We stayed over 4th of July weekend, and it wasn't overly crowded, the staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was amazing. Elite status is just like Diamond Club at Caesars, so we get invited for a " BRUNCH" (11am to 2 pm), not dinner, we had to RSVP. We get there and see a long line that wasn't moving at all, after a long wait, we were told they have seating for 1000 and it is all full. They let people in from 9am; started the Bingo, which was almost over while people were still waiting in line. Finally they handed a 50$ voucher for any restaurant at M, and a promise to load 100$ freeplay on the cards of those who were not able to get in. We stayed at M Resort for the first time. Our room was in the newer East Tower. The room was beautiful; clean with modern decor. There is a mini fridge in the room which is nice, and we had two complementary bottled waters. There was a little "gift" which was a warm vanilla lip balm which I thought was a cute touch. I just wrapped up my first stay at the M Resort, and I'm already looking forward to coming back! I've walked through this place a few times before and had high hopes--happy to say it lived up to my expectations. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Staycations are a nice way to relax and unwind without having to travel far from home. With a myriad of resorts and hotels in Las Vegas one's options are limitless. I decided to stay a couple days at the M Resort Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and now has a second tower, which sits along side the other. My room was large, overlooked the pool and had a view of the hotels on the strip. The spacious gaming floor has numerous slot machines, which are strategically placed throughout allowing for a smooth walkable flow. The fitness center has numerous workout equipment and offers towels and bottled water to guests. The hotel does offer a gym membership to Non-guests for a monthly fee. Anthony's restaurant located on the second level has a classy yet elegant vibe. I ordered the chilean Seabass with creamed spinach. The fish was excellent. However, the spinach did lack flavor. My server Alex did a great job and was very attentive throughout my entire meal. Great spot for a staycation. read more

Spent four nights at this Resort and loved almost everything about it. Favorite thing by far was the most amazing room service we've ever experienced anywhere. Every time! I have never wanted to hang out in my room so much LOL. Room service food and service were just outstanding and super friendly!!! Loved our 2nd floor room in the new tower. Very convenient. Shower awesome, bed comfortable, refrigerator came in very handy. Clean. Super nice. Loved that the toilet was in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. Also loved the Casino, and I haven't said that in a long time anywhere! Note: I didn't do the machines, just Blackjack, but it was the most enjoyable Blackjack I've experienced in so long. Zero pressure to get a card. Didn't see any mean pit bosses. Dealers were patient. I had never played Free Bet Blackjack before and ended up really liking it. Was surprised that I was the only non-local playing each time. I've never run into that before in a casino. Pool: looked nice, but I only looked and didn't hang out. Gym: looked super nice, but again only looked and didn't hang out (hangs head in shame). Restaurants: Choices choices! But darn that room service is hard to top. Dislikes: Really only two. One is smoke in the Casino! Please someone ban this everywhere. Two is the reservation system here. Oh my goodness, what I went through trying to add a Monday night to our Friday through Sunday reservation. Could actually not just add it after talking to someone for I don't know how long on the phone. Finally just created a new reservation for the Monday, then had to sit through quite the process when we arrived to get the Monday added to our other reservation so we could stay in the room and get the Monday rate that was advertised. This is a beautiful local casino with a very accessible outdoor pool area. They offered $60 free comps with signing up with the player's card thing when I visited back in May of this year. Very pristine and spacious casino with nice views, esp. at night of Henderson and Las Vegas. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet as am a local now. It's not a Strip casino, but located in Henderson about 9 miles from the LV Strip. The bars were fun with good drink selections. Everyone working here were friendly and very helpful, as it could be a bit confusing when first signing up for the app. read more

