This is my regular Panera Bread, and I've always had a positive experience here. I usually order through the App and typically use the Drive Thru for pickup, although I've also gone inside to pick up my order. This particular visit, I was just stopping by for a French Baguette Loaf. A friend had mentioned that she always gets her baguettes from Panera, and I remember thinking, how much of a difference can it really be compared to getting one at the grocery store? Well, wow, was I surprised! Well, I now always get my baguettes at Panera. They are so good! The App is user-friendly, and since I was only ordering one item, my baguette was ready for me when I arrived. There weren't any other cars in the Drive Thru, and the area was clean and well maintained. The employee who helped me was super friendly and thanked me, which is always nice. It's amazing how much those positive little interactions can make a difference! Definitely a convenient stop when I'm craving that fresh baguette! read more

Panera Delivery time via Uber Eats really good!! Really fast delivery service and the order was almost complete however missing one side item. The soups were both good. Chicken Broccoli could have been a better size portion. Just barely enough for the bread bowl. I remember these being much larger. Missing a side of chips. Chicken noodle soup was extremely salty but tasty. Needs some extra water to dilute it. The sandwich was small but very good. I ordered a half of grilled chicken BLT with avocado on sour dough. Very good!! Arrived still hot. The bread bowl is fresh and soft. Overall, good value after using the promos. Uber Eats did a great job getting it to me super fast! read more

The food is good, but the new kiosk system is frustrating. When you order, there's no option to enter a table number or take a number. If you sign into your account, it automatically uses your name, which means you have to stand near the counter in a high-traffic area waiting for your name to be called. They're still bringing orders to tables, so why not let customers enter a table number instead of employees having to figure out who you are? Also, every time I've picked up my order, my drink or drink cup has been missing even though the ticket clearly shows I ordered one. As someone who pays monthly for Sip Club, I shouldn't have to ask for my drink every time. One other small but frustrating issue: the first stall in the women's restroom doesn't have a purse hook. I come here alone often and would really appreciate somewhere to put my purse. Good food, but these little operational issues make the experience unnecessarily inconvenient. read more

This morning I ordered Double Dash, and Panera was an add-on to my order. The pick two is what I prefer and it comes with 2 half items, plus a side. The half Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was so yummy and warm with delicious sauce and lots of chicken. My half Fugi Apple Chicken Salad was packed perfectly and had crisp lettuce and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, my chips were not included in the bag, so I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who wrote down my name and will honor a replacement when I stop in again. I could dispute on Door Dash, but I would rather deal with the restaurant if they are amicable. Everything else was good and my chocolate chipper cookie and parfait were also in the bag. read more

I've been to this Panera a few times over the years and I would say that they are pretty good. I like this location because it's easy to get in and out of and because it's pretty large and has plenty of seating. The look inside has changed a bit over the years but not too much. It's always fairly clean and welcoming when I come in. The people working here are always pleasant and they are quick to clean the tables. I like that they ask you if you need anything else when they drop off your order. The food is good. Pretty standard Panera fair. It takes a little bit for the food to come out most of the time but it gets to you fresh and warm (if you ordered a warm item.) read more

Food: i had the grilled cheese & mexican corn chowder. Both were equally good. Friends had: tomato caprese sandwich & broccoli chedder soup. Friend said it was excellent. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. She loved it! Ambience: typical fats food restaurant, its clean and lots of seating. Ill definitely be back! read more

Unfortunately, for such a great location, this Panera feels severely understaffed for the volume of online, delivery, and in-store orders they handle. I stopped in to get some work done and ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and a drink. Both tasted great, but the wait time was over 30 minutes. The staff was helpful and apologetic, but you could tell they were overwhelmed and stressed. This was around 4 PM on a Sunday, so not even peak rush. If you're looking for something quick, you might want to try another location or order ahead to avoid the long wait times. read more

