Love the customer service 5 stars there but Portions are smaller. Italian width bread not what they should be. Prices skyrocket and getting smaller portions. Make it make sense. read more

Walked into this establishment to get lunch for 4 and as the lady making the sandwiches Informed us we would have to wait to get the festive turkey since they don't have any stuffing. Apparently they don't get enough requests for that sandwich. First there is no reason to not be prepared for customer requests. Needless to say we only got 3 out of the 4 sandwiches and the lack of being prepared for customers I will not be going back to that location. Doesn't matter. I like Capriotti's better. I gave 2 stars vs 1 since she did make the other 3 sandwiches. read more

Alexander has wonderful and phenomenal service. I hope he gets to train the staff to be more similar to Abigail and Austin- Hospitable, fast working, and precise. Environment it's always clean and crisp when I'm there. Very happy to enjoy my: 12" Double Meat Tuna Sub w/ Bacon, Xtra Cheese, Xtra Jalapeños, Spinach and Chipotle sauce, every time I come in at crack of dawn or an "early" 1am in Vegas. When it's not busy, we really enjoy the short small talk with you guys. Even if it's not short, your interactions matter and can change someone day for the better. Thanks for being a great listener, artist and person. May LV bless this store with generosity and kindness. -Trey read more

The customer service isn't always the best but they have good intention. They're a busier location *online orders* so it takes some time to get your food but the store should take that into account and staff two. The dining area is always clean and clear. They charged for wrong sandwich. Double charged so bank would not give payment the second time. The told me to wait for refund. Just messed up my whole lunch break. Thankfully Dunkin is next door so able to eat lunch while charging my car on break. Will avoid this place moving forward. read more

The photo im adding is for the exact time I was there with whom ever the employees were. Theres a guy that works there that made 2/4 of these sandwiches. I've had him before once maybe twice. Now I know when ever I walk in and see him to just walk out. He puts the LEAST amount of product on the sandwich to the point tonight I could only stare at him. To keep saying add more... add more... add more... you know he knows he's wrong too because he won't even say it's double and/or an upcharge. The woman who made one of the Italian subs made it perfectly great! First try. No issues. No add mores. The guy literally added 6 black olive slices on a footlong. One whole footling sub... 6 black olive slices. I go here because it's clean, the other workers are nice, and it's close. If I go in and see him I'm just going to turn around and leave to a different subway location. The ladies that work here. Every single one are a delight. read more

I put in a order online for 2, 12-inch sandwiches that were both different. The sandwiches were both made wrong. I guess we need to check the order next time or just not to that location again. They have great service when you order inside, no mistakes. I guess ordering online you just take a chance. We also noticed they put on less meat. read more

Subway - Grilled Chicken - Sandwiches Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I was greeted with hostility here because I used a coupon. They do not honor the coupon sent by Subway Corporate. There is a small sign that says almost all in the menu are not allowed with coupons due to high prices of items / ingredients of the sandwiches. Which I completely understand, so I asked what can I get with coupon and we can go with that, basically all I can get was the grilled chicken for the meat and garnishes. The way she presented herself was very rude, basically throwing tantrums while making the sandwiches. (Slamming doors and utensils). I wish this establishment well, but if they treat their customers this way none will comeback ever for repeat business.... Positive note is, this place is kept clean... read more

This place sucks. I was waiting in line to order and the lady behind the counter puts a remote order in before mine, while I've been waiting. She then proceeds to fill up sauces and wait longer. Very poor customer service. If it wasn't the only thing open by me I would have left. Sucky :( read more

I went to this location because it's a mile closer to my house than the other Subway I normally go to. My experience did not start great. After asking, I met the owner, she was present... I mentioned her prices were higher than the store down the street. Her response was, "that's what we were suggested to charge. Cool. My response was, you should check out the store down the road. They are established and less expensive. Her response was, "I've heard their customer service sucks ". I replied that I've never had a problem in years. I would say my customer experience today was below average. I shared my option with her. She proceeded to be offended by my honesty and basically told me to just go to the other location. Ok.. Her store is at 8790 s. Maryland and the other store is at 9845 s. Maryland parkway. So frustrating.... ... 20 minutes later. I ate the sandwich I ordered. It was ok. Chicken was good, half the cheese than other locations (I mentioned this to the owner, she did not care), just tasted off. Maybe my experience, maybe ingredients or improper storage, not sure. I'll go a mile down the street next time. read more

