Terrible service. Food and service have gone downhill, and prices are outrageous for what you get. We will never go back.

We love coming to bonefish for the food and service! I'm giving four stars for the quality of the poke bowl. It just didn't do it for me. For a fish place, I'd expect more authentic flavoring. Instead, I'd describe the bowl like a salad. However, sirloin, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts are to die for! read more

Great ambiance. Good food. Awesome service. My steak had really good flavor but was tough. No one else's steak was tough at our table, so I must have just gotten a bad cut. We tried the BFG fries which are fairly new on the menu. Fries with crab meat and Bang Bang sauce. They were excellent! read more

The bang bang ship was good. It's always good for the most part. The asparagus on my plate was greasy. The salmon was greasy my friend ordered fried cauliflower. Of course that was greasy and flavorless. If you didn't have a dipping sauce, you'd be lost of course I wanted to taste it without the sauce and the breading has absolutely no flavor, just wasted calories on a fried veggie. I had a $10 reward that I forgot to use sure could've used it to help pay for some of this. The potatoes were kind of paste like. I hope they were real. they had lumps, but they tasted like that stuff in the box? I've tasted the junk in the box at a friends once.. horrible! and this reminded me of those.. I wanted to be impressed, but I wasn't. And the kids they have at the door the greeters get rid of them not only do they look bad they've got zero style or personality. read more

I went on a Monday when they offer $5 drinks. The drinks were great, and the food was solid. The only issue was the service...even though it wasn't busy, it was still slow. read more

Martini with dirty glass, silverware with food stuck on it, and a bug in a booth that won't go away. I don't think I will be coming back. It took three drinks for me to get a clean cup, I had to request hot water for my silverware, and I asked to be moved because of the bug. My waitress never moved me. This was such a disappointment! read more

My fiancé and I had a gift card for Bonefish Grill and had never been before! I spent the night before searching on Yelp for the insider secrets on what I needed to try. Everything looked so good that I literally didn't decide until 1 minute before ordering. First things first, we made a reservation which was a good move considering we went at 7pm on a Friday. I was worried that I was overdressed on the car ride over, but as I was walking in I was very pleased with how nice it was! The lighting was dimmed, the candles were lit, and the vibe was definitely impressive. There were groups of people dressed in all kinds of ways so don't feel like you need to be date-night dressed, but I didn't feel weird that I was. We were seated and immediately greeted by a server who brought us water. A second server came by and asked if we wanted anything else to sip on. I ordered a Coral Reef Punch which features both pineapple and orange juice as well as a blend of Malibu rum and Bacardi. My fiance ordered a crushed pineapple martini. Those came out quickly after ordering and were so cutely garnished! It was love at first sip, though I will say I wanted to steal his once I took a sip! The pineapple flavor was so fresh in both! As an appetizer, we got the Bang Bang Shrimp. I think as first time goers it was something like a right of passage to order this. It's the #1 thing I hear about when I've asked about this restaurant. A server brought it out along with some fresh bread and oil. He asked us if we wanted chopsticks and we were both brave enough to accept. My fiancé did pretty well with those, but I switched to a fork pretty soon into it! The shrimp was the perfect blend of crispy and creamy. The sauce was subtly sweet but not lacking in the savory and salty flavor that makes breaded shrimp so good. They serve it on a bed of lettuce so occasionally a piece sticks to it, but it didn't affect the flavor at all. For the main event, I ordered one of their specials, Linguine Del Mar. He ordered Mahi-Mahi and shrimp and chose rice and vegetables as his sides. Those came out in enough time for us to finish our appetizer but not too long after ordering. As they were serving the food, I knew we were in for a treat. The linguine featured shrimp and scallops and the sides of the plate were lined with mussels. The sauce was a butter wine sauce with tomatoes mixed in. I will admit, I'm not a huge lover of mussels, and these were no exception. However, the scallops and shrimp in the buttery sauce were perfection. There was so much sauce on the plate that I used a piece of bread to soak it up and get to really enjoy the flavor. Overall, I was so happy with my selection, and I was even able to save about half for the next day. My fiancé's meal was also incredible. Something about the most incredibly seasoned piece of fresh mahi-mahi over rice is just exactly what you think of when you think of seafood. I snuck a bite and was so pleased. The vegetable was a lemon spinach, but neither of us were fans of it. It just didn't taste like there was any flavor other than steamed spinach. But we weren't heartbroken over this! The biggest credit that is due to Bonefish Grill isn't even that their food is tasty, it's that their servers and kitchen staff know how to treat their guests. Every person that came to the table treated their job as if it were important, which it is! I can't give enough praise for the team at this location. I definitely hope to be back someday!! 5/5 stars for sure! read more

