Don't ever do business with theses people. Also, this is the same owners that were caught putting water in the gas and had charges filed on them by the DA's office.

Jessica has been in business since 2008 and has been at The Paseo (formerly Paseo Colorado) in Old Town Pasadena for many years, though in different mall locations. She also graciously validates parking. I came in late afternoon to have her inspect my older Samsung phone. Parts took two days to arrive; if you go early enough, they sometimes come the next day. She orders Samsung screens made in Korea. They are not OEM, but mine passed the fingerprint sensor configuration test, which is important. You want to see if the screen's sensitivity is working properly. If you don't want fingerprint login, just delete it after the test. There's a 90-day warranty. I returned two days later. She installed the replacement screen and camera while I waited in the lobby. There's a comfortable black couch and a nice view of shoppers at The Paseo. She really rescued this phone. Another shop had damaged the camera while replacing a cracked screen and sold me a knockoff that developed vertical lines in under a year and wasn't touch-sensitive. Jessica replaced that non-Korea screen and fixed the camera. If you need Samsung repair, go to Cosmo. Wherever you take the phone, ask for a Korea-made screen and confirm it passes the fingerprint sensor configuration test before you leave.
