My family and I dine at bonefish grill on a regular basis. I read a recent review stating a young lady name Essence was a complaint, sneezing, coughing ect. While engaging with the guest. That complaint didnt sit well with myself and my family. (Also noticing the person left 13 complaints the same about other establishments)!! Essence has always been professional, smiles, very helpful and kind, even willing to go the extra mile and hold the door open for us. Essence has always been a pleasure. This is allergy season, not every person in America have the coronavirus!The comment about bonefish grill not having "purell" like the complainer CAROL C., stated was also rude! This is our favorite go to restaurant when my husband and I sneak out during the week. If we can make the happy hour its a great deal. They have 5 dollar drinks and 5 dollar shared apps. The drinks are great, I love the ultimate dirty martini. You can never go wrong with an order of the bang bang shrimp, but don't overlook some of the other great apps as well. The Chilean sea bass with mango salsa is one of my favorite entrees. I recently just tried the white truffle Mac and cheese as a side and it was delicious. My husband and I often ask to split a salad Caesar salad between us and that's plenty. The only con here is its busy and I don't believe they take reservations, that's why we stick to week nights. read more

I have been to several Bonefish in about 7 states. The food was always great at all that i had gone. The service is great and help and managers are always making sure that your food and service was taken care of. The food is always delicious and although this sounds ridiculous for a seafood place, their steak is the best i ever had. That says alot about a seafood place but it is true. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. The Bang Bang Shrimp are also amazing. You will never be disappointed. read more

This is part of the Carrabas, Outback group. Again, I am not a chain restaurant person but I have to say for the price it is fresh and pretty darn good. Servers etc. are friendly and know the menu. They will let you pick what you want with your meal. Nice choice of foods,wines and beer. read more

I really like this place. The food is always delicious. While it's usually always busy, it's worth the wait. Hubby and I had dinner here tonight and started with the bang bang shrimp (Wednesdays it's $6!) It took a little time to come out but it was delicious when we got it. I had the crab encrusted cod with potatoes au gratin and broccoli. The fish was very good- very white and the crab was tasty. My husband had the filet mignon and crab cake dinner which he said was delicious and cooked perfectly. We finished with the seasonal dessert, berry bread pudding. It wasn't your traditional bread pudding- it was almost like a French toast taste! It was served with vanilla ice cream covered in caramel and berries with a raspberry sauce- so good! Well things were going great till I ate the Sea-bass the most expensive dish at a fish restaurant and I get food poisoning. My boyfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday!! We go almost every week to the bonefish in brick, and we never had a bad meal. If you go on Tuesday they have a great deal call hooked on Tuesday when you get a salad entrée an appetizer for the same price. They also have a rewards wear when you go at least three times and spend at least $20 on the fourth time you go you get 50% off up to $20. They also have an early bird that goes up in till 630. We were a party of 11 and the service was expeditious and very friendly. My wife and I had the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer (to die for). I had the Crab topped Atlantic Cobia and my wife had the Crab-Crusted Alaskan Cod. Both were quite good, however there was a side dish that was supposed to be Potatoes Au Gratin which was a disappointment. Nov 26,2016 Salmon overdone, stringbeans right from the garden and on your plate. Now I like vegetables al dente, but not raw. So the protein the cook ruined by over cooking and the vegetable was ruined because it was just out the bag and onto the plate. Shrimp and scallops were tasty but the size of the shrimp and the scallops have become smaller ( this is a way to save money and Bonefish hopes that the customer does not notice, much). Well this consumer does. The shrimp were fast food tiny.The french fries are coated and not the kind that any, and I mean any restaurant will serve in the 21st century. How about some fresh cut fries? I guess too much effort. The cole slaw was good. Oh, and by the way the staffs white jackets seemed cleaner tonight. At least Bonefish is paying attention to something. Too bad that it doesn't pay attention to ALL THINGS. At the beginning of the evening I was considering purchasing a gift card for one of my kids. My family ordered a family sized meal order to go. We drove over, waited 20 minutes while we watched other people (who came after us) get their food within 5 minutes. After this we got home, opened up our bags we were disappointed to see the absence of tortillas for our tacos. Along with the sides of vegetables AND mashed potatoes, gone. Not only were we specific of our order over the phone, but our sides came with the damn meals!!! We had to drive back and get what we needed causing us to have a cold meal on my mom's birthday. I love Bonefish Grill. I actually used to be a hostess and a server at Bonefish in a neighboring state. The food is great, and the service is always on-par. The management has a firm guide as to how the servers should handle their tables, and they do it so well. So this review has nothing to do with the food or server aspect of this restaurant. Unfortunately, the hostess stand at this location is atrocious. They are the first ones to see you walk in, and the last ones to see you leave, and (in my opinion) can make or break my experience at a restaurant. I hadn't even walked in the door (merely called to make a reservation) and was rudely greeted, as if I was interrupting the hostess' day by calling. She spoke broken English. She told me that there were reservations available, then told me that there were none even remotely around the time I had asked, but also added that "other people had called way ahead of me, like a week, so there wasn't even a chance I'd get a reservation today" and then asked me if I understood, like I was an idiot. I requested a specific server, and she told me she had no idea who that was, and that she wasn't working, when I had already spoken to her and she said she was working. She then butt into my sentence, and asked for my phone number. I am absolutely appalled that after the second time I called, I was still treated the same. Maybe they should go through hostess etiquette class again, at least this particular hostess. read more

Another excellent meal! Great calamari appetizer. The crab cakes and filet mimon were delicious. I would order the entree without hestitation. Our server Gabbie was awesome! Great service. My only issue was the special chocolate Creme Brulee. It was more of a pudding then a creme brulee. I would go with my wifes favorite of the Macademian nut Brownie Sundae. The rest of my dining party ordered salmon and chicken and agreed that everything thing was average. So I would suggest making a reservation to be on the safe side. Nice menu with diverse offerings. We always order the bang bang shrimp. Happy hour ends at 6:30 so get there and get your drink orders in. We were hesitant to try Bonefish Grill, but now we are hooked. Their mussels are to die for and so is the bang bang shrimp. Excellent for full meals or just appetizers. The steak is also superb there. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. There is something for everyone on their menu. Specialty drinks are delicious and not your run of the mill stuff. Good selection of wines and full bar. Overall, we were pretty impressed for this being a chain restaurant. This is such a great restaurant for everyone! It's perfect for families even though there is a bar. My daughter had the Shrimp Pad Thai it was a perfect mix between sweet and spicy. I had the ceviche and it was good but a bit too much garlic it was nothing like a real Peruvian dish. My husband had the lobster tails and they were cooked great the mash potatoes were just right along with the asparagus. The service was excellent it was beyond outstanding you actually see the servers checking each and every glass with a flashlight to check its cleanliness. My family and I had Easter Dinner at the Bonefish in Brick, NJ today. There were 7 of us including 2, 90+ year old Grand Dames as we fondly call them. (Not easy for them to get around anymore) Our meal was as good as it always is at Bonefish, we love it there.
