    Pork soup dumplings

I highly recommend the beef stir-fry noodles! They were so flavorful and had great wok hei, unlike any other noodle dish I've tried. The pork soup dumplings were large but didn't have too much flavor. The noodles were around $18, which is super expensive for the amount of food you get, but everything else in the Ponce Market is basically the same price. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the food, and there was no one else at the restaurant.

So delicious! Pork soup dumplings. I pin pricked the top of mine and poured some sauce in each one

It's a convenient Vietnamese inspired grab and go kiosk in Ponce City Market. They make the food fresh so I wouldn't say they're the fastest but the food is served hot! I had pork soup dumplings and oh my goodness, they were amazing. Flavorful, hot, large portion and filling. The sauce that came with it compliments it nicely. I ended up making small holes in the tops of the dumplings to pour the sauce in directly to the filling. Ginger on the side for palate cleansing. Friendly staff. Love the Asian market atmosphere. Somewhat pricy but to be expected in Atlanta in a market like this. Definitely will return!

First time here. However, at the time I got there they where sold out of a few menu items. So we chose the Pork Boa Bun and the steam soup dumpings. Service was great and pretty fast considering it was a pretty busy day. Once we got our food at first glance the Boa was clear it was more bread than meat. The taste wasn't great. As for the soup dumplings, I should have chosen something else. The soup was bland and the dumplings itself was very small. I really couldn't complain as much seeing that I am inside a food court type environment.

Wanted to try the shrimp dumplings but they were sold out... there were sold out of quite a few things. I tried the chicken bao first it tasted good but I do feel it could have had more meat filling. The pork soup dumplings were good. We were told no matter what we ordered it would be a 15min wait but it didn't seem like it took that long. This stall is located inside Ponce city market so it was really busy in this area

Delicious soup dumplings. Spot at the end of the Eastern side of the food hall. The service was great! As soon as I walked up I was kindly greeted. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, served with the perfect sauces.

Having been at least once every couple months for years, it's our Chinese comfort food as dim sum is meant to be. Although I would recommend arriving at anytime they are open, we find the absolute best time for dim sum is to arrive right at opening on Saturday or Sunday. This time lets us beat the wait, get a great table fast, and the food is super plentiful, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The chrysanthemum tea is a must have and complements the food as a perfect, tasty, and just sweet enough palate cleanser (although I would prefer to add the rock sugar myself to my tea, they serve it with sugar already inside the pot). For the absolute best pairing with your chrysanthemum tea, make sure to save room for the awesome pineapple buns while supplies last. They were out today and we all collectively cried (will be going back just for the pineapple buns soon...we are just not complete without them!). We love all the dishes, but our absolute favorites (outside of the pineapple buns) are the pork spare ribs with black bean, the beef rice rolls/noodles, shrimp dumplings, and turnip cakes. Add some spicy sauce to the spare ribs and turnip cakes to really set them off! For iced coffee lovers who like it really strong, don't pass up on the iced coffee. It has legs that are strong enough to walk, but completely complements the dim sum with a little extra boost to help you enjoy the day. So, I challenge others to find a better dim sum place in Atlanta. That is why Canton House earns my 5th star and looking forward to getting my pineapple buns (really) soon!

The restaurant itself is pretty small and stays BUSY, which isn't surprising once you taste the food. Everything we ordered had so much flavor. We tried the shrimp fried rice, Shanghai soup dumplings, scallion beef, and the traditional pan fried pork buns, and I honestly enjoyed all of it. The soup dumplings were a standout, and the scallion beef was packed with flavor. The only downside was the service. Everyone was friendly, but they were clearly overwhelmed. It took a while to get attention, and the food came out whenever it was ready instead of all at once. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it's definitely something to expect if you're dining in. Overall, the food was absolutely worth the visit. Next time, I think I'd order takeout instead because the quality of the food was excellent, and it seems like that might be the best way to enjoy it.

Parking may seem tight but there is plenty more behind the building so don't be discouraged. I would suggest making a reservation by calling (if you have a large group) as there can be a wait on busy weekend days. I personally love most of their dumplings - soup dumplings, pork, lamb and zucchini. I've ordered the chive dumplings a few times but the chives always ends up being very overpowering. The dumplings are made by hand and come out steaming hot and fresh. They also have a selection of rice and noodles and other dishes which we have ordered but not as the main attraction. I'll be back here without a doubt when I have my next dumpling craving.

Everything was DELICIOUS. The scallion bubble pancake came out HOT, like hurt-to-touch HOT. It was crispy and airy. It was served with a side of mild curry sauce. The noodles, lamb, and eggplant came out hot temperature-wise as well, but they were also hot spice-wise, especially the cumin lamb. The spice levels cleared my sinuses, LOL. But though I struggled with the spice, I kept on eating because all of the dishes were delicious and flavorful. The tender lamb was served on little skewers. The dry fried eggplant was super crispy; the pieces were shaped like spicy fries. I liked Grandma's noodles even more. The noodles had that bouncy, chewy, hand-pulled feel and were covered in vinegar & hot chili oil. I appreciated the portions. Despite being an appetizer, Grandma's Noodles came out on a large plate, and for being small plates, the eggplant and lamb were pretty filling. The service was also friendly and attentive. My food came out quick, and the staff constantly kept my glass of water filled. My only annoyance was the $1 charge for the bowl of white rice, but the food and service more than made up for that small, inexpensive annoyance.
