I found this location after I went to their location that use to be across from Southpoint casino. I was in the shopping plaza looking for it & couldn't find it and thought maybe I was in the wrong place so I ended up getting on Yelp to find another location nearby (this one) because I just had to have a capriotti's for dinner! lol This location was easy to get to & find. They're a few parking spots in front of the store but plenty others just a few steps away. I did notice this location to be much smaller inside than others that I've been to. The female staff members were very friendly, happy and nice to everyone that was in there. The one girl who was taking my order did tell me the other location I went looking for did close. Glad to know I wasn't losing my mind! lol I was looking up @ the menu trying to see what my sandwich add ons were when she pointed out the cute picture of what the sandwich sizes were & all the listed add on's that was right there on the counter. I thought it was super cute & very helpful...it would be nice if all the Capriotti's locations had that. I got my usual, ham & cheese. They took it off the menu a long time ago but you can still order it. I got a medium size & was taking it to go. It didn't take long to be made and while I was waiting I saw the girl's compassionate interactions with the customers. There was one homeless guy who was sitting @ one of the tables & he seemed to be a regular as they knew him by name. One girl was grabbing his chips & drinks for him and bringing them over to him along with his sub when it was ready. He was very well mannered saying "thank you" every time. You could see their special relationship with him, it was so heart warming. A group of four elderly customers arrived while I was waiting and they must have been out of towner's & their first time to a Capriotti's as they didn't know what they wanted. The same girl who rang me up (young Hispanic female) was so patient with them and had lots of suggestions for what sandwich to try. Amazing customer service in here! I even heard her tell a customer "our customers are like family." I got my sub home & when I opened it it looked good but I have to say the taste was lacking something. At first I didn't think it had mayo on it but it did (I had to add some of my own to it, which didn't make much of a difference). I did have oil & vinegar added onto it and think maybe that was missing or not enough was added. I was a little bummed it wasn't bursting with flavor. I've learned that they have standard instructions on how much meat to add to each sub and over the years & my experience @ different locations this isn't always followed as sometimes my sub is over flowing with ham & sometimes there skimpy on the ham. I did notice the store hours & was happy to see this location does have most days that it is open until midnight. If I'm in this area again & craving a Capriotti's I'll definitely give this location another try. I love that this location is open until midnight because the one closer to my house closes at 8PM. The store was clean with a decent amount of seating and we were quickly greeted at the counter. When placing our order, we were asked if we wanted to add hot peppers to our sandwiches, which I appreciated since I usually forget to add them. I ordered a medium hot Italian and small cheesesteak sandwich to-go. The sandwiches were ready in under 15 minutes! Although it was only an 8 minute drive back to my house, the bottom of the Italian sandwich was very soggy and the cheesesteak bread didn't seem toasted and was slightly soggy. For the price of $9.99 for a small and $12.99 for a medium, I'd suggest getting the medium. There was a significant enough difference in meat and size for it to be worth paying the $3 more. Overall, the sandwiches tasted good, but I've definitely had better ones at Capriotti's before. At $27 for the two sandwiches, I was expecting them to be less soggy, even if they were to-go. It was a decent experience, but I probably won't be back for a while. read more

One thing I suggest is that you guys invest in an open sign because the windows are tinted so I always doubt myself and think you guys might be closed. Capriotti's has opened another location on S Las Vegas Blvd . In front of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. ( next to Chevron gas station). We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years. We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Our favorite is: "American Wagyu cheese steak " and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy! They even have vegetarian options like : Impossible Cheese Steak , Veggie Chicken cheese steak, Veggie Turkey. They have a new menu item: a cheesesteak fries- a must try! Hope this is the right location. My husband and I came here on 1/2/25 at 4:15pm PST to try the hot Bobbie. Please check the camera. We were from out of town on vacation and have never been to this location. The sole employee was a beautiful young lady (African American) working by herself. The restaurant was spotless, clean, the smell coming from the back was delicious, and I was extremely impressed at the cleanliness of the tables and chairs, there wasn't any trash anywhere. The young lady greeted us warmly upon arrival. My husband didn't know what to order at first, the young lady described the store's menu with enthusiasm. She made my husband feel at ease. I'm not used to young people taking such pride in their work, she was on register, cleaning and in the back cooking with gloves. We placed our order and she thanked US for giving her something to do. Whoa!!! She introduced us to menu items we didn't know about. My husband and I exchanged surprised looks, she is no ordinary employee. Not even three minutes after us, a family of seven walk in, she has time to cook our food, offer us water, hold a light conversation and take their order. I left immediately to find an ATM because we had no cash on hand and wanted to give her a proper tip, she made our day with her professionalism. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one walking distance. My husband and I made a note to write a review to single her out for extraordinary service. If I had a business, I would hire this young woman as a manager immediately. Only in Vegas!!! We hope this review reaches her, she deserves a raise and promotion. I'm grown and am not sure I could cook, clean, count and be as friendly without getting stressed. She did not!
