The M Resort is a great place to stay away from the crowds on the strip. Spacious room with a comfortable beans pillows! Mini refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. A couple bottles of water were provided. The ice machine on my floor worked fine, but there was no vending machines for drinks. I went to M for a concert and was greatly disappointed in the whole experience. I understand that M is not entirely responsible for every aspect of the concert experience but there are a few things worth mentioning. I'll start with the parking and the way traffic was directed. For this specific concert it was very confusing, and the lack of signage did not help. Getting out of the parking garage was the most difficult and it took about 30 minutes. Also, when the concert was announced online, there was no mention that it would be held at the pool. So this concert was held by the pool in 107° weather and it was not fun at all. I could be wrong about this, but the band only played 1 hour 20 minutes and I think it's because it was so darn hot. And I was not happy about this at all. If I was overheating being in the audience, I can't even imagine how much hotter it was up on stage with the lights, smoke, leather pants... lol. So in the future, if there is a concert held at the M I would make sure to research and make sure that it's not at the pool in summer. So basically, I paid $175 per ticket to go see a band at the pool totally not worth it especially since they only played less than two hours. For those who wanna know I saw Stone Temple Pilots and unfortunately it was not worth my time or money. After this experience, not only will I probably never go to the M resort to see a concert, but I also will never again go and see Stone Temple Pilots. If you're gonna pay almost $200 per ticket and spend three hours of your time preparing and driving there you gotta at least give me two hours of your time for it to be worth what you're charging. The other thing I want to mention is the security guards and customer service staff weren't very efficient in crowd control. People were just gathering right in front of us who paid $175 for their tickets and it took about 30 minutes to get all these clowns out of the way so the rest of us could enjoy the concert. In my personal opinion this might've been one of the worst concerts I've ever been to and it really left a bad taste in my mouth concerning STP. Sadly I believe STP died the day the original front man died. RIP Scott Weiland. You are greatly missed. read more

This is the first time staying here and I am really pleased! The staff at check in and valet are super friendly! The lobby is gorgeous. Lots of Raiders memorabilia. ( I'm a fan....so ) but wait!... the scent as you walk in, very slightly there, and I can't even name it, but it's PERFECT. We got a room facing the strip for the night lights, however the sunrise was the real show stopper. There are some really comfy chairs to sit right at the floor to ceiling window to take it all in ... or you can see it from the comfort of your bed. What was missing was a coffee maker and robes in the room. I like to have a cup when I wake up. We are not big gamblers, more people watchers, so we walked through the casino. I did not notice one cocktail waitress on the floor. Is this a new thing? A few ( and only a few) people had drinks. The bathroom is spacious and has all the things!!! I love a tub in a hotel and this tub is the perfect size and angle to lay your head back for the ultimate soak. There is a tv screen in the mirror for your morning news or music videos.... Or a window shade that can go up or down for privacy or to look directly through the room out to that view I mentioned. Ahhh. If you come, be sure to visit baby cakes ( they're in house sweets shop- conveniently located on your way to the elevators ) for gelato or ultimate baked deliciousness or coffee drinks omg it's dangerous.... My family and I stayed at M Resort Spa Casino last month with our 4 yr old daughter, and we had such a great experience! This was our first time staying at the M Resort since we typically stay on the Strip, but this trip we wanted somewhere a little quieter and more relaxed while still being close enough to enjoy all the excitement of Las Vegas. We stayed in a Luxury Room with a Strip View, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The entire resort was very well maintained, and there were plenty of great dining options to choose from. The pool area was definitely a highlight, especially for our daughter! This trip was even better because they now have $5 top-shelf drinks (yes, you read that right ). We had plenty of drinks without emptying our wallets--which is basically unheard of in Vegas. I just wrapped up my first stay at the M Resort, and I'm already looking forward to coming back! I've walked through this place a few times before and had high hopes--happy to say it lived up to my expectations. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Staycations are a nice way to relax and unwind without having to travel far from home. With a myriad of resorts and hotels in Las Vegas one's options are limitless. I decided to stay a couple days at the M Resort Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and now has a second tower, which sits along side the other. My room was large, overlooked the pool and had a view of the hotels on the strip. The spacious gaming floor has numerous slot machines, which are strategically placed throughout allowing for a smooth walkable flow. The fitness center has numerous workout equipment and offers towels and bottled water to guests. The hotel does offer a gym membership to Non-guests for a monthly fee. Anthony's restaurant located on the second level has a classy yet elegant vibe. I ordered the chilean Seabass with creamed spinach. The fish was excellent. However, the spinach did lack flavor. My server Alex did a great job and was very attentive throughout my entire meal. Great spot for a staycation. read more

