We stayed here many times and lately the rooms have not been as clean as before. There's plenty of parking around the resort and lots of local shops and places to eat. It's far from the strip but all on surface streets. If you're looking for a quieter casino this may the place for you. Also, they have an amazing bakery that's open 24/7. read more

Visited for a conference and things were not going well. Upon entering my first room, it smelled so strongly of weed that I had no choice other than to walk back down to registration and ask for a new room. I have never done that before and the desk clerk was very accommodating. 2nd room, things went well for 24 hours. I then received a message when I was at reception for the conference saying that I would have to check out of my room the next morning and check into another room at 3pm the following day due to unexpected maintenance. I completely understand that things happen. I was not happy with the way this was handled. I went to the front desk and the response I got was 'it's not a big deal. Put all your stuff with the bell hop and check back in at 3pm'. I paid for an uninterrupted stay as well as wanting a private space to make calls and check emails during downtime at the conference. The next morning I used the chat feature to see if anything had been updated with offer of a private space while they dealt with their maintenance issue. The chat feature was absolutely horrible. The person said she was a call center and speak with the front desk. I stated I had done that. She suggested speaking with a manager but then refused to give me the manager info. I went to the desk again who again essentially said it wasn't a big deal to check out in the morning and then check back in at 3pm or later. There was no hospitality. I mentioned my concern to the conference organizers and I'm sure they said something as I was able to get a new room at lunch time during our break, and received a handwritten note from the manager. This made the difference. The entire conversation should have been handled differently. 'Hey, I'm so sorry you have to change rooms due to unexpected maintenance, but this is what we're going to do to make it right'. There was none of that from the hotel employees. 3rd room was great for the remainder of my stay. Loved the views and the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice soaking tub in the bathroom. Hotel is clean and the coffee shop is open for 24 hours. Helpful as I could not shake jet lag and was up at 4 every day. Gym is set up weird so I just walked laps of the hotel/casino. I was tempted and tried my luck but my luck went to 'the house'. read more

The service is horrid. The host straight up lied to us about comps and reservations we had. Multiple dealers proceeded to deal baccarat differently and try to take our money when we won, we had to correct them multiple times. I wish we started somewhere closer to the strip instead of The M Resort. The place looks nice but the over all experience was not great. read more

I stayed here with my sister when we visited. Not going to lie, I was kinda disappointed that we weren't going to be on the strip but kinda far. And I was setting my expectations really low. However, this place isn't bad at all. I love the convenience of the parking. You can park right in front, and it was not far from the door. The hotel smelled really nice and the rooms was really spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the big screen tv that they have there. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was kinda small. It would be perfect if they upgrade to something bigger. There's a tub that you can open the window to see the room, which was really nice. I was able to utilized the gym and there was ample of machines there to use, they have a really nice iced lemon and cucumber water that's really refreshing after a nice workout as well as bottled water, towels and fruits. The gym is located in the spa and it faces the pool. Everyone at the hotel was really pleasant, nice and kind. Never had any issues. The casino was so nice that if you play a certain amount, they gave you free gifts. I got 2 bottles of alcohol. I have never seen a casino give these outs as gifts. This was the first time. They can be their own advocate for my comment. It saddens me that we will never be returning. As locals we drive from Summerlin to the M to both Anthony's & Marrenelli's restaurants but last night was just awful. After waiting & waiting for our food. The waitress/server mentioned behind me & I heard her say she should take a second pass on our food, but it was already evident to us that something was very wrong, The restaurant had cleared out & others had been seated and received their food. We were left with the only option to leave because nothing but bread was brought, which we had to ask for. I have nothing more to say, How can this happen we left with our order never being brought to our table, no explanation and nobody said a word. A long drive home with no options. The least the server could have done was find something for us to take home but alas she gone again. read more