I'm really liking this casino the more I go lately. It's always busy when I'm in there. Floor is clean & there are a lot of different slot machines on the floor. Things they could improve on some things..... they need more cashiers as the line has been a little bit of a wait. They need more cocktail waitresses on the floor & for the tables. My friend had a comped room a couple of weeks ago & I had gone to his room with him & it seemed a little worn out. I stayed there twice in the past. Once when they first opened up & then many years ago when my work Christmas party was held here. They could "freshen" up the rooms. Loosen up their slot machines cause man they're tight here! lol It's not too smokey in here. I like that their cafe is o24/7. Bathrooms have always been pretty neat & clean. The Raiders restaurant has very good food & their salads are huge! The hotel lobby is very pretty actually the casino decor is very nice. I want to come hang out @ their pool this Sumner! It seems everything is right there!!! This is my second time attending Sunday brunch at Anthony's Prime Steakhouse here, and I had to write an update because it was just as amazing as the first time. Seafood - 15/10: The seafood is incredibly fresh. We're talking shrimp, snow crab, stone crab, and lobster tail that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Meat Selection - 10/10: This time I tried the prime rib, pork loin, lamb chops, and Beef Wellington. Everything was tender, soft, and perfectly seasoned with beautiful presentation. The flavors were spot-on. Sides - 10/10: The potato scallops au gratin are dangerously delicious. They're incredibly rich and tasty - so good they're actually scary! These alone are worth the visit. I didn't even make it to the salad bar or omelet station because there's just so much variety to choose from. The selection is massive. Desserts - Perfectly Curated: The dessert menu might not be huge, but the variety is excellent and the portions are just right - not too big, not too small. I tried several (skipping things like cheesecake and mousse that aren't my style), and my absolute favorite was the pineapple upside-down cake. The texture and flavor are perfect, not too sweet, just absolutely delicious. I also tried the key lime pie, which I normally love, but it couldn't compete with that pineapple upside-down cake. Service - 100/10: The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone is clearly working hard to make sure guests have an amazing experience. Being a PennPlay card holder has its advantages. I needed a 1 night stay before my timeshare was ready and was able to get a comped night at the M. I've been to the M to gamble and eat in the past but never stayed here. The rooms are beautiful and the Strip view is fabulous. Well appointed and spacious with a room darkening shade and blackout curtains help make sure you get a good night sleep. The bathroom is huge with a large soaking tub and separate stand-up shower. I liked the fact that there was a Keurig in the room and also four bottled waters. Nice little touches like that really help. The M has several fine dining restaurants from Marinelli's (Italian) to their signature steakhouse Anthony's. They also have several casual dining options like the Raiders Tavern and a coffee and dessert place called Babycakes. I tried the oxtail soup at Vic's Deli. It was different but good. The gaming floor is well spread out and has all the new slot machines as well as the older classics. There's also a large table gaming area. With several bars located throughout you won't have to search far to find a drink. Best of all parking is free and convenient. read more

This review is for Patio, the outdoor dining concept by the pool. After a long pool day, we were walking out and noticed the grill with chefs cooking up some amazing looking bbq. We decided to eat there. The venue is family friendly and there was a DJ on the night we dined. There is also a bar that overlooks the pool. They have a cart of games to play at the table as well as Jenna and Connect Four on the lawn. The pear martini I ordered was refreshing and strong. We ordered a little bit of everything, the grilled chicken, brisket, steak skewers, shrimp skewers, and a side of baked beans. All of the food was delicious and the portions were a great value for the price. Donna was our server and she provided amazing hospitality and even played Jenga with my son on the lawn in her down time. He loved playing with her. Patio rotates out their menu for the seasons so for October they are featuring an Oktoberfest menu. They are also showing movies on Fridays which looks like a fun event. I LOVE the M Resort. It is really the only place that I would stay in Vegas. It's away from the strip, less hectic, smells amazing, staff is always friendly and the rooms are always well kept. I just have one issue....the smoking. I wish it was a smoke free property. It can be overwhelming at times. Or at least have a non smoking section. The room services/housekeeping aim to please. All our so kind and polite. Major props to the bell/valet staff as well. If they gave more comps, I would visit even more. But overall a must visit. read more