My sister went in to order and only came here because we had a coupon for 2 footlongs at the price of $13.99. I wasnt inside at the time but this guy, named Grant i think(it was hard to read the chicken scratch name tag he had on), had told my sister she couldn't use the coupon at this specific location because one of our sandwiches had bacon on it. Mind you nowhere on the menu did it say that and there were no signs indicating this just thinking he didn't want to do his job. She had come out upset so I had went in to get a refund. Guy told me the same bull excuse and i said none of the other locations have this policy. I asked for a refund and he refused so i then asked to speak to a manager or get a managers phone number which he also refused. Told him paying $30 for 2 sandwiches was ridiculous and again asked for a refund and was starting to get a bit upset. He walked to the back and called someone and came back and magically was able to use the coupon and give us a refund. Made us pay again which was ridiculous but whatever. Then when I asked for the refund receipt he refused so i demanded a picture and he only let me take a picture of the original receipt. Currently waiting on a refund. read more

The one reason why you'll find me at a subway is to get items like this! Upon arrival, the smell of fresh bread fills up the room - all subways are quite inviting. I usually come here to order a foot-long oven, roasted chicken sandwich, but today I had other plans. I opted in for all three of the new foot-long items that they're selling, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was really nice and explained to me what each item came with. I was able to get all three items warmed up and TBH I loved it but also I probably have lower standards and I'm easily pleased lollll. read more

Subway - Subway- Footlong Cookie - Sandwiches Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

An extremely rare one star from me. I would go zero if I could. The manager/owner was a woman who was extremely hostile towards a young subordinate worker who was clearly trying her best. Then when I paid with a $100 bill for $60 (yes, $60) she reamed the poor girl again and then groused that I had "wiped out her bank!" I offered to use a credit card but the hostile manager said it was "too late." Never once did I hear a 'thank you" for placing such a sizable order. And there with me witnessing all this demeaning of another human being were the two small children standing at my side, who still talk about how mean the manager was to another. Where is this manager's situational awareness? And I'm not accepting the "tough day" excuse. I've had thousands of tough days, but I have never berated another person so cruelly. So here's the deal. I will remove this review if the tyrant manager apologizes to the young worker, an Asian girl with glasses, and the gives her $100 cash. If not, I'm sending this review to Subway corporate. read more

I don't know how this Subway could get 3.5 stars. It's very well kept and clean! The ladies working there are absolutely amazing. I ordered the All-American Club and told my "spicy" helper to make it how she wanted. Boy, did she whip up a delicious All-American for me. The ladies are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I work close by and will make it by just to have a conversation with them. They make every experience I have had here, an amazing one!! Thank you ladies! You're the best! read more

The food is always good. The two older ladies who work this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. Constantly yelling at customers as they enter saying, "It's gonna be a while!" Rather than warmly greeting guests, you are met with hostility and anger. Almost making you feel like you are doing Subway a disservice by spending your money there. Corporate should review the performance and customer service levels of the employees at this location through secret shoppers. read more

The worst subway you could go to we were standing there for 10 to 15 minutes and they would not look at us or say a single word. Well, there was no one else in front of us. The Subway on Maryland Pkwy in Silverado Ranch was ridiculous. I went in to order something and the lady told me it would be a bit because she had orders ahead of me. I said no problem can I use the restroom and she said only if you promise to order something. I found this to be rude. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and never questioned anybody about needing to go to the restroom. She continued to be rude to another customer that came in. I have been in this store many times because it's by a Tesla charging station. I would never return to this location again and I know the other customer, Tesla driver will not either. for a person the age of the working you would think she would know customer service. I am sorry your not home retired and have to work but it's not your customers fault. read more

I went there with my friend last week and usually they don't give us too much of a reason to not like them. But this one particular time. They were rude to their employees and customers. The old lady working on the counter was treating us as kids and thought she could be hostile and aggressive towards us as if we were dumb and slow. That same lady once gave us free cookies so it sucks to have to talk about her this way. She is a poopy fartface old lady to me and my friend now. This is an awesome Subway! I have been coming here alot lately since it is so close to the house. I also love the fact that they open at 7am on weekdays. It just makes it too convenient to grab a sub or breakfast sandwhich on my way to work in the early mornings! I alos like stopping by here after my workout to grab a chicken or tuna sub. I've been a Subway fiend lately! The employees that work here are all rediculously friendly, polite, couteous , and helpful. I have been here a solid dozen times in the past 2 weeks and have yet to have a less than pleasant experience. Lets face it, most Subways are pretty similar, its the customer service that makes such a great difference in one location to another. This is one of my faves in the city. Not to mention that the subs are always tasty too! I love the Roast Beef, SweetOnion Teriyaki, Cold Cut Combo, Tuna, and Chipolte Chicken Subs best. Plus with that monthly $5 footlong special, how can you beat that for value! (I swear I don't work for Subway!) :P It is a small location, so it is definately more suited for a grab-n-go situation. I'm quickly making this a regular spot, so until further notice it easily gets.. 4 stars. read more