It never changes, and that's a good thing! When you been here a bunch of times and it's always good! The sandwiches made fresh and the soup is hot and tasty! I would have pictures but I didn't order anything.. I was really craving the tomato soup and a chocolate chip cookie but when I walked in I wasn't an employee that greeted me but the strong sent of sewage, poop, bad old fart.. topped with fresh bread. I can deal with the sent of cleaning supplies, a waft of life but this was far beyond doable.. This place needs a deep cleaning.. read more

It's been a minute since I've been to this Panera or Panera in general. Since the one at The District closed down, I really haven't gone to one in a while. This is a great location though and since my husband and I were in the area, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. They took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu (BOO) so I had to find something else to order. Even though its 1000 degrees outside, their broccoli cheddar soup is unparalleled. Sooo delicious and creamy. So I got the pick two with that and then it was to decide on the sandwich. I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. It's been a while since I've really liked any of the sandwiches on the menu. But their chicken is rather good and actually pretty tender, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back to this location again. Plenty of seating inside and out. Just wish maybe they cleaned the bathrooms a little more, but beyond that, the customer service was great! read more

I have ordered the turkey and cheese on sourdough many times the portions are very good. The sourdough bread is good. Only suggestion would be to use best foods or Kraft mayonnaise to improve the taste of the sandwich. would definitely recommend. also their chicken noodle soup is very good and hearty. The broth is very good. read more

Clean, staff is very freindly. Especially Jesse, he is super kind and attentive to customers!

I had Panera Bread on my brain and I decided to stop by here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, another Panera Bread closest to me, which was located at The District at GVR, closed just recently, so now I have to drive a little further if I want a tasty sandwich from them. This Panera Bread sits on the corner of Eastern and Ione, before you reach Silverado Ranch. Unlike the one that used to be at The District, this one has a much bigger interior and has way more seating inside. The parking lot was full but I easily found a space in the front. Because it's been so long since I had something from Panera Bread, I was looking forward to having their delicious tuna salad again, which is my usual from here. I walked in and was greeted by the two friendly ladies at the counter. Among with the full tuna salad that I ordered, I also ordered an agave lemonade and a bag of chips as my side. The lady told me that I could also pick any pastry for 50% off, so I got myself a chocolate chip muffie, which is a cookie but has the texture of a muffin. Sweet! I think I got there at the right time because there was a line starting to form once I got my food. As always, the tuna salad was excellent, which had tomatoes and leafy greens inside of it. The agave lemonade was tasty and so refreshing on a day that warmed up really quickly. And the muffie was super delicious. It tasted exactly like a muffin, only you don't take the wrapper off it first. Think of the muffie as a muffin, but it's only a muffin top and the bottom is missing. Going forward, this will now be my go-to Panera Bread. They are very well managed and they have very friendly staff. read more

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch! I've heard of panera but never been before. This is my first experience here and it was good! I tried the new chili with a bread bowl and my friend ordered the garden caprese with the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The chili had a good flavor to it and I tried my friend's cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Both soups are good! The bread bowl was fresh and we finished up the whole thing. The caprese sandwich was kinda sad. No sauce or flavor to it unfortunately. Next time I go, I'm excited to try something else. read more

Got uber eats. My receipt says the right item (tuna sandwich) but inside is a completely different sandwich (turkey with cheese). So pissed. Went to this location about 3pm on Monday, March 30th...no employees anywhere, not on the floor, not preparing food, not even at the register!! Stood there for quite a bit, then a female appears BUT totally ignored us, then finally a manager appears and comes to help us and has the audacity to ask if we waited long, i answered yes and all he said was that all employees were in the back. We sat down, no one called us, so I went to go check on our food and it was just on the counter, with the employees with no care to be trained on customer service!! Someone seriously needs to take notice and change the behaviors of these employees, this location!! Disgusting behavior! read more

