Still my absolute favorite breakfast/brunch shop in the local area! It's still the go-to place I frequent with my mom when I'm in town. And it's very conveniently located, close to the heart of Exton. Easy place to meet up with friends and catch up over a meal. Bonu's is so cozy. It's a clean, quiet hole-in-the-wall cafe. And the owner and staff are some of the warmest people I've ever met. If you're coming with a big group, just know the seating is more limited. However, the folks here always do their best to help accommodate guests. The food is consistently high quality, generous, and freshly prepared. Coffee is always hot. Occasionally, there are new items to watch out for, like the new grilled chicken pesto sandwich -- it was positively divine. My friend turned us on to this place. After going today, my husband and I both agreed: what took us so long to try this place?! Apparently this restaurant has been open for 8+ years, and today was our first time. We had breakfast today. The breakfast burrito that my husband had was stuffed full of yummy fresh food. The only mistake we made was not dining here before in our (20) years living in Exton. Upon a recommendation , my wife and I had lunch last week. We had the Cobb salad with chicken, (which was plentiful and great tasting ), along with the lamb gyro with extra tzatziki. I love everything about Bonu. The breakfast burrito is my favorite but other breakfast options are great. The gyros and the sunrise explosion salad are really good, as are the fish, tacos and many other foods! Our favorite, are the southwestern egg rolls. Delicious! Love the vibe there! read more

Based on word-of-mouth I have been wanting to try the dinner deluxe special. I ordered the chicken and beef kabobs. It came with a beautiful grilled garden medley of yellow and green zucchini, carrots, onions, and tomatoes, a large order of freshly made basmati rice, a tray of Greek salad, and a container of Italian bread slices. The total came to $47, a terrific value for not just the amount of food, but most importantly, the quality. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The chicken and beef were especially moist and succulent. After a long work week it was really nice to pick up this family meal which was plenty for myself and my two young adult sons, with leftovers through the weekend. My first time going and I'll definitely be coming back. Let me start by saying the atmosphere in there is awesome and that alone made me want to stay, I got an order to go, and I accidentally took home the chicken tacos which I can't complain about, they were so so so good, and I'll be getting them again. John helped me out and he was a total sweetheart, he let me keep the chicken tacos and drove my original order over to me even though I was just gonna come back and get them, my original order "the chicken kebab dinner" with grilled vegetables, saffron rice, and a Greek salad on the side, if you can even call it a side salad, the amount of food you get from your money is more than I could've asked, 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming again don't skip out on this place. read more

Got something simple chicken fingers and fries. I loved that the chicken fingers were fresh and hand breaded by the store and not the frozen ones that come in a box. Fries were good but I really loved that they actually read my note and put the ketchup on my fries most places don't do that they'll just give you 30 packets of ketchup. Hidden secret in Exton PA. Excellent meals at very reasonable prices. We live in the area and have been here again and again.

Skip it. First of all when you want water it's a open pitcher just shoved in a corner of the "coffee station". Water was luke warm and where pitcher is they should never have an OPEN top container. And was ice extra? Secondly, when you pay for orange juice it is the cheap bottled Minute Maid like they used to serve in day camps years ago. I ordered corned beef hash with fried eggs. I did not order a corn beef hash with fried eggs over. Or fried eggs over easy. What I got were the equivalent of broken hard boiled eggs over corned beef hash where the hash was fine but the corn beef were odd slices like they picked it up at the deli. Also you could taste the taste of other cooking and what I ordered because it was done on obviously a not so clean grill top. When they were originally located down route 30 in Malvern/Frazer they were very good. Now they are not which is a shame they are nice people. read more

Ordered the burger because I when I saw the menu I wasn't sure what the theme was, but thought why not just get a burger. When I walked in and saw the full menu I was disappointed I didn't get something Mediterranean, but the staff was very friendly and got my food hot to go. The burger was fantastic and my fiancée got two kolaches which are made fresh every day. Burger came with lots of fries which were also very tasty and the temperature was perfect. The spices are carefully paired for each dish, leaving a unique tasting experience. We recently discovered the kolaches here.
