We had a two-topping pizza and two orders of breadsticks that were, as the kids say, "mid" at best. The crust was very dry and had, like another reviewer mentioned, a cardboard quality. The cheese had already congealed into a rubbery texture and it also lacked sauce. When I carried it out (only eight minutes past the order time) it was barely lukewarm. This was at 5pm and the restaurant was completely empty except for another couple who was also grabbing takeout that they preordered. It's obvious that they made the pizza in advance and it sat for a long time. That's my guess as no one in their right mind would rate what we received as 5-star pizza. My 10 year old son remarked that we should have just baked a frozen pizza as that tastes better and doesn't cost $70. If my experience is any indication of what others can expect to receive, I'd avoid this spot. There's no excuse to not serve fresh pizza when the restaurant didn't have one customer inside. In summary, this place was a huge disappointment. I'm giving them 2 stars since the place looked pretty clean and was well lit. read more

First and foremost, the All You Can Eat price was a great bargain. The pizza slices go fast during lunch. I didn't get to try the advertised Mango Hawaiian Pizza. But, the slices I had were just ok. Kinda had a frozen pizza quality. Definitely better than what you find at CiCi's or 7/11. The service was good. They kept the tables clean and kept refilling the pizza station. I was glad to see they also had a self serve soda station. This is a perfect place to brings the kids. Lots of Arcade Games to play. Plus, they had multiple TVs to watch sports on. Sorry I can't say that this would be the first place I would go to order a pizza. I went to lunch buffet at 1pm. It was $12.99 + $2.99 drink. There were good salad bar. When we started to eat, there were only few pizzas. But they made fresh pizzas later. I couldn't try all but I enjoyed what I had. I wish I could eat more. My favorite was apple pie pizza. That was delicious. There were many big TVs on the wall. We watched World Cup. No sound. There were also few arcade games. A family played Fast & Furious car racing game. It looked very fun. This is the self service restaurant. No server here but they cleaned tables after customers left. Amazing place! I was surprised on how small the location was. I can describe it as a micro version of Chuck E Cheese's without the characters. We ordered the pikes peak and it's was amazing! Tons of flavor and they did not skimp on the toppings! It was a breath of fresh air to see a salad bar that was open in a pizza place. Everything was extremely fresh and I really like the idea of the sizes of the pizza were on display so there was no guessing on how large they are. Will definitely be back! read more

This pizza chain has some familiarity to me. About a decade ago, I dated and later got engaged to a guy that lived in California and he had a Mountain Mike's close to his house (I believe he also worked there for a while when he was in high school). So when I visited him, we would sometimes go there for lunch. After we broke up and stayed in our respective states, I never saw the name Mountain Mike's again, until just recently when they expanded to Nevada and opened a location on St. Rose and Maryland. Mountain Mike's recently made Yelp's Top 25 Pizza Chain list, which was unexpected for me at least. When I read the list and saw Mountain Mike's, I was like, yep, I'm interested in trying them out again. We chose to have the pizza and sides for dinner that night and then save anything that we had leftover for dinner the next night. We ordered a medium all-meat combo pizza and a thing of garlic sticks with cheese - both were big enough for the two of us to share. I don't eat any meat related products all that much anymore, but sometimes it's ok to have it every once in a while. We went to go pick it up, which was ready in an instant. When Kyle brought it back to the car, I realized that there was a thing of marinara sauce wrapped in plastic on top of the pizza boxes, which was odd. No bags or anything like that - just the pizza boxes and the marinara sauce. The pizza was amazing and so were the garlic sticks. Both of these had an incredibly cheesy texture to them. Topping wise, the pizza had big pieces of ham included. The garlic sticks were similar to your average cheese sticks. It's been so long since I've been back at Mountain Mike's that I totally forgot how delicious their food was. They are also breakfast/brunch and late night food approved, for all you early birds and night owls out there. read more