Our stay at the M was restful, relaxing and truly enjoyable. The room is clean, has a contemporary decor and a great view with floor to ceiling windows. The front desk staff is very accommodating. We arrived early and mentioned a family member was checking in later that night. Would it be possible to have them nearby us, at least on the same floor? Review on Patio Only: Went to a watch party and I wish I could say I was impressed or that the ads/marketing matched reality...but sadly...no. The big screen is across from the bar and pool, no pool area access at night to be closer to the big screen. One of the fire pits wasn't working. Only 3 gas patio heaters and those were positioned at 2 tables...must have been a first come first served with those. No games out and available as mentioned. The hot toddy water is coming from a plastic carafe...no cinnamon sticks, no lemon juice or honey...and of course the water was cold! Even the 2nd time around it was just warm! We basically had whatever liquor they used and water. Disappointing. One bar tender for a VGK watch party and one waiter. The waiter was friendly but it was a lot for him. The BOGO half off is nice. This is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are amazing, the food is good and reasonably priced, the bars are awesome (so are the bartenders!), the staff is friendly, rooms have awesome views of the strip, and the pool is one of the best features!! We are regulars at this hotel and enjoy it! They have refrigerators in the rooms, which a lot of hotels are taking those out now. This is a definite perk and I hope it stays! Another perk is that the slots at the bars aren't keeping track of how often you play. Some Vegas hotels will only serve you one drink while you play video poker at the bar and if you don't play "fast enough," you don't get served another complimentary drink. It's a HUGE bummer when you're playing and talking and watching a sports game but aren't pushing the button every few seconds. This hotel doesn't track that!! Again, I really, really hope it stays that way! It makes the experience more enjoyable. A few things that could be improved: 1. The beds are really hard!!! We just came from staying at The Park MGM and their beds were WAY more comfortable. This is an easy fix with mattress pads. 2. They need a better system for the Cashiers. The Priority Line gets to cut in front of everyone else and it holds up the line majorly!! We were only 5 people deep in line and it took 20 minutes to cash out because someone kept getting in the Priority Line and got to cut in front of everyone. 2. Shuttle to the strip. There used to be one that ran every hour. Heads-up that an Uber can easily cost you $40 one way. 3. No coffee machine in the rooms like they used to have But my number one complaint are the hard beds. That's why I gave this hotel 4 stars. A comfortable bed is super important! One of the best rooms I've ever gotten and great hospitality service. Our hotel room was very clean, modern, and luxurious with all of the accommodations I want. Shower with a very good water pressure (made me not want to get out every time I took a shower) with a safe locked-in shower gel, shampoo, and conditioners. I felt very safe using these as its locked in and I didnt have to worry about any strange things being added on by non-staff. Luxurious modern bath also has a very good water pressure to fill up fast. Toilet room has two toilet paper dispensers. Bath, shower, and toilet room with bright lights as well as dim mirror light if you want lower lights while taking bath. Auto open and closing blinds for in between bath and bedroom and view outside the window is very convenient. Very good blackout curtains. Safety box and small refrigerator to keep your drinks and food cold is also very nice. Pretty far out from the stip mall so may be inconvenient if you are planning to attend any shows on the Las Vegas strip. Complimentary small water bottles everyday. Iron and iron board with hangers available as well as magnifying light up make up mirror (also good to use as night light for people who uses toilet in middle of nights). Highly recommend this hotel for the best room experience I have experienced. Also had a great experience at the pool with a giant screen live show of sports game. Stayed here for a week for a dance competition for our daughter. Modern property was spacious, clean rooms. Typical "kind of filtered smoky air" that you find at all casinos. Pool is beautiful but the hours were terrible - closed at 6:30 just when the temperature made it reasonable to be outside in the summer sun and heat. Food options are ok. We've stayed at MANY hotels and resorts over the years but M Resort truly takes the cake. Why? The people. The hospitality. It's on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL. From the front desk staff to the spa team, to EVERYONE working in the restaurants- every single person is genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. You can FEEL that they actually care. I even told my wife, "This is probably what Vegas was known for back in the day." It feels like the staff TRULY listens to guests and actually hears you out- something many Strip hotels have completely lost. For example, NO parking fees in the garage! From the moment you park to the walk to the front desk and into your room, you can immediately feel the difference. It's calm, RESPECTFUL, and WELL run. Our only minor complaint is that the walls ARE thin but honestly, aside from that, every stay here feels like a blessing HUGE shout out to Carlos AND Abby at the front desk. They were ones that welcomed us and each at different times took time to explain hotel restaurants, prices, amenities, and so much more God bless them. Stayed here recently for three days, two nights, and overall it was a nice stay. When you first walk in there is a strong cigarette smoke smell, but once you get to the room it goes away. The room itself was very nice--we had a queen bedroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, plus a separate TV in the bathroom by the tub, which was a great touch. (If you're staying here with friends you can request connecting rooms). The view was amazing, and aside from a used chapstick left behind when we arrived, the room was extremely clean. Food options could definitely be improved. The pool and hot tub were also closed for the season, which was disappointing and something we wish had been available year-round. Overall, we're not sure we would stay here again, as the price felt a bit high for what was offered. read more

I recently stayed at M Resort & Casino for one night (December 15-16, 2025) and booked through Trip.com for an excellent price of $3.02 after using $68 in Trip.com coins. My total stay came to $117.49 after charging room service and other items to my room. I was placed in the Modern Mountain King Room in the brand new East Tower (called "Modern") that just opened on December 1st. For those who don't know, M Resort has two towers - the original is called "Luxury" and the newest is "Modern." I love how they've named them! Parking tip: If you're staying in the Modern tower, park in the South Lot - it's the easiest lot to park in and is right next to the East Tower, making it super convenient. Check-in was smooth and efficient thanks to Michael at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave me a choice between the 2nd and 7th floors, and I opted for the 7th. What really stood out was Michael's exceptional customer service - even though I didn't book directly with the hotel, he graciously waived the $39.99 resort fee since I'm a local. He also gave me clear directions to the East Tower elevators. The room itself was clearly brand new - you could still smell fresh paint, but it wasn't bothersome. Having stayed in the Luxury tower twice before, this was a nice upgrade. The room was clean and modern. The bed was a bit firmer than I typically prefer, and the mountain view was pleasant. On the morning of December 16th, I ordered breakfast via room service and Anthony delivered it. He was absolutely wonderful - genuinely checking in on how my stay was going and asking if the A/C and heater were working properly. He even offered to bring me ice, water, or anything else I might need. Anthony's hospitality skills are truly exceptional and made my morning even better. One thing I really hope to see is the buffet reopening. If you walk by, you can see it's still there like a time capsule with everything intact. It was hands down my favorite buffet in town before Covid, and I miss it terribly. Please, Penn Entertainment, consider bringing it back! Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value and outstanding service from both Michael and Anthony. The staff here really goes above and beyond. Amazing Views, Great food, Super accommodating staff and the locals love it here which is always a great sign. I stayed here 3 nights my last stay and the security guard at the pool remembered it was my daughter's birthday and got her a huge lollipop as a surprise gift. That's the kind of act that shows their employees ACTUALLY care! Love this place and I will only be staying here when I am in Vegas!