Beware of a bartender named Vicki at the Raiders Bar. She's 60 plus, very haggard looking and so incredibly rude. We saw a woman who was about to pay and unfortunately she left her wallet at home. Honest mistake. Vicki grabbed the woman's phone and told her she was holding it as collateral until she paid. Unbelievable! Then she said if she did not pay she would call the police. The woman said call them, and proceeded to get security. 3 men came back with her and 1 had to tell Vicki 3 times to give him her phone! They told her they would comp the $25 bill but told her she was banned from the property, FOREVER! We are locals and will never come back to The M. We also told all our friends and family. Booked 3 rooms for two night and had to visit front desk total of 5 times and still ended up not getting room we booked and paid for but I was sick all day and just wanted to lay down. Used to like coming to the M. However, recently, I had $40 Penn Cash that apparently expired. I never received communication about an upcoming expiration. I contacted M by phone and the staff was unwilling to help me. Meanwhile, I played a lot in the casino. This is not a good business practice, especially when there is competition down the street. My family and I just returned today from staying at the M Resort for the past 5 days and 4 nights. We were offered an upgrade to stay in one of their Flat Suites which we have been fortunate to have stayed in previously. The Flat Suite is a very large, spacious suite that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious apartment. Sadly, this time was anything but luxurious. My family and I have been coming to the M Resort since it opened about 16 years ago and we always called the resort our home away from home. Unfortunately we can't say that anymore. The room was FILTHY! The uncleanliness of the room was particularly disappointing especially since these specific rooms are highly desired and at the price point they are offered at. I expected WAY MORE out of this room especially since we have had glorious stays in these particular rooms in the past. First off, our room was NEVER cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. One of the room attendants even asked us if we wanted our room cleaned after the first night and we said YES! But it never happened. There were tiny bugs (dead ones) on the bottoms of the windows, one of the shower heads didn't work, the water never got hot for taking a shower. It was always lukewarm. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom along with old rubber bands/hair ties on the floor as well as bobby pin. There were nail clippings on the floor and the bathtub wasn't clean. It looked like the previous guests had taken a bath and there was soap bubble residue at the bottom of the tub. There were foot prints on the large ottoman that hadn't been cleaned up and the mirrors had hand marks and some unidentified dried up liquid substance on them. The carpets were stained and some of the wallpaper was peeling off. As one of their luxury suites, I would've thought they would have paid more attention to detail with the cleaning and especially for the price point per night that they are charging for these suites. Understandably, they are going through an expansion of their resort but that still shouldn't be an excuse to take away from the service and attention to detail with their guests. I will say that the M Resort once used to be a superb place to stay and eat. It used to be a poppin resort when the resort first opened and it stayed that way for many years after. But a few years prepandemic to current, the resort has lost its specialness, uniqueness and fun. The service is subpar, the gaming is extremely tight and the gifts and recognition for playing and staying are no longer there. Before anyone comes at me, I will say that we did speak with a front desk manager and he did take off $300 from our bill but it was a small gesture considering how much we spent and put into our stay at the M. However I am grateful for the small refund BUT, please do better M in all aspects of your hotel service and hospitality. Please go back to the way things were in the past when it was fun, warm, clean and welcoming. On a happier note, I would like to say that the entire staff at Baby Cakes was very kind and professional. Service was expedient and the quality of food was great. Same goes for Vig Deli. Everyone was very nice and the food was very good. I was a bit sad to see how much they've condensed their menu though. Lastly, all of the guys at the valet were excellent too, and don't forget that valet parking at the M Resort is still free! So that's definitely a plus. I hope that once their expansion is done, things will get better at the M Resort as a whole but if it doesn't, I will definitely recommend you spend your money elsewhere. read more

My review is based on a day visit, not a stay. The M is so modern, I'd thought it was new. We were visiting for the first time for a birthday party at their pool. We parked for free at their garage and walked through the clean casino. The layout is interesting, the casino floor being higher than ground level. We enjoyed a bit of gambling at the craps machine and slots. The pool was wonderful! Huge, with free loungers in the shallow water. We made use of the groups reserved cabana, located ON the pool. It was comfortable, with adjustable shades. For the last day of summer and a Saturday, we were surprised it wasn't busier. The cabanas are really affordable, even for off-strip casinos. Even the food and drinks were decently priced, for Vegas. Not to mention pretty darn good. Next to the pool is their day club, which I'd like to visit someday. It looked like a lot of fun, and they host some events. read more

What a terrible experience at the M resort. I have stayed here in the past and I frequent the Casino and dining locations here. The attitude of the workers is so offensive and they take any opportunity to disregard you. Kristi is rude unnecessarily and immediately and takes joy in refusing to accommodate or assist current hotel guests. Lei is a manager who takes no urgency or care in your guest experience. When I explained all my issues with the accommodations she stated "let me get you over to someone who can actually help you" and transferred me to a voicemail. This is so disheartening because I have spent so much time and money with this establishment over the last 4 years since moving here. read more