There is a mini fridge in the room which is nice, and we had two complementary bottled waters. There was a little "gift" which was a warm vanilla lip balm which I thought was a cute touch. Spent four nights at this Resort and loved almost everything about it. Favorite thing by far was the most amazing room service we've ever experienced anywhere. Every time! I have never wanted to hang out in my room so much LOL. Room service food and service were just outstanding and super friendly!!! Loved our 2nd floor room in the new tower. Very convenient. Shower awesome, bed comfortable, refrigerator came in very handy. Clean. Super nice. Loved that the toilet was in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. Also loved the Casino, and I haven't said that in a long time anywhere! Note: I didn't do the machines, just Blackjack, but it was the most enjoyable Blackjack I've experienced in so long. Zero pressure to get a card. Didn't see any mean pit bosses. Dealers were patient. I had never played Free Bet Blackjack before and ended up really liking it. Was surprised that I was the only non-local playing each time. I've never run into that before in a casino. Pool: looked nice, but I only looked and didn't hang out. Gym: looked super nice, but again only looked and didn't hang out (hangs head in shame). Restaurants: Choices choices! But darn that room service is hard to top. Dislikes: Really only two. One is smoke in the Casino! Please someone ban this everywhere. Two is the reservation system here. Oh my goodness, what I went through trying to add a Monday night to our Friday through Sunday reservation. Could actually not just add it after talking to someone for I don't know how long on the phone. Finally just created a new reservation for the Monday, then had to sit through quite the process when we arrived to get the Monday added to our other reservation so we could stay in the room and get the Monday rate that was advertised. I'm really liking this casino the more I go lately. It's always busy when I'm in there. Floor is clean & there are a lot of different slot machines on the floor. Things they could improve on some things..... they need more cashiers as the line has been a little bit of a wait. They need more cocktail waitresses on the floor & for the tables. My friend had a comped room a couple of weeks ago & I had gone to his room with him & it seemed a little worn out. I stayed there twice in the past. Once when they first opened up & then many years ago when my work Christmas party was held here. They could "freshen" up the rooms. Loosen up their slot machines cause man they're tight here! lol It's not too smokey in here. I like that their cafe is o24/7. Bathrooms have always been pretty neat & clean. The Raiders restaurant has very good food & their salads are huge! The hotel lobby is very pretty actually the casino decor is very nice. I want to come hang out @ their pool this Sumner! An AYCE buffet is a loss leader. You lose money monthly, but it keeps the gamblers at your tables and machines. The South Point loses 1.5 to 2m a month, but the casino is alway extremely busy and makes up for the loss in record revenue. Their patrons are not leaving the casino to find a better value. I personally would've paid a lot more for the M resort buffet. I now am a SP regular. read more

Did I mention the M Resort is one of my favorite local hotels??? Clean air, very beautiful hotel, sophisticated, exclusive. There are plenty of parking lots to the hotel & casino. It seems everything is right there!!! This is my second time attending Sunday brunch at Anthony's Prime Steakhouse here, and I had to write an update because it was just as amazing as the first time. Seafood - 15/10: The seafood is incredibly fresh. We're talking shrimp, snow crab, stone crab, and lobster tail that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Meat Selection - 10/10: This time I tried the prime rib, pork loin, lamb chops, and Beef Wellington. Everything was tender, soft, and perfectly seasoned with beautiful presentation. The flavors were spot-on. Sides - 10/10: The potato scallops au gratin are dangerously delicious. They're incredibly rich and tasty - so good they're actually scary! These alone are worth the visit. I didn't even make it to the salad bar or omelet station because there's just so much variety to choose from. The selection is massive. Desserts - Perfectly Curated: The dessert menu might not be huge, but the variety is excellent and the portions are just right - not too big, not too small. I tried several (skipping things like cheesecake and mousse that aren't my style), and my absolute favorite was the pineapple upside-down cake. The texture and flavor are perfect, not too sweet, just absolutely delicious. I also tried the key lime pie, which I normally love, but it couldn't compete with that pineapple upside-down cake. Service - 100/10: The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone is clearly working hard to make sure guests have an amazing experience. Being a PennPlay card holder has its advantages. I needed a 1 night stay before my timeshare was ready and was able to get a comped night at the M. I've been to the M to gamble and eat in the past but never stayed here. The rooms are beautiful and the Strip view is fabulous. Well appointed and spacious with a room darkening shade and blackout curtains help make sure you get a good night sleep. The bathroom is huge with a large soaking tub and separate stand-up shower. I liked the fact that there was a Keurig in the room and also four bottled waters. Nice little touches like that really help. The M has several fine dining restaurants from Marinelli's (Italian) to their signature steakhouse Anthony's. They also have several casual dining options like the Raiders Tavern and a coffee and dessert place called Babycakes. I tried the oxtail soup at Vic's Deli. It was different but good. The gaming floor is well spread out and has all the new slot machines as well as the older classics. There's also a large table gaming area. With several bars located throughout you won't have to search far to find a drink. Best of all parking is free and convenient. read more

