I'd felt like I'd been overpaying for internet service from Cox and both neighbors and family members recommended trying T-Mobile as they were getting excellent service while paying half of what I was. I have my phone service with T-Mobile so decided to give them a try for internet. The store itself is immaculate and the people working here are friendly, professional, and helpful. Sarah enthusiastically helped me, providing me with a wealth of information, answering all my questions, and informing me about a special free offer they had for long-term customers like me (I've had my cell service with them for 17 years). She was the epitome of exemplary customer service. I liked that T-Mobile gave me a week to try the internet service out and, if it didn't work well or I didn't like it, I could return the equipment, no charge. Sarah told me to call her if I had any problem setting up the system, placed my new router (they call it Gateway) and amplifier (Mesh) in a bag, and off I went. While this review is for the store experience and superb customer service, I must say that after an easy set-up, I'm quite happy with my T-Mobile internet service.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and my experience at the Verizon location on…read moreChapman Avenue in Orange was incredibly disappointing. I purchased my new iPhone 17 from Christopher at this location on July 3, 2026. During the first week, I noticed that the phone was getting extremely hot. Because it was brand new and otherwise working well, I unfortunately assumed it was part of the initial setup process and did not immediately return to the store. Fast forward to Saturday, September 5. My phone suddenly would not charge, connect, or function properly. It was also becoming SO hot that while carrying it in the pocket of my scrub pants, I had to remove it several times because I was genuinely concerned it could burn me. I made an appointment at this Verizon location for after my hospital shift. I was working in South County and even left my shift early so I could make it to my 5:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, the two employees were assisting other customers, so I waited. While waiting, I repeatedly heard them telling customers, "We close at 6," making it very clear that closing time was their priority. I was finally helped around 5:30 PM. I explained everything that was happening with the phone, including the excessive heat and the fact that it was no longer charging or connecting. Christopher immediately told me that I "needed to get there before 3 PM." This made absolutely no sense considering I had made an appointment, arrived before closing, and the store was open until 6 PM. He then told me that every carrier would do the same thing--T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.--because it was a warranty issue and that I would need to go to Apple. I explained that I also have insurance coverage through Verizon. Again, I was told that "it's a process" and that I needed to have come in before 3 PM. My biggest issue is not simply that my phone malfunctioned. Electronics can have defects. My issue is the complete lack of effort, concern, and customer service I received when I came back to the store that sold me the phone. I purchased this phone from this location. I made an appointment. I rearranged my workday and left my hospital shift early to get there. I arrived while the store was still open. I explained that the device was becoming dangerously hot, and instead of someone taking the time to help me understand my options or assist me with the next step, I felt like the priority was getting me out of the store so everyone could leave at 6 PM. After more than 20 years with Verizon, this is absolutely not the level of professionalism or customer service I have come to expect. There are other Verizon locations in the area. Based on my experience here, I would HIGHLY recommend choosing another one.

When you walk into the store, it feels very open and airy (unlike other cell phone stores). We were greeted by Jassy and she was a HUGE help and very welcoming. She was enthusiastic about answering all of our questions and was very patient when we had to do some translating for my grandma (she's Korean so her English is limited). I am very appreciative of Jassy not being pushy with us and being a great conversationalist. The one downside about this store is that it does not have a lot of phone accessories, which is understandable because it is a fairly new store. However, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants to do the basics like switch cell carriers, upgrade a phone or just buy a whole new phone.
