We had our favorite deli in Lake Havasu, Ed's, a no others have met our approval. Jersey Mike's has learned our loyalty for now among the many other corporate competitors. I like the Hot Italian, and I really should expand my horizons by trying some of the other options on the menu. The workers are friendly, the space is clean, and there are options of eat in, take out and delivery. read more

Staff here is always amazing. Being pregnant and unable to eat most of their sandwiches they always took great care of me and made me something so yummy to satisfy my cravings. read more

So I went to go try the sandwich place for the first time they have a chicken salad sandwich doesn't seem like it was gonna be pretty good but let me tell you I feel like I'm a regular there. I've met some of the employees. The food is great they make you feel welcomed. I met the new store manager. I met one of the managers over at another store. I don't know what they put in their food or how they make their sandwiches, but they're the best and make sure you have it. Mike's way. I really hoped that this restaurant this sandwich place stays consistent. read more

This is our favorite spot for sandwiches! We always go with the Rosemary Parmesan bread it's our go-to every time. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always so friendly. We highly recommend this place! read more

Like I've always said with all the sandwich shops out there it's just like burger shops it's all your personal preference. Jersey Mike's has a nice set up and their sandwiches are usually pretty good size, but I see that their price point has definitely gone up. The person who served us was Craig and he was very friendly and made our experience even better. Always a great sandwich here pro tip ask for the pepper relish really kicks it up. read more

Paris has exceptional service. She should be working on the strip. I was very impressed as someone who has many idiosyncrasies. My giant sub was fantastic! Thank you so much, Paris. I'll define back. read more

I Love Jersey Mike's Subs ! We have been going to Jersey Mikes for years and their sandwiches are so much better than Subway or places like it. This is a stand out sandwich spot! They don't pre slice their deli meats, they slice them fresh per order in front of the customer. Which every sub shop should do, because it tastes better when it's fresh. Staff is quick & they always give EXCELLENT service! The store is clean and inviting. The sandwiches are always worth the price. Great amount of tasty meat, fresh veggies, bread is super soft and overall, the best place for sandwiches! Highly recommended! read more

This place used to be so good. The sandwiches were great. The bread to meat ratio was perfect. Oops a private equity firm has taken over and now puts profits over everything else. Not only are the sandwiches considerably smaller, when you take a bite it's all bread with very little meat. If you want to mimic a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, put 3 pieces of bread together with a slice of ham and a slice of provolone and you got yourself a #2. The only reason I have them 2 , was the service They are still very friendly and do the best they can with what little they have to work with. read more

I come here probably once or twice a week, my daughter loves their subs better than any of the competitors, Subway, Jimmy John's, etc. The interior itself is a small, clean space, with a walk up ordering area, or you can do what I do and use the app and preorder, your order typically will be ready for pickup when you arrive. The kids working the counter are inviting. Now onto the food, I feel like when ordering a cold sub Mike's way (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, oregano and salt) you really can't go wrong, it's all sliced fresh and made to order. The hot subs can be good but it also depends what you order and who's working the grill. I typically order the Big Kahuna cheesesteak, onions, peppers, jalapeños, and extra American white cheese, I do have high standards when it comes to cheesesteak, theirs is good when I would like an easy and quickly made cheesesteak when I pickup my daughters sandwich and don't feel like going to my favorite cheesesteak restaurant across town. read more

This location is so hit or miss! Sometimes you get great sandwiches, but other times--like tonight--they mess up all the sandwiches including something as simple as a veggie sandwich. Seriously, how do you mess up a veggie sandwich? I called to speak with a manager, but there wasn't one on duty. Perhaps that's part of the problem. Do better--especially when I'm paying over $45 for four sandwiches. read more

Always love a jersey mikes but this location is always a win. The team seems to work well together and sandwich is always consistent. read more