Went for the Pick 2 deal and picked the seasonal squash soup and mozzarella tomato sandwich which was toasted and fresh, both tasty! My daughter loved the included bread dipped in the soup, she ate most of it! I loved the crunchy outside but soft inside fresh bread with juicy slices of tomato, mozzarella, and aioli. I forgot to photograph anything scarfing it down while it was hot. The food was ready when I arrived, staff was busy filling orders, and the cafe was calm and had patrons here and there relaxing with their meal or laptop. read more

I really love going to Panera, but as a senior when I went to use the restroom first of all the toilet seat cover dispenser was so high. I know I'm short, but that was ridiculous. I literally had to reach up to get a toilet cover and then the toilet was so low. I didn't know when I was ever going to reach it when I started to sit down I mean those might be OK for the young people but as seniors and I'm sure Panera gets a lot of seniors that needs to be taken care of. read more

I'm a regular customer here, and most of the time I've had good experiences. I understand that sometimes your restaurant gets very busy and the staff naturally get tired. I work in this industry myself, so I know how it is. However, the staff who made my drink today--with very long false eyelashes and very long fake nails--acted like she doesn't want to serve, doesn't greet me properly, and doesn't listen carefully to my order. Also, the way they handled the drink lid was concerning and made me worry about hygiene. read more

I went here to redeem my coupon that I got from work! It was a pick 2 meal for free! I chose to get chicken avocado BLT sandwich with chips and a tomato cream soup. I also got a side of spinach, bacon egg soufflé. The avocado BLT sandwich was okay. The chicken had a aftertaste that tasted like chicken. It wasn't seasoned just mixed in with Mayo which caught me off guard. There was one piece of bacon in the sandwich, which was a bummer since I love bacon. There was a lot of avocado which was nice. The bread was crunchy, soft and chewy. The soup was very comforting! Super creamy and warm! Definitely hit the spot on a rainy day! The spinach, bacon egg soufflé was the best item I had! The breading was flaky and buttery like a croissant. It was chewy as well! The eggs were nice and fluffy and the cheese, spinach and bacon was a great topping! It all tasted so great together! It was very tasty and flavorful! I definitely will get that again! read more

The restaurant was very clean and the food was good as usual but the reason I am leaving this review is the staff. I am sitting here on a Sunday afternoon with my family; it's around 3:35pm. I've worked in restaurants so I understood, maybe they were understaffed or maybe it was the volume, either way, the way they handled themselves should be recognized. It's busy, some people were impatient with them but they were professional, apologetic, kind and understanding despite dealing with a crowd. I couldn't catch their names; they were so busy but props to the young man running the register, expo, busser; the whole staff. read more

My friend has been ordering this sandwich as a surprise breakfast for me for a while. So I decided to treat her today. I was 1st in line as they opened their doors. I said good Morning to the lady that opened the door, I don't believe I got a response from her or I just couldn't hear. I went ahead and placed my order for two of these sandwiches and got an extra pastry for 99cents. I felt the general atmosphere was unfriendly and had messaged my friend about it. When I was leaving though I felt a bit better because I got a have a nice day from Lisa and the lady who rang me up, I don't remember her name. I drive to work, approximately 10 minutes and decided to eat half of my sandwich. 1. It was soggy, 2. It looked nothing like what my friend had been ordering for me. Nothing like it! Please refer to photos. I planned on eating half for breakfast and half for late lunch. Well, I have a whole lot of bread to eat. That's for sure. No wonder she changed locations. Full of disappointment. I had been looking forward to eating this all week. The Chai latte I ordered was yummy, so that gets 1 star. The other star goes to Lisa. read more

10/29/22 Came to this decision that Panera Bread will be my dinner. First time ordering at S. Eastern location. Place is clean, cashier was friendly, and food was ready in a decent time. Ordered a Margherita flatbread. Told they have no cherry tomatoes so regular tomato slices was expected. As I opened my box...they missed to put on basil. That killed it right there...so basically I got tomatoes and cheese only...sucks! At least the strawberry lemon mint juice and oatmeal cranberry cookie was good. Happy eats!! read more