For the new tower - Went 2 weeks ago and stayed in the new tower. Nice but has design flaws. 1- The sliding farm-style bathroom door is a huge NO. Just not a fan of that style of door. 2- The door to the toliet is wide and opens in. However, you have to stand between the wall and the toliet to close the door. Major problem. 3- There is 1 chair in the corner by the window with a small 12 inch table. Weird. Alot of empty space from the chair, across the window area to the wall. 4 - Half wood floor and rug makes the room look cheap and unattractive. The chair at the desk/dresser area has wheels. Looks like you're in an office. 5 - 3 adults in our room. (family) We asked for 2 more luggage racks. They bring one. The gentleman said he would be back with another one. Never came back. After calling 2 more times, they entered our room and put it in the closet. Would be nice if we could see it when we walked in. 6 - Lack of wall electrical outlets to properly use a CPAP machine. Can't use the electrical strip on the shelf between beds. Had to drag the small table by the window between the wall and bed to use properly. We found a hairdryer in the safe. What's up with that?? We had 2 for the visit. Unlike the old tower, there's no bathtub and 1 sink in the bathroom. The TV is slightly bigger than the old tower. Big plus for having a mini frig. Helps with medication and keeping your drinks cold. Raiders Tavern and Baby Cakes were great as usual. Not a fan of another celebrity chef restaurant coming into the hotel. The west parking lot is in dire need of re-striping. You can't see the lines to park. We've always had a great time staying here the last few years. However, we will be requesting to stay in the old tower from now on. Did we win? Well.....no. read more

My cousin wanted a chill pool experience for her birthday so we drove 30 mins to have a relaxing experience bc pools on the strip can be chaotic. Luckily, M-F pool admission for the locals is $10. The pool was mostly empty which was perfect for this sunny day because we were able to choose where to sit freely. Our server Lulani was super sweet, it was her first day and she was a natural. She recommended different drinks and had such a great attitude. The drinks were super good as well as the food. When I come back to visit, I would love to stop here again read more

The slot machines are hit or miss. The dragon links are VERY tight. The rewards are great for the PENN rewards. The drink service is not good. Two Sunday's in a row there is one drink server and she only goes to her regulars. The rest of the patrons are ignored. This is the first time I have encountered this at a casino. Beautiful hotel just minutes away from the strip and lots of shopping in between. The hotel itself is breathtakingly gorgeous with lots of space and possibly like 6-7 restaurants, coffee & pastry shops,. As you can see this is Raiders Zone baby. Lots of beautiful frames and mementoes throughout the hotel. Your room keep slides in a slot on the inside of your door which allows you to turn on your lights in your room as a energy saver. The views in this hotel room was spectacular I wish I could add more pictures so you could see. I will definitely come back to visit this place as the hotel staff was very friendly and they so make it easy to just melt away in masterpiece. I have seen M Resort as I drive into the Strip and have never been. Recently, I wanted to branch out of the Strip and check out some other casinos. I had already been to South Point and Gold Coast (both older, but very lively). M Resort definitely had a different ambiance. Their casino has ambiance of a on Strip hotel, but it is way more quiet. When I went, it was pretty deserted. Personally, when I go to Vegas, I really enjoy the noise, lights, etc. So, I did not really enjoy M Resort as much, but I can see if you want to get away from the Strip, this is a great place. I did not stay here as I only came to casino, so I cannot say anything about the rooms. I also signed up for a Player Card and when you first sign up, you can spin a wheel and win a prize. I got $5 in freeplay, which I promptly lost in the slots in like 3 minutes. LOL. Aside from that, I tried some food at the Vig, which is like a deli with food options, like sandwich and burgers. I had an Italian, which was just OK. All in all, not sure if I would come back here, but had a good time exploring for a little bit. read more

On Monday November 17, I parked my car away from Valet parking (still running with my wife waiting in the car) in front of the casino main entrance to go into the Sports Book to make a MNF bet. As I was walking into the casino, I was stopped by a Valet attendant, who advised me that I could not leave my car parked there. I explained that I did the very same thing last week, and the Valet attendant said that it was fine as long as someone was in the car. He said he did not care, I could not park there; but he would park the car in valet. I then said, "I will be in the casino for 5 minutes. I don't need my car parked by valet." Again, he said I could not park there. I then told him, "Forget it, I will just drive to South Point and make the bet there." Then he made another flippant remark that I did not hear, so I asked him to repeat what he said. But he would not. I live 5 minutes away from The M. My wife and I generally make 4-6 trips a month to the casino for cocktails and gambling. I sit in the lounge and pay for my cocktails, why she gambles. We also eat at Marinelli's once a month for dinner. Needless to say, I will never step foot in The M again. And I don't need the standard response of: "We hope you will reconsider returning to The M". Sorry, it's not going to happen. Going forward, my only involvement with The M will be to bad-mouth the casino at every opportunity I get. And I will go out of my way to do so. The M simply provides a service. And fortunately, there are 40 other establishments in LV that provide the same type of service. Albeit, without the rude, cocky, IGAS "take it or leave it" attitude that you get at The M. It only takes one moron to mess things up, and the valet attendant certainly did. Good riddance. read more

