I don't know how this Subway could get 3.5 stars. It's very well kept and clean! The ladies working there are absolutely amazing. I ordered the All-American Club and told my "spicy" helper to make it how she wanted. Boy, did she whip up a delicious All-American for me. The ladies are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I work close by and will make it by just to have a conversation with them. Walked into this establishment to get lunch for 4 and as the lady making the sandwiches Informed us we would have to wait to get the festive turkey since they don't have any stuffing. Apparently they don't get enough requests for that sandwich. First there is no reason to not be prepared for customer requests. The photo im adding is for the exact time I was there with whom ever the employees were. Theres a guy that works there that made 2/4 of these sandwiches. I've had him before once maybe twice. Now I know when ever I walk in and see him to just walk out. He puts the LEAST amount of product on the sandwich to the point tonight I could only stare at him. I was greeted with hostility here because I used a coupon. They do not honor the coupon sent by Subway Corporate. There is a small sign that says almost all in the menu are not allowed with coupons due to high prices of items / ingredients of the sandwiches. Which I completely understand, so I asked what can I get with coupon and we can go with that, basically all I can get was the grilled chicken for the meat and garnishes. I went to this location because it's a mile closer to my house than the other Subway I normally go to. My experience did not start great. After asking, I met the owner, she was present... I mentioned her prices were higher than the store down the street. Her response was, "that's what we were suggested to charge. Cool. My response was, you should check out the store down the road. They are established and less expensive. Her response was, "I've heard their customer service sucks ". I replied that I've never had a problem in years. I would say my customer experience today was below average. I shared my option with her. She proceeded to be offended by my honesty and basically told me to just go to the other location. Ok.. Her store is at 8790 s. Maryland and the other store is at 9845 s. Maryland parkway. So frustrating.... ... 20 minutes later. I ate the sandwich I ordered. It was ok. Chicken was good, half the cheese than other locations (I mentioned this to the owner, she did not care), just tasted off. Maybe my experience, maybe ingredients or improper storage, not sure. My sister went in to order and only came here because we had a coupon for 2 footlongs at the price of $13.99. I wasnt inside at the time but this guy, named Grant i think(it was hard to read the chicken scratch name tag he had on), had told my sister she couldn't use the coupon at this specific location because one of our sandwiches had bacon on it. The one reason why you'll find me at a subway is to get items like this! Upon arrival, the smell of fresh bread fills up the room - all subways are quite inviting. I usually come here to order a foot-long oven, roasted chicken sandwich, but today I had other plans. I opted in for all three of the new foot-long items that they're selling, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was really nice and explained to me what each item came with. An extremely rare one star from me. I would go zero if I could. The manager/owner was a woman who was extremely hostile towards a young subordinate worker who was clearly trying her best. Then when I paid with a $100 bill for $60 (yes, $60) she reamed the poor girl again and then groused that I had "wiped out her bank!" I offered to use a credit card but the hostile manager said it was "too late." Never once did I hear a 'thank you" for placing such a sizable order. And there with me witnessing all this demeaning of another human being were the two small children standing at my side, who still talk about how mean the manager was to another. Where is this manager's situational awareness? And I'm not accepting the "tough day" excuse. I've had thousands of tough days, but I have never berated another person so cruelly. So here's the deal. The Subway on Maryland Pkwy in Silverado Ranch was ridiculous. I went in to order something and the lady told me it would be a bit because she had orders ahead of me. I said no problem can I use the restroom and she said only if you promise to order something. I found this to be rude. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and never questioned anybody about needing to go to the restroom. She continued to be rude to another customer that came in. I have been in this store many times because it's by a Tesla charging station. I would never return to this location again and I know the other customer, Tesla driver will not either. for a person the age of the working you would think she would know customer service. This is an awesome Subway! I have been coming here alot lately since it is so close to the house. I also love the fact that they open at 7am on weekdays. It just makes it too convenient to grab a sub or breakfast sandwhich on my way to work in the early mornings! I alos like stopping by here after my workout to grab a chicken or tuna sub. I've been a Subway fiend lately! The employees that work here are all rediculously friendly, polite, couteous , and helpful. I have been here a solid dozen times in the past 2 weeks and have yet to have a less than pleasant experience. Lets face it, most Subways are pretty similar, its the customer service that makes such a great difference in one location to another. This is one of my faves in the city. Not to mention that the subs are always tasty too! I love the Roast Beef, SweetOnion Teriyaki, Cold Cut Combo, Tuna, and Chipolte Chicken Subs best. Plus with that monthly $5 footlong special, how can you beat that for value! (I swear I don't work for Subway!) :P It is a small location, so it is definately more suited for a grab-n-go situation. Amazing experiences! We used to go to the Subway closest to us on Windmill and Las Vegas Blvd and then it closed suddenly and then we went to the one on Blue Diamond, see my other Subway review for that mess of an experience so I Googled and we found this one. First experience was great, they have a new Mozz there and its super tasty. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable and the people making the sandwiches are super friendly... but...our 2nd and 3rd experience here (so it took me some time to find the right Subway on Yelp) was the best, Richard was our sandwich maker, he is friendly and engaging and just a true delight! He makes sure that you really get what you want and doesnt get upset if you want extra sauce or what not like the guy from our last Subway used to... This is our new sandwich place to go, also we heard that the owner wanted to thank us for making the switch! wow. We eat at Subway 2-3 times a week :) Thanks! read more

My fiancé went into this subway today and the manager Kim was off the bat very rude. Not just to my fiancé but to other customers as well. She also wasn't wearing her mask correctly as it was NOT covering her nose. With the pandemic going on you would think you'd be extra careful while making other people's food. Subway is pretty standard across the board. No surprises here. This spot is kinda small, so I would say its more of a grab and go location. The staff is just and friendly as most others in this area. The most important part for me is the fact the drinks were ice cold, because its definitely heating up. Absolutely the worst Subway I've been in. STAY FAR FAR AWAY It started over a year ago when they didn't understandhow NOT to toast my bread. But this week its even worse. I proceeded to show the lady on the special request RIGHT on the receipt I'm signing it states WARM CHICKEN. 1st off, I'm definitely NOT darlin and find it rude to call pet names to customers. 2nd AFTER I pointed out her mistake she blamed it on her bad glasses and her bad eyesight "I thought it said More Chicken" After having her rip my sandwich apart to warm the meat, I left. Only to order once again Today, my bad, I knew I shouldn't have but its soooo close to the house. Well.... todays episode.... I reordered everything EXACTLY the same way even with the special instructions. My order would be ready at 12:30pm I arrived at 12:42 No receipt on the table for me to sign So I check my SUBWAY app, yup it was ordered, checked my bank account, yup they deducted it. So when I asked the lady where my meal was and my app says it was picked up. She became defensive and told me they never received an order and I need to take it up with the 3rd party. I asked her for the managers name and contact, this lady proceeded to claim to be the OWNER, now, if this is the way the OWNER deals with people, can you imagine why there's never the same person working there... After asking for the corporate number she told me "it won't do you any good, all complaints come right back to me" I told her fine, I'll dispute the charges and contact corporate and inform them of how their franchise owner runs the brand. We usually eat subway while in different towns for work. It's easy and will stay for the day while we work events. This one has to be one of the best. The woman (didn't get her name) on thurs and Friday was very sweet and understanding to my specific needs. She made the sandwiches and salad with true care. She engaged in conversation with us. The veggies were the freshest I have seen in a long time at a subway. Debbie helped us Saturday and Sunday and she was also very helpful and friendly. She even spoke so highly of her boss.
