I was about 45 minutes early and 4th in line. And by the time the place opened, there were at least 20 people behind me. This was on a relatively cold day at around 30 degrees or colder even and I had double layers coat, pants, socks, and still felt slightly cold waiting. I also watched them serve up slightly warmed raw potatoes that sat on the grill for less than 5 minutes.