This review is for Patio, the outdoor dining concept by the pool. After a long pool day, we were walking out and noticed the grill with chefs cooking up some amazing looking bbq. We decided to eat there. The venue is family friendly and there was a DJ on the night we dined. There is also a bar that overlooks the pool. They have a cart of games to play at the table as well as Jenna and Connect Four on the lawn. The pear martini I ordered was refreshing and strong. We ordered a little bit of everything, the grilled chicken, brisket, steak skewers, shrimp skewers, and a side of baked beans. All of the food was delicious and the portions were a great value for the price. Donna was our server and she provided amazing hospitality and even played Jenga with my son on the lawn in her down time. He loved playing with her. Patio rotates out their menu for the seasons so for October they are featuring an Oktoberfest menu. They are also showing movies on Fridays which looks like a fun event. Review on Patio Only: Went to a watch party and I wish I could say I was impressed or that the ads/marketing matched reality...but sadly...no. The big screen is across from the bar and pool, no pool area access at night to be closer to the big screen. One of the fire pits wasn't working. Only 3 gas patio heaters and those were positioned at 2 tables...must have been a first come first served with those. No games out and available as mentioned. The hot toddy water is coming from a plastic carafe...no cinnamon sticks, no lemon juice or honey...and of course the water was cold! Even the 2nd time around it was just warm! We basically had whatever liquor they used and water. Disappointing. One bar tender for a VGK watch party and one waiter. The waiter was friendly but it was a lot for him. The BOGO half off is nice. This a review of our room in the West Tower at M Resort. Get Las Vegas Strip feel without being on the Strip. Forget the hustle and crowds. Our stay at the M was restful, relaxing and truly enjoyable. The room is clean, has a contemporary decor and a great view with floor to ceiling windows. The front desk staff is very accommodating. We arrived early and mentioned a family member was checking in later that night. Would it be possible to have them nearby us, at least on the same floor? Stayed here for a week for a dance competition for our daughter. Modern property was spacious, clean rooms. Typical "kind of filtered smoky air" that you find at all casinos. Pool is beautiful but the hours were terrible - closed at 6:30 just when the temperature made it reasonable to be outside in the summer sun and heat. Food options are ok. This used to be a gorgeous hotel when it first opened. Sadly, management is poor these days and they lost their Forbes Four Star award (it's easy to see why). They spent a fortune adding a bunch of new rooms recently but the carpet, the CARPET though out the entire rest of the casino is stained, ripped, filthy. It's embarrassing, makes the property look run down, and shows where the priorities are.... You also get the same copy/paste corporate response for every Yelp review, which should also tell you everything you need to know. They have completely stopped caring. read more

From the front desk staff to the spa team, to EVERYONE working in the restaurants- every single person is genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. You can FEEL that they actually care. I even told my wife, "This is probably what Vegas was known for back in the day." It feels like the staff TRULY listens to guests and actually hears you out- something many Strip hotels have completely lost. For example, NO parking fees in the garage! From the moment you park to the walk to the front desk and into your room, you can immediately feel the difference. It's calm, RESPECTFUL, and WELL run. Our only minor complaint is that the walls ARE thin but honestly, aside from that, every stay here feels like a blessing HUGE shout out to Carlos AND Abby at the front desk. They were ones that welcomed us and each at different times took time to explain hotel restaurants, prices, amenities, and so much more God bless them. One of the best rooms I've ever gotten and great hospitality service. Our hotel room was very clean, modern, and luxurious with all of the accommodations I want. Shower with a very good water pressure (made me not want to get out every time I took a shower) with a safe locked-in shower gel, shampoo, and conditioners. I felt very safe using these as its locked in and I didnt have to worry about any strange things being added on by non-staff. Luxurious modern bath also has a very good water pressure to fill up fast. Toilet room has two toilet paper dispensers. Bath, shower, and toilet room with bright lights as well as dim mirror light if you want lower lights while taking bath. Auto open and closing blinds for in between bath and bedroom and view outside the window is very convenient. Very good blackout curtains. Safety box and small refrigerator to keep your drinks and food cold is also very nice. Pretty far out from the stip mall so may be inconvenient if you are planning to attend any shows on the Las Vegas strip. Complimentary small water bottles everyday. Iron and iron board with hangers available as well as magnifying light up make up mirror (also good to use as night light for people who uses toilet in middle of nights). Highly recommend this hotel for the best room experience I have experienced. Also had a great experience at the pool with a giant screen live show of sports game. This is a beautiful local casino with a very accessible outdoor pool area. They offered $60 free comps with signing up with the player's card thing when I visited back in May of this year. Very pristine and spacious casino with nice views, esp. at night of Henderson and Las Vegas. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet as am a local now. It's not a Strip casino, but located in Henderson about 9 miles from the LV Strip. The bars were fun with good drink selections. Everyone working here were friendly and very helpful, as it could be a bit confusing when first signing up for the app. read more

