First of all, Diane took out order and she is an absolute sweetheart! Service: Excellent! We were greeted as we walked in and Diane was so helpful and nice. Food: i had the grilled cheese & mexican corn chowder. Both were equally good. Friends had: tomato caprese sandwich & broccoli chedder soup. Friend said it was excellent. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. She loved it! Ambience: typical fats food restaurant, its clean and lots of seating. Ill definitely be back!

It never changes, and that's a good thing! When you been here a bunch of times and it's always good! The sandwiches made fresh and the soup is hot and tasty! Carli is a great customer service representative. Always hustling and always checking to see if they can get you anything else! Comfortable and clean!

It's been a minute since I've been to this Panera or Panera in general. Since the one at The District closed down, I really haven't gone to one in a while. This is a great location though and since my husband and I were in the area, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. They took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu (BOO) so I had to find something else to order. Even though its 1000 degrees outside, their broccoli cheddar soup is unparalleled. Sooo delicious and creamy. So I got the pick two with that and then it was to decide on the sandwich. I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. It's been a while since I've really liked any of the sandwiches on the menu. But their chicken is rather good and actually pretty tender, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back to this location again. Plenty of seating inside and out. Just wish maybe they cleaned the bathrooms a little more, but beyond that, the customer service was great!

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch! I've heard of panera but never been before. This is my first experience here and it was good! I tried the new chili with a bread bowl and my friend ordered the garden caprese with the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The chili had a good flavor to it and I tried my friend's cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Both soups are good! The bread bowl was fresh and we finished up the whole thing. The caprese sandwich was kinda sad. No sauce or flavor to it unfortunately. Next time I go, I'm excited to try something else.

I had Panera Bread on my brain and I decided to stop by here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, another Panera Bread closest to me, which was located at The District at GVR, closed just recently, so now I have to drive a little further if I want a tasty sandwich from them. This Panera Bread sits on the corner of Eastern and Ione, before you reach Silverado Ranch. Unlike the one that used to be at The District, this one has a much bigger interior and has way more seating inside. The parking lot was full but I easily found a space in the front. Because it's been so long since I had something from Panera Bread, I was looking forward to having their delicious tuna salad again, which is my usual from here. I walked in and was greeted by the two friendly ladies at the counter. Among with the full tuna salad that I ordered, I also ordered an agave lemonade and a bag of chips as my side. The lady told me that I could also pick any pastry for 50% off, so I got myself a chocolate chip muffie, which is a cookie but has the texture of a muffin. Sweet! I think I got there at the right time because there was a line starting to form once I got my food. As always, the tuna salad was excellent, which had tomatoes and leafy greens inside of it. The agave lemonade was tasty and so refreshing on a day that warmed up really quickly. And the muffie was super delicious. It tasted exactly like a muffin, only you don't take the wrapper off it first. Think of the muffie as a muffin, but it's only a muffin top and the bottom is missing. Going forward, this will now be my go-to Panera Bread. They are very well managed and they have very friendly staff.

This place always has exceptional customer service. Diana, Tammy and Mya lead the way.

    Pathetic salad

Way too expensive for such poor quality. HALF of a hard boiled egg and literally one slice of old avocado. What did they do with the rest of it?? So bad it was almost funny

What a pleasure it was to be waited on by Diana today. Cheerful, friendly, and efficient. They've really stepped up their efforts in hiring her.

Was super excited to hear they had opened down the street from my house in Henderson. Went there on a Saturday night expecting it to be super packed, but we got there just in time before the rush started. Really easy to find this place and a shopping center, great signage, so you know you're not going to miss it. Plenty of parking and that works out great. The inside is really warm and inviting. It definitely has a pub type. Atmospheric, with plenty of tables to set up. Plus they have a full bar. Whether you want a slice or a full pie or a couple pizzas to go, this place definitely has you covered! We ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, and a couple of iced teas. It was great sitting there watching people filing in and out picking up their to-go orders. This place stays pretty busy, but they do not skimp on service! Our server was awesome. She was attentive, and not overbearing. The pie came out, and looked absolutely amazing. I got to tell you the crust is so good on this pizza, I ate the entire thing. Sometimes the crust is too much, but whatever they do to make it, it is definitely a finishing item. I had so many different things to see and try that. You could come back here multiple times and not have the same thing twice. Plus they have a happy hour special which is half off a slice of pie. Definitely have to go check that out. Bottom line? This place is awesome! If you like a good pizza like I do, it's pretty amazing. There are plenty of good places in Las Vegas to get a pizza, but this place hits all the boxes in taste, price, and atmosphere. Run, don't walk to this place immediately!