People are nice, location is very clean. I walked in today to place an order for delivery tomorrow. Chessa was so very helpful! I have to say they really came through! The girls won so tournament went longer but that's a good thing.. I brought the trays inside so it all worked out and the girls seemed to enjoy the sandwiches. Thank you so much Jersey Mikes! Catering and delivery is great! If I need to do this again I'd definitely call them. I just need to remember platters come with 4" sandwiches. . Not 6" read more

We found this new sandwich shop, oh my goodness they make everything fresh to order. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We had one small issue with a pick up order and the owner called me, apologized, a true professional business, he cares about his business, unlike so many other businesses here in Henderson!! I highly recommend! 5 stars they won't disappoint!! read more

I want to say thank you to the gentleman named Shawn. (Sorry if I miss spelled your name wrong). My lady (Taylor) called in for some help with making her sandwich and he did exactly what she asked. read more

Literally so delicious. I could eat Jersey Mike's every single day!! Clean atmosphere but stinky bathroom lol. Kind workers! I get a #7 Mike's way, no onions and add pickles! read more

I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this place. I loved Subway until they changed the dressings. I'm not a fan of Firehouse or Jimmy John's. So I wasn't expecting much. How wrong I was! I love the fact that they have a "mini" size because it's perfect for me. I can't usually finish a whole sandwich and the dressing makes the bread soggy, so I end up either eating the contents without the bread later, or with guilt, throwing the rest away. The other thing I love that sets them apart is the CPR. No, not life resuscitation. Cherry Pepper Relish! It brings the sandwich to the next level. In fact, I think I just made myself hungry and am going to get one now. You should, too. read more

The service was on point. We had our grand children with us. They wanted just a bacon sandwich. The manager piled a lot of it on his sandwich. Nice touch. Made me very happy and my grandson loved it. Great customer service! read more

By far the best jersey mikes I have ever visited. The staff from walk in to completion had the best energy and some of the best customer service I have experienced. I don't get to Jersey Mike's that often, but I went today and ordered a #13 - Italian Sub and it was great - always fresh and I love how they have the hot pepper spread like back East! Special shout out to OMAR who made my sub today - he did an awesome job and he's very friendly and polite. Give that guy a raise! read more

Went to Jersey Mike's on Eastern and ordered a Club Sub in a bowl only to be told they were out of bowls. This is about the 4th time this has happened to me at this location. For about a week, I was bringing in my own plastic bowl because they didn't have any way to serve me. I can understand running out of something, but how hard is it to just go to the store and buy some disposable bowls rather than turning customers away? I'll never go there again since I can't know ahead of time if I'll be able to order any food. read more

I like this place, I've been here three times now but this will be my last. The food is good but there are some rude workers in there. I went in today and ordered my sandwich, the girl was nice but seemed a little impatient even though they just opened. Once she was done she slid the sandwich over and a guy came over to finish it. He said something which I could not understand, I said what? He said it again and I asked if he could pull his mask down so I can hear and understand what he is saying. His response she was, "you should have better hearing". WTF? This is the way you're going to treat a customer? I DO NOT recommend this location because the employees are rude and really don't care about customers. The only reason I didn't go off on this guy was because other customers were in the store, I had someone with me and posting here will be more effective then telling this guy what he can do with his sandwich. If I were alone I would have told him what he could do with the sandwich he was making and I would have walked out. Needless to say, I won't go back to this location. read more

Good food , nice atmosphere wish the parking lot was bigger would definitely return .

My favorite sandwich/sub shop by a mile. Turkey and provolone with lettuce, tomato, onions, banana peppers, pickles, chili pepper relish, Mike's way on the rosemary Parmesan bread. The only thing that changes is whether I am ordering the regular or the giant. The service is always great. The ambiance is that of a sandwich shop so don't take your first date here thinking it's high end dining. read more

After a 12 hour day at work, I ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike's because I didn't feel like cooking. Emily, your kindness meant a lot to an overworked customer, thank you. read more

Updated review: The sound system is much better now. Thanks Lalo! I like Jersey Mike's. This location is very clean, and relatively new. The staff is friendly, nice and competent.
