant, incompetent employees make it that much worse. read more

My husband's Iphone11 was on its last leg. We went to upgrade his phone which was eligible. We owned our phones and I did not want to upgrade nor did my daughter. We also have my MIL on our plan. We only needed one phone but the salesmen insisted that we need to upgrade as it was such a great deal. I was tired and gave in. Then he adds the protection plan that adds $60.00 a month after we said we did not want it. He said we should try it. Well, I cancelled that as soon as we left. After thinking over all this we have decided to return tomorrow and undo this whole transaction. The new plan he put 3 of the four lines on is $15 more a month. I am so mad that I let him bully me into this. I am going to get this undone and we are leaving Verizon. #notbullyingme read more

Had my LG phone on life support, and when it finally would not take a charge, the burial time arrived. Easy sell to a Samsung 21 phone with Rich C. as my sales rep. Was thrilled to be eligible for promotions. There were some minor headwinds with setup; I left happy with new fone +accessories. Glitch occurred when I could not receive texts from my iPhone family members. On Rich's day off, he referred me to Kyle after stating: It must be the SIM CARD: Kyle fixed it adeptly, but that lasted only 36 hours. Verizon tech in FFX fixed it again: good for 36 hours. (These tech adjustments are above my paygrade.) After my tech support call with APPLE, I was told: "It must be a defective Sim card." Rich put a new one in, and I am counting on more 36 hours of two-way text messaging w/family. Bottom Line: WORTH THE WAIT. Everyone tried so hard, so politely. Patient customers can get great results from these polite Verizon Cellular Sales reps. I will be back, just hope it is not before this Samsung is on life support: hoping for 2+years of smooth sailing. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The staff was so rude and disrespectful to myself and my daughter. I will just have to drive to Winchester if I have needs that cannot be met online or via phone call. Jessica and Jacob were so rude and talked down to me for hours. "Customer service Jessica left at 7" was an actual quote from that night. I lost count of how many times the word stupid was used. Jacob is dating the boss' daughter so I doubt any of my words matter but I will never return. It amazes me that people can be so rude. read more

I went to the store just add my husband's cell phone to my plan. We met with Lena and she was fantastic! She checked out my existing plan, and looked at what offers we could take advantage of and we ended up with 2 upgraded phones, unlimited service, upgraded protection plan and only ended up paying $7 for the whole transaction. Plus I now have a decrease in my monthly bill. It was well worth the visit! Lena was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her and this Verizon store. read more

I would steer clear of this store. STRAIGHT UP LIARS. I was told by AT&T that my phone (iPhone 6) was unlocked since I paid for it. They said to go to any verizon store and change to their sim. So I went to this store to do so and sign up for Verizon. The representative in this store told me that AT&T phones do not work on Verizon network. My phone was ready for an update, so I went in and picked out a phone. They didn't have the phone I wanted and said I had to order it but that it could only be delivered to this store. I was only in town for the weekend so this wasn't going to work for me. My sister had an upgrade too so she picked out a phone, etc. But they used MY upgrade for her phone which I thought wasn't a big deal. However, when I went to a different Verizon store and asked to use the other upgrade (my sister's upgrade) for the Edge plan, they said they couldn't because it wasn't MY upgrade. So, I had to give my old phone to use the upgrade. I was planning to give my old phone for $100 of credit but nope, Verizon disappointed. I just want my $100. read more

I visited the store on Tuesday evening right before closing time just to look at new phones. I had decided that I was ready to upgrade, just not sure what phone I wanted. Even though I couldn't stay due to having to pick up my daughter, Jessica was more than willing to stay late to help me. I told her I would come back the next day, so she gave me her card saying she was not going to be working, but if I wanted, she would come in to help me. I called her Wednesday afternoon and we set up a time to meet at the store. I'm so glad I made that call! When I told her I had decided to go with an iphone (100.00 less than the phone we had looked at the night before) she immediately supported my decision and switched gears to help me find the best phone for my needs. She also showed me a plan that would allow me to get the new phone and keep my bill basically the same. She spent a full 3 hours with me, answering questions, setting up my new phone, helping me to transfer data from my old phone, downloading applications, setting up new accounts, basically making sure I that when I left the store I would be a confident first time iphone user. I was impressed by the way in which Jessica and the other employee ( Mr. Sugars) supported each other by sharing knowledge, his being more extensive of iphones, to make sure I got accurate information. Based on my experience; I would without hesitation, recommend that anyone looking for a new phone work with Jessica Cruz.