Just eh. We ordered family meals as a take out l. That might have been the mistake. We ordered bang bang shrimp tacos and grilled chicken. Both came with all the fixings and salad plus cookies. The shrimp was tasty but not really crispy anymore. The chicken was a bit dry. The sauce that came with chicken was good. Would have to try dining in another time. read more

Ohhhh my goodness. We had a Yelp event here and after loving the tasty bites we sampled, I brought my husband back to enjoy it too. One of my favorite things we tried before was the apple martini and since it's only available in October, we went back to get it again. It's cinnamon, apple and vodka that they soak for six days to reach it's delicious taste. It's fall in a glass and was just as good round two. The bartenders were also super nice and were comparing crazy, loaded Bloody Mary photos with guests at the bar and brainstorming other fun drinks they could make. We got sat within about twenty minutes (with no reservation) and enjoyed a huge booth. Our server knew the specials well and was very attentive. After eating our entire bang bang shrimp appetizer and the entire loaf of bread, I was FULL. My smart(er) husband waited to eat until his entree arrived and enjoyed a good burger. I originally was going to back to get the swordfish and pumpkin ravioli entree (I never tried swordfish until I came here and it was surprisingly INCREDIBLE), but they had already run out of it for the evening. I'll go get it next fall! Instead, I ordered the small filet with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. It was incredible and I got a box to finish it the next day. We were both impressed with the quality of the food and the nice staff and will definitely be back! read more

Our trip to Gatlinberg was canceled due to the hurricane aftermath, So we opted to go out to dinner for my husband's 70th birthday. We went to bonefish grill on 10/1. Service sucked. Waiting at least 15-20 minutes between courses. The main entrees came out before our soup/salads. Needless to say, the entrees were not very warm. As a bandaid, they took 1/2 off the check and gave us $50 in gift cards. This is the first time we have had issues with bonefish in the years we've been eating there. Well, today I looked at the gift cards they gave me because I was thinking about going there for our weekly date night dinner. Both $25 cards had expiration dates prior to the date we had gone (10/1). The manager giving us expired cards was pretty low to say the least. I think we will be shopping for a new seafood restaurant for future date nights. read more

After you sign up for their Dine Rewards program, occasionally they will email you special offers. Recently, I was given a $5 perk toward my meal here, Bonefish, LongHorn, or Fleming's. Be sure to make a qualify visit of $20 before tax, tip, alcohol, etc. (see terms and conditions) to go toward your 6 months activity period. This time I decided to try something different. Filet mignon - yes butterfly in order to quicken my cook time for well done. The steak was seasoned with salt and pepper. Nothing fancy but tasted fine. I kept thinking that my meal with sides was so equally sized. During this pandemic, I was offered 2 visits with a qualified purchase. I had to take them up on their offer. I was debating on the 8 oz. salmon or the 6 oz. filet mignon. Was craving steak, which may be in short supply. So, I returned last night for curbside with their limited menu; this time no jasmine rice so I tried their broccoli without vegetable butter. Same great eating experience. read more

Fun to be able to finally dine out indoors again !! We stopped by Bonefish Grill for drinks and appetizers tonight. We ate in the bar - our waiter/bartender Ryan was very attentive. My wife had a Tropic Heat Martini and I had a glass (or two) of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. For appetizers we shared the Bang Bang Shrimp and Calamari. Both were served in about 15 minutes. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. Bonefish Grill is about as fresh seafood as you'll get in Indiana. read more

Do NOT order from "a second party." We ordered to go and spent over $100 and it was absolutely awful. The WORST fish we've ever had. My husband got the seabass and it was rubber and hard. I got the mahi mahi and it was over cooked and tasted like chicken. We also got sides of the risotto and look like they accidentally spilt the sauce all over and served anyways. Called the store talked to the manager hoping they would easily say they would recook and we could pick up at the LEAST... nope said since it was a third party site we ordered from they can't do anything. Which clearly they could have. Awful food and awful management. read more

It was soooo good to be home and have my favorite drink. I was so happy there was a familiar face behind the bar that knows how to make the mango sidecar. You HAVE to try this drink next time you're having dinner, you won't be disappointed. I also had the bang bang shrimp and Caesar salad, they were both as good as I remember them being. I always enjoy binefish. Great service and great food. Love the bang bang shrimp everytime. Usually order the salmon which is always good.