This location is horrible . All 3 of our foot longs only had about 8 small pinches of chicken and only a few pinches of toppings. This is unacceptable . Do something about your location . After going through this horrible experience and all the complaints I found online, I don't understand why you guys don't do anything about it . This makes your company look so bad and you don't care about the patrons that enjoy your food. Months and years of complaints and low reviews and nothing has been done about it . This location needs to be visited by corporate or the better business bureau. You are taking advantage of customers that are paying with hard earned money. We literally had to purchase food elsewhere because what each of these foot longs had was only enough for one sandwich . Please contact me to ensure someone actually goes through these . I honestly have never complained about something like this but I felt compelled to do so because of how insane this experience was . Please make this right ! read more

Amazing experiences! We used to go to the Subway closest to us on Windmill and Las Vegas Blvd and then it closed suddenly and then we went to the one on Blue Diamond, see my other Subway review for that mess of an experience so I Googled and we found this one. First experience was great, they have a new Mozz there and its super tasty. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable and the people making the sandwiches are super friendly... but...our 2nd and 3rd experience here (so it took me some time to find the right Subway on Yelp) was the best, Richard was our sandwich maker, he is friendly and engaging and just a true delight! He makes sure that you really get what you want and doesnt get upset if you want extra sauce or what not like the guy from our last Subway used to... This is our new sandwich place to go, also we heard that the owner wanted to thank us for making the switch! wow. We eat at Subway 2-3 times a week :) Thanks! read more

Subway is pretty standard across the board. No surprises here. This spot is kinda small, so I would say its more of a grab and go location. The staff is just and friendly as most others in this area. The most important part for me is the fact the drinks were ice cold, because its definitely heating up. On a bonus note, this location is currently hiring if you know anyone looking for a job. read more

My fiancé went into this subway today and the manager Kim was off the bat very rude. Not just to my fiancé but to other customers as well. She also wasn't wearing her mask correctly as it was NOT covering her nose. With the pandemic going on you would think you'd be extra careful while making other people's food. My fiancé didn't even get our food because of her being rude plus the mask situation. First and last time I'll ever go. read more

Absolutely the worst Subway I've been in. STAY FAR FAR AWAY It started over a year ago when they didn't understandhow NOT to toast my bread. But this week its even worse. My last order I SPECIFICALLY said WARM UP CHICKEN. I picked up my order only to be told "darlin" you didn't want it toasted and didn't say you wanted the chicken warmed so it's cold. I proceeded to show the lady on the special request RIGHT on the receipt I'm signing it states WARM CHICKEN. 1st off, I'm definitely NOT darlin and find it rude to call pet names to customers. 2nd AFTER I pointed out her mistake she blamed it on her bad glasses and her bad eyesight "I thought it said More Chicken" After having her rip my sandwich apart to warm the meat, I left. Only to order once again Today, my bad, I knew I shouldn't have but its soooo close to the house. Well.... todays episode.... I reordered everything EXACTLY the same way even with the special instructions. My order would be ready at 12:30pm I arrived at 12:42 No receipt on the table for me to sign So I check my SUBWAY app, yup it was ordered, checked my bank account, yup they deducted it. So when I asked the lady where my meal was and my app says it was picked up. She became defensive and told me they never received an order and I need to take it up with the 3rd party. I asked her for the managers name and contact, this lady proceeded to claim to be the OWNER, now, if this is the way the OWNER deals with people, can you imagine why there's never the same person working there... After asking for the corporate number she told me "it won't do you any good, all complaints come right back to me" I told her fine, I'll dispute the charges and contact corporate and inform them of how their franchise owner runs the brand. She told me good luck "Have a blessed day and don't let the door hit you in the ass in the way out" Such professionalism it was baffling So again I'd stay far away from Karen's Subway she's a real... See You Next Tuesday. There's one right down the road at Silverado....MUCH nicer and wayyyy better customer service. read more
