We really like Bojangles chicken tenders...however, the last 3 times we've came here and ordered through the drive through they have forgotten items for our order and I've had to go in anyways. This last time I ordered a family meal, they forgot 1 sauce, a side, and a half gallon of sweet tea. I went in to get the missing items and they proceeded to give me unsweetened tea instead of sweet. I don't mind waiting for a correct order however it doesn't seem like the employees are checking to make sure everything is there. The employees also look like they are not thrilled to be there. So this is my first visit to this establishment. Let me start with the good stuff. Staff is really nice and the chicken tenders are probably some of the best tasting I've had anywhere. Tried the dirty rice - it's pretty good. Bo's sauce has a mustard flavor and it's good. Homemade Ranch dressing is also good. Now, for the other stuff. First, this place is very inconveniently located. So don't expect to get to it too easily unless you're already coming north on St Rose. And don't turn into the shopping complex there, because you can't get to it from the shopping complex. There seems to be plenty of parking. Haven't been inside, but it looks like a typical afast food place. I first tried ordering online a week after they opened. They never received my order, so i re-ordered at the drive-thru window when i went to pick up. I received my orderi drove off. At home, the order was all wrong. I did not receive the right side orders, nor did I receive the correct number of tenders. i figured they might still be getting the kinks out since they had only been open a week. So I waited a few weeks before trying to order again. This time the online ordering worked. Among other items, I had ordered a couple of pepsi's. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order, they said they had run out of pepsi. So they gave me a fruit punch and a lemonade. Both were okay, but you would think that right at dinner tim (around 6pm), they should have ample food and drink supplies. But who knows, maybe it's their suppliers who caused the deficiency. Usually it's good today the lady her name is vanilla, she was so rude, she seen I was here and just ignored me for a good while, the nice guy in the back even told her she had a customer she just shook her head yes and continued to put papers down to make a biscuit even though she did not have everything ready never addressed me, never said hi never even said she's be with me soon, then she went and closed the drive thru window taking her time and continued to get a drink for another customer, still ignoring me. Everything could be approved upon. While we waited over 5 minutes (not terrible) when our order came it was missing the sauce and the coleslaw looked like somebody had taken a big bite out of it. Great food as always but the staff is so incompetent. When ordering at the drive thru whoever takes orders cannot listen well. She will take your order and then repeat it back in correctly over and over. They always get drinks and sauces wrong. Very little attention to details that actually matter. read more

The service and people are so nice. We came being the first time and the lady suggested we try the chicken and biscuits. We ordered that, biscuits and gravy. Chicken finger combo. The bill was 37!.. They messed up my order "instead of 5 chicken tenders gave me 3 which didn't look like chicken tenders" when we returned and asked to fix it, instead of apologizing they responded very rude and sarcastic. I cancelled the order and asked for refund that took them more than 15 minutes to process. I know it was the first day and mistake can happen but being unprofessional and rude is something else. read more

The food here is fire I can never complain but I've been here a lot recently and this store has forgot my sauce on multiple occasions and utensils for my Mac and cheese, food here is 10/10 if you want something quick but just beware if you go through the drive thru they will more than likely forget your sauce read more
