It's taco eating time . Let's check off some good tacos for you and the family here. They run specials for taco Tuesday but we did not partake of them this time . The restaurant is primarily a "to go," style joint . They have some of the best tacos for fast food in the area . They are a little greasy, but truly what do you expect . The service is impeccable. Moved to Henderson from California and noticed there is a shortage of good Mexican food here until I landed at Fausto's. I keep coming back for their burritos and horchata. Read the breakfast burrito was good so I thought to try their super burrito. Not sure if I upset the cashier when ordering, asking too many questions but my Burrito was ready within 4minutes on the dot! Sadly it was absolutely the worst burrito I had. Chicken had no flavor and sour cream and cabbage were the only things in the burrito as well. Also seemed more of a regular burrito than a super......I usually try spots like this twice so hopefully the next time is better. read more

My favorite guilty pleasure! I'll never forget the first time I visited Fausto's. The food was so well-prepared and delicious, I thought it was the best Mexican food I'd ever eaten. That visit was at least 15 years ago, and I have NEVER had anything but wonderful food there. On this visit, we shared an Al Pastor burrito. OMG - how flavorful! The meat was tender and juicy; the salsa was rich and delicious; and the flour tortilla was grilled perfectly. We love that there's a salsa bar, and the pickled carrots are a wonderful way to top off the meal. While the restaurant itself is very casual and there's no table service, the food and prices make Fausto's a phenomenal value. read more

I order door dash and it was pretty quick and it was warm. I will say on door dash there isn't a section to order drinks. So that sucks. The cheese quesadilla was sooo good! Not too oily it was the right amount of cheese! The beans were so good as well not too salty. Carne Asada fries were OK. The flavor was the best it was basic. The rolled taquitos were sooo good !! The Al pastor nachos were soooo good ! Not too salt or chewy ! It was prefect ! The Al pastor Nachos were gone instantly. The Pina drink was good. && I had to order a combo to get a drink. We ordered through Door dash for some breakfast burritos and I was pretty satisfied with our order. We got two carne asada breakfast burritos, the Nevada I believe that's what it's called? And the bacon, potato, and egg breakfast burrito. They come with salsa (thank god) and I ordered a side of guacamole which was pretty good! Fausto's is our go-to when were craving some inexpensive and tasty food. Fausto's is located off of Horizon Ridge and Eastern, same shopping center as CVS, Texaco and Panda Express. Nothing fancy here folks, just some good eats with the best salsas and spicy carrots. We love the rolled tacos, that come in 3 or 5, topped with heaps of guacamole and cheese. You can choose from chicken or beef, but I do have to say, sometimes they mix them up and give us the wrong ones. The carne asada burrito is filled with tender carne asada, guac and pico. So simple yet so delicious and filling. The quesadillas are massive and filled to the brim with cheese. We always get the green salsa (mild) and the red spicy salsa as well. Service is a mixed bag sometimes, as I'm sure turnover these days is pretty high. read more

I strongly advise against visiting this location. I noticed that the cashier added 3 dollars extra to my order at the end without any explanation. I didn't request anything special that would warrant this addition, which makes me suspect that they might be adding tips on their own. When I asked for a receipt, it wasn't itemized. Please be cautious if you choose to go here, as I will not return. The owners need to address this issue at this location pronto. read more

Last Saturday the bride wanted some chicken tacos. I drove over to Fausto's to fulfill her wish. While there I decided to order Menudo for myself. Typically Menudo, a Mexican soup made from tripe, is only served Saturday and Sundays, known as a hangover cure, weekends only. I get home to serve my lady, then poured the Menudo into a large bowl, added the spices provided this dish and O M G! I was blown away, by far, and I've sampled many variations, Fausto's Menudo was the best tasting Menudo I'd ever experienced. The tripe was generous, and soft not chew, complimented by the rich broth, so well balanced...it became my high water mark for comparison... if your hankering for some epic Mexican Menudo you've got to try Fausto's, but only available Saturday and Sunday read more

This place is my guilty pleasure . When I may have had one glass of wine too many , the massive and cheap breakfast burrito with potato, egg and cheese, does the trick!! The salsas are so fresh! The service is super speedy, and every time I go it's extremely consistent. I am a little confused as to why the Stephanie location isn't as good. . Now we live over here, I rarely go. Their salsas are completely different and kind of watery. If I really am in need of this particular food source , I will drive to Horizon. It's worth it. Solid! We went on taco Tuesday, and omg the joint was jumpin! Still, for not having a phone order, the line and service moved quickly. The staff was super sweet, and you could see they were bustin ass! They had crispy chicken tacos for a buck! And honestly all of their prices were amazingly reasonable. I got the beef rolled tacos, a shrimp burrito, we also tried the fish taco and Chile relleno burrito. The skrimps were GINORMOUS, and looked like they had just been caught! Oh ya, their burritos are like the size of babies! The taco was so crispy! The fish taco was a little bland. Too. Much. Food!! Will update when the Chile relleno burrito has been had. We also had the Jamaica, which was SO refreshing on a hot Vegas day. Drank most of it while waiting for my food. I know the fountains for it were behind the counter, but it was my first time there so I had to ask if one could have refills on such drinks. The sweetheart at the counter said they don't usually, but bc we had to wait that she would do it! Y'all know I'm huge on customer service! It's exactly what you would expect from other locations but it's always clean and the food is freshly made to order so you're always getting good quality. The super burrito combo is my go to. I love their chile rellano here.. its always so good. I don't think I've ordered anything else before. I order it with the enchilada sauce on the side so the rellano doesn't get soggy ... May sound weird but that's just how I like it I've gone to the three Fausto's near me and the quality of the food they serve remains consistent, always delicious! If you can't decide what to get, you simply tell them what you like and they can suggest something for you or suggest the best combo to give you more value for your dollar. Usually when you get a breakfast burrito from this establishment their hot and somewhat delicious but today I've experienced the worst inconsistency in breakfast burrito's history the burrito was made up of leftovers from the early morning shift and it was only 10:00am old eggs very quickly cooked potatoes and a little bit of cheese thrown in with the right amount of ham. I immediately regretted my late morning breakfast choice and returned to express my discontent,now the apologies started and the cook refused to admit his wrongdoing I didn't want to hear the rebuttal I just wanted a quick refund to go and salvage my morning. I would just like to say if you're going to serve breakfast until 11:00 am please use fresh materials or fire that cook. Yes they deserved one star for mucking up my breakfast experience. read more