I will definitely be back! This is such a nice hotel|Casino! So clean and QUIET! Not like on the strip. It's further out from the strip so if you want something that's in the middle of all the action then this is not it. I liked that we could come back to a quit room. Our room was a good size, clean the bathroom had a shower, a DEEP soaking tub (I loved) your room key turns on the electricity in your room. They have a slot to put it in. There's a mini fridge. FREE PARKING! The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff are really friendly ! The front desk super is friendly and let us check in a little early! They have a SPA I wish I went to sooner so I could spend a while in the sauna. I had a massage, I think her name was Debb. She was great. The spa is really nice, they have showers, a steam room, sauna, two hot tubs. The casino is nice - I don't gamble I tired a slot machine no luck. I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a nice place to come back to after running around Las. Vegas. I came to Las Vegas for a training on Sunday but did other activities. Almost everywhere you have to PAY for PARKING ugh! Again this hotel is quite but it's a little far from the strip but if you don't mind the drive this is definitely a nice place to stay. I got a deal off hotels.com You could leave your car at the hotel and Uber to the strip. I would definitely recommend this place! It's also has Raiders everything there. Next time we come out I will be staying here! I forgot to take pictures of the room but they are nice. Com: walls - if you have loud neighbors you can hear them. But that's most hotels. This casino has probably the best new player rewards program in all of Vegas. Not only did we receive quite a bit of free play, but we were able to obtain $60 in free food credit which we used in one of the restaurants. It also covered our drinks, which was a nice surprise. This review is for the casino only. I am a Vegas local so I've never stayed in their rooms. I've only been inside the M Resort twice since they opened in 2009. The first time was a few weeks after they opened, just out of my own curiosity, but I was still pretty young and couldn't do anything legally, like playing the slot machines and going into bars. The second time was just recently, when we came around to go to Raiders Tavern & Grill located inside (highly recommend btw). This is a smaller casino compared to the other ones I've been to, such as Silverton and South Point. I think I saw at least five restaurants and three bars inside. Some other restaurants that you can find at the M are Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood and Marinelli's. A recent addition to the casino is the Knight Time Hockey Bar, which I might go to the next time I'm ever around here. I also remember that they had a blimp that flew around ton several months before their grand opening. That was my favorite thing to see every night. read more

Took my friend to see Margaret Cho at the M casino for her birthday. I'm good for political jokes or jabs at ALL people. However, this was not the case. She was spewing political hatred to a captive audience. I don't recall her telling one joke! Sadly, people started leaving in droves. In fact one man yelled out "BORING". Another man started to try and fight him. She again, had no clue this was happening in her audience. When my friend had enough, we left too. First of all, I don't understand why some give this casino and resort a low rating. We are locals and have been visiting this venue every 2 or 3 months since 2009, and have rarely had an issue. The M Resort is consistently clean, well-maintained, and refreshingly open with some of the friendliest staff of any property in the city. We started with breakfast at Martinelli's Italian Restaurant because it generally serves a superb breakfast. This day was no exception; our waitperson was "Leah" and she is attentive and couldn't have been more responsive and kind. The eggs (over-easy) were perfection, my ham slice was "bone-in" and flavorful. The potatoes, toast, and jam in small glass jars were great... except that my partner ordered the Basic Breakfast with a Steak, medium-rare. The steak was prepared correctly; however, it was just a tough piece of meat, so he was only able to eat about a 3rd of it. It was the only real issue, and if I were the management, I would not offer it. Because the rest of our experience was so positive, it doesn't take our 5 stars away. The slots are fun with a great variety of games. I am a veteran and updated my playing card at the cashier. "Jasmine" was very kind and noticed I was a veteran... and she presented me with an insulated mug, which I didn't expect. A lovely touch! The staff at "Baby Cakes", the bakery shop, were attentive, and the pastries are amazing. We took some home! The gift shop is about to move, and it needs to because it's far too small and we were the only customers at that moment ... However, the staff was delightful, welcoming, and were so nice to chat with. At the front desk, we inquired about the specials they have for locals. We were told that locals have their resort fees waived, so we are now planning a "staycation" in the spring. We love the M Resort, and they are probably in the upper 5 percent of the best properties in Las Vegas, in my opinion. They certainly are for us. read more