Our server Nicole took great care of us! We even ordered the wrong wine and she removed it from our bill! Our food was alright, vegetables were delicious - my friends lobster tail was chewy like a steak and it was also removed from the bill as well. Honestly, the Bang Bang Shrimp, bread and desserts were by far the best parts of the meal! I've had Bonefish Grill in Chicago, so I'm not sure what the issue is with the lobster.. read more

The Shrimp Taco's I ordered were not fresh and the spice they used to cover it up was to spicy and missing the lettuce. I wanted a refund and they refused to at the Keystone Location. Never again will I order. I will be contacting the BOH to investigate them for selling old shrimp and trying to cover it up .They got paid and refused to refund. Not to mention the bitchy attitude from "Lyndsey" the manager in regard to not helping either. Besides the food was not sealed up and I was told that they didn't have to , nor were they required to. So that speaks a lot about how they serve you food which is considered unsafe as well. Just in general this location is completely trash between the shitty staff , the uncleanliness, and lack of respect is just out of this world. read more

This place needs to shut down. I don't do reviews very often but I couldn't pass this up. We were seated in the bar area which we requested. Our server was in a big hurry! When I go out to dinner, I like to relax, visit, take my time and just enjoy the experience. We each ordered a glass of wine, he ordered a bowl of chowder and I ordered the house salad. Before we got our wine, my fiance got his soup delivered (2 min after ordering) and I didn't get my salad. I kid you not, 4 minutes later our dinners were delivered by some young kid. I said "I haven't received my salad and his soup just got delivered. We aren't ready for our dinners" He took them back. Our server appeared with my salad and apologized and said the salad was on them. Ok fine. I was enjoying my salad, he was half way through his soup and here comes our dinners again!!!!!!!! All this happened within 10-15 minutes of being seated. It was not busy at all and I felt so rushed. I'm a personal chef and I cook 5-6 days a week, so going out is a treat. A good server observes and pays attention to timing of when things are brought out. Bonefish Grill has run its course. Shut the doors. read more

So so good! We came here to celebrate my sisters career and I'm glad we chose this place. They followed all safety measures and sat people every other table. All staff was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available throughout the restaurant. Our waitress was fabulous and attentive. She let us know the specials and answered any questions we had. She also brought out bread to start while we looked over the menu. We started off with the imperial dip and it is a must get! So good and flavorful. For our entrees, we each got different meals. I ordered the shrimp and scallops that came with two sides of choice. Can't go wrong with the veggies and garlic mashed potatoes! I can't remember what my sisters ordered but theirs were absolutely delicious as well. One had salmon and some noodles and the other was something like a seafood gnocchi. Yes my service was perfect knowledgeable waiter, we went during social hour recommended by an elite member of yelp on Monday we had great cocktails the blue berry lemon drop was amazing! I took my mother for the first time she came into town. We had the bang bang shrimp, imperial crab dip, asparagus and crab cakes food was hot juicy crab cakes full of lump crab meat chips were hot asparagus fresh! Bang bang shrimp terrific as always. I was surprised it wasn't a packed house. Low light, table clothes, chop sticks and very friendly front desk service. Felt like a great big hug upon entering. We got a table as opposed to the usual bar seats we like to get but nonetheless we still were able to get all the bar deals. We usually save spots like this for special occasions. My hubby recently took me for my birthday. Great place for celebrations and a little upscale seafood dinner! I am picky on my seafood in Indiana but this place does a lot of things well with their dishes. I got the Baja Shrimp and Scallop Scampi on their seasonal specials menu and it was phenomenal. The bay scallops were perfectly squishy and delicate. The shrimp were well cooked and not chewy like many restaurants around Indianapolis. I was very impressed. The Shrimp Rangoon dip was also amazing with soft baby shrimp amidst a Rangoon spread, could've used some more chips though.