Stayed here recently for three days, two nights, and overall it was a nice stay. When you first walk in there is a strong cigarette smoke smell, but once you get to the room it goes away. The room itself was very nice--we had a queen bedroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, plus a separate TV in the bathroom by the tub, which was a great touch. (If you're staying here with friends you can request connecting rooms). The view was amazing, and aside from a used chapstick left behind when we arrived, the room was extremely clean. Food options could definitely be improved. The pool and hot tub were also closed for the season, which was disappointing and something we wish had been available year-round. Overall, we're not sure we would stay here again, as the price felt a bit high for what was offered. read more

Elite status is just like Diamond Club at Caesars, so we get invited for a " BRUNCH" (11am to 2 pm), not dinner, we had to RSVP. We get there and see a long line that wasn't moving at all, after a long wait, we were told they have seating for 1000 and it is all full. They let people in from 9am; started the Bingo, which was almost over while people were still waiting in line. Finally they handed a 50$ voucher for any restaurant at M, and a promise to load 100$ freeplay on the cards of those who were not able to get in. Well, you invited more than a 100 guests, they did RSVP, you knew they were coming. I really enjoyed my stay at the M Resort. Every staff member we encountered was so kind, friendly, and accommodating--from check-in to the bartenders and housekeepers. Our room ran out of toilet paper, and it did take a little longer than expected for someone to bring it up, but other than that, the service was great. We ate at Jayde @ 16, which had a beautiful view and good food, although the service was a little slow. I also loved the affordable $5 drinks! The complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient, and I appreciated that the resort provided transportation to the Raiders game. However, I did not realize the game shuttle was one-way and did not bring guests back to the hotel. Since the resort is farther away from the Strip and stadium area, our Uber back cost around $60-$70 before tip. We also had difficulty with multiple Uber drivers complaining about how far the resort was, so that is something guests may want to plan for when attending events. Overall, the resort was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the wonderful staff made our experience even better. I recently stayed at M Resort & Casino for one night (December 15-16, 2025) and booked through Trip.com for an excellent price of $3.02 after using $68 in Trip.com coins. My total stay came to $117.49 after charging room service and other items to my room. I was placed in the Modern Mountain King Room in the brand new East Tower (called "Modern") that just opened on December 1st. For those who don't know, M Resort has two towers - the original is called "Luxury" and the newest is "Modern." I love how they've named them! Parking tip: If you're staying in the Modern tower, park in the South Lot - it's the easiest lot to park in and is right next to the East Tower, making it super convenient. Check-in was smooth and efficient thanks to Michael at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave me a choice between the 2nd and 7th floors, and I opted for the 7th. What really stood out was Michael's exceptional customer service - even though I didn't book directly with the hotel, he graciously waived the $39.99 resort fee since I'm a local. He also gave me clear directions to the East Tower elevators. The room itself was clearly brand new - you could still smell fresh paint, but it wasn't bothersome. Having stayed in the Luxury tower twice before, this was a nice upgrade. The room was clean and modern. The bed was a bit firmer than I typically prefer, and the mountain view was pleasant. On the morning of December 16th, I ordered breakfast via room service and Anthony delivered it. He was absolutely wonderful - genuinely checking in on how my stay was going and asking if the A/C and heater were working properly. He even offered to bring me ice, water, or anything else I might need. Anthony's hospitality skills are truly exceptional and made my morning even better. One thing I really hope to see is the buffet reopening. If you walk by, you can see it's still there like a time capsule with everything intact. It was hands down my favorite buffet in town before Covid, and I miss it terribly. Please, Penn Entertainment, consider bringing it back! Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value and outstanding service from both Michael and Anthony. The staff here really goes above and beyond. I'd definitely return to experience more of the new tower. read more

I,ve lived here for over 20 years. The M Resort has the best employees EVER! The entire staff is truly AMAZING!!! It wasn't always,but it has been for the past 9 years! In my opion they have the nicest employees that I have ever encountered anywhere It's not just the cocktail waitresses. It's literally every employee that I have encountered. Restaurants, giveaways, cashiers, etc. These guys are Great! read more