We showed up on a week day for the lunch buffet. The pizza was really good, however, the customer service was terrible. The cashier didn't ask us if we were ready to order, we had to ask her if she was ready. She was not friendly and was using her phone under the counter. I asked her if she could make a cheese pizza for my daughter and she said they don't take requests. It wasn't until I requested our money back did she say that maybe she could ask them to make one. If this business wants to stay in business I would recommend training for their staff on customer service. read more

Did a delivery order and the pizza is good. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, garlic cheese bread and Nashville hot boneless wings. Overall everything was just good, nothing exceptional. And while I get that prices have increased I don't think this was worth $50 (not including delivery fee) worth of food. I love a good pizza crust and this was spot on. I liked how the topping went almost to the edge of the crust and it was super cheesy. I prefer traditional pepperoni but this was still good and the sauce wasn't overwhelming or too sweet for my taste. Garlic cheese bread was also good. I was craving pizza... Spent a little over $17 dollars for their lunch buffet... Worth it? Maybehhh There were three pizzas. One pepperoni/pep sausage, another jalapeños/cheese, the other supreme/hawaiian. Started off fairly good, the slices are small but filling. The pepperoni offerings I did like as they had nice spice. The supreme was my favorite and what I assume is the BBQ Hawaiian with chicken was also good. Crispy albeit a bit oily but it's pizza. The only upsetting thing, I see 3 people in the establishment which I assume are workers and they all have long hair... Order over the phone for pick up both times. Friendly service on phone and at pick up. It's a casual spot inside and nice they have a salad bar and pizza buffet. (Waiting to try that out) the buffet prices seems cool, I believe it's around $13 per person. Only thing is the price on their regular menu is a bit pricey compared to other places. 4/5 stars large pizza we did pepperoni sausage and garlic. I heard great things about Mountain Mike's and so I stopped in for lunch one day. I was immediately greeted by the cashier who was friendly and helpful in placing my order. I ordered the lunch buffet which is the salad and pizza bar, 6 wings, and loaded mountain fries. There are plenty of tables and a couple booths. They also have arcade and claw games for kids where you purchase a card loaded with credits. I was given clean plates for the buffet and you just ask for additional clean plates when you return for more. The salad bar was really fresh and had tons of options. The pizza was really good. They constantly replenish it with different selections so you get to try their signature pies as well as classics like cheesey breadsticks and pepperoni. The drinks were an extra $3. The pizzas were delicious, and the salad bar bountiful. This is a good deal! This restaurant is one month old and is in a new shopping center along St. Rose Parkway. It was quiet during lunch, with a clean buffet line, restrooms, and ample parking. Several 85" TVs were on the walls with neutral programming (no MSNBC or FOX!). Stopped in for their lunch buffet. The place was small but clean. The staff was friendly and quick to bus tables and kept the place tidy. I appreciated that a lot. The pizza salad bar is small. It's 12.99 I believe. Everything was fresh but the pineapple that was on the salad line. When I tasted it it had a zing to it that wasn't right. Other than that it has a decent amount of options for a salad bar. The pizza itself was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. Today, we have visited Mountain Mike's Pizza and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was very clean and inviting , in the corner of the restaurant there are arcade games which is perfect for kids to enjoy and it makes it a great restaurant for a family night. The pizza was fresh and they make their dough from scratch daily. They load the pizzas with a ton of toppings, the garlic bread with cheese is amazing, and the wings were bursting with flavor and crispy! Box was heavier than an ordinary pizza box so I knew it wasn't going to disappoint. Spicy Himalayan Pizza. 10/10! Highly recommend trying this pizza if u love spicy! Unique & flavorful. It's with tikka masala sauce instead of marinara. I was hesitant on trying it b/c the toppings were already spicy but it was perfection. The sauce is like a tomato cream based Indian curry based sauce. I tried it w/ hot honey & marinara sauce on the side & it was honestly the best pizza I've had in my life. Nashville wings was good too. Has a kick but well balanced flavors, not sure if I was tasting bourbon honey but the flavors were there. This chain is new to Vegas. I am from the Bay Area and grew up eating there so I was excited when this location opened. But the food has gone downhill from what remember.