The name is accurate…read more Good Pie is a local pizzeria which pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo started off in the Downtown area and eventually expanded to Henderson. That location ended up being the most convenient for my first real visit, several years after I first tried some of their pizza in pop-up-esque situation at a Super Bowl party event (and liked it, by the way). They say they do housemade iced tea and lemonade, so naturally they'll actually do an Arnold Palmer ($3.00). It was more tea-forward than other versions I've had but had enough lemon tartness and remained just refreshing enough. That's because the pizza I actually got was just a tad bit too salty to break into the top tier of local pizzas. I got a Detroit-style Shroom ($22.00 for the 8"x10" small size) and definitely liked the first few bites before the salt level hit a high plateau. The dough is chewy and has that great crispy cheese crust, the cheese is gooey, and the mushrooms and caramelized onions are portioned generously enough. Maybe I should've gone for a red sauce pie since my Yelp friend said the salt is lighter on that sauce? Music is fairly low volume and eclectic, with both ABBA and Savage Garden sticking out. Service is actually supposed to be dine-in unless you're doing takeout, and I tipped appropriately after realizing my oversight. If I'm craving pizza while in the St. Rose area or or feel like hitting up their happy hour (2-5pm daily, 1/2 off slices, some drink discounts), I'll definitely keep Good Pie in mind. It's good enough for a neighborhood eatery, but other spots come to mind first for destination-worthiness.

I had the Roasted Autumn Salad, their Hummus & Pita Chips with feta, and a Green Reviver. Everything was delicious! The salad portions are incredibly generous with a good amount of protein. The hummus is surprisingly good for a non-Mediterranean place and the green juice was tasty especially for being somewhat healthy. Be aware the buffalo chicken is very saucy, for some reason I expected it to be more dry, but the sauce can take over the flavor of the salad. Also there is no indoor eating area, but the food travels well so I just bring it home.

It's located in The District at Green Valley Ranch off the 215! You can't miss this adorably stylish building! Entered into this serene garden like place that had me looking everywhere. It was very engaging. You order your food inside the front door entrance where the menu is above at a counter. The lady taking the order was ever so helpful and patient. She recommended some really amazing dishes to try and while you're looking at the menu there, there are homemade muffins and cookies at your fingertips. Your senses start to get flooded with goodness here. Just past the order counter is a gorgeous open kitchen where you see chef's intensely preparing the food. Everything smells amazing here and the plates coming off the food line look so good. OMG. Finally picked out something to eat and went and picked out a table. It's self seating and within minutes, the food is already out to the table served by very charming team members. I was out with my daughter so we both picked something that was preferable to our taste. Her dish, the Mediterranean Chicken was pretty detailed and very colorful. She said the food was outstanding. She had never tried anything with so much variety. I was a little bit more on the safe side and picked a simple salad with turkey and avocado, and some extras. The vinaigrette dressing was so unique and delicious alone. The salad was very fulfilling. The atmosphere was so relaxing in a space with sound where you can have a nice conversation. Loved the vaulted ceilings. Dining room and patio was about half full mid afternoon and everyone looked so happy. As if they were all regulars plotted to be in this scene I was in. By the way, the patio looks so pretty straight out of a catalog. Upon leaving, the same people that greeted us a warm welcome also gave us a grateful goodbye. Very nice people here! Leaving the restaurant took some more pictures of the front entrance parking lot where there was this smoking hot Corvette parked in front. Too good not to capture. So excited to go back here the restaurant overall was so accommodating and friendly. Loved everything about it:)

Half of the lettuce is not fresh at all. I would assume they would cut their lettuce. But it must be bagged. And who made this salad and saw these pieces and figured they were ok? For a $20 I should not have to pick out old pieces. Is there no quality control? I'm at home too, babysitting, so it's not like I'm there and request it to be remade. What a waste of money.

But, the employee (maybe, Manager?), Gia made the overall experience great. I rarely feel compelled to write a review for anything - especially for a quick serve restaurant. However, Gia's warmth, attention to detail and pride for this business was worthy of taking the time to write. Gia is warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable about their menu items, and patient with slow to decide newcomers. All of that deserves so much praise and recognition. However, that alone is not what brought me to write this review... It was watching her in her downtime. I saw chips, beverages, etc. getting re-stocked - and in a very orderly fashion. Then, she moved on to wiping down surfaces - going so far as to cleaning fingerprinty glass of the front door and windows. She was doing this while continuing to carry herself in a pleasant, approachable manner. We all know how some employees approach the tasks they just see as a chore and don't see as vital to the business! Typically, we see apathy - not Gia! As I noted, I do not know if Gia is Management or, even, affiliated with ownership. But, she is a vital part of that business. If Gia is not management or affiliated with the franchise(?), I do need to compliment management for having high standards for training and hiring good people. Next time I am in town, when I need lunch in the suburbs, of all the choices out there, I will come back to Chop Shop to support a well run business. Congrats!
