A few weeks ago my office decided to get some to go for us to pick up and bring back to the office since we were having meetings all day. Our order was for nine people when the person who went to go pick up our order from the office, got their five of our orders were wrong so they had to remake them. It took a really long time. We ordered online beforehand. When the meals came back. They were all right except for one. I was the one they messed up on the simplest order and we did check the receipt and the receipt was correct. I ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat with just cheese and mustard. That's it. How can you messed it up? You can completely disregard what is wanted on the sandwich you can put it on wheat bread with turkey, tomato, lettuce, onion, and mayonnaise. So pretty much everything but mustard and cheese. They did give us free cookies for our trouble but if you're making five meals over again, you think you'd get them all correct at least. My vote next time will not be for ordering from Panera. At least this location. I ended up having to go get a slice of pizza so the cookies might've been free but we still had to pay for a sandwich that nobody ate and a piece of pizza to replace the sandwich that was messed up. read more

I love Panera! I especially love their pick two combo. My favorites are the green goddess salad and the turkey chili. I am a bit sad that they got rid of the caprese sandwich because it was SO good. I am so thankful to have a location near me. The staff members are very friendly. The food is delicious. The iced teas and coffees are also very good! I opted for the half sandwich and half salad plus an apple on the side. My sandwich was bomb, one of my all time favorites at Panera: Chipotle Chicken Avocado Press! This sammie is seriously bursting with flavor and then add some Tabasco, bam! It's pure perfection! My salad on the other hand, chicken lime, something something- was not that good. I thought it only had romaine lettuce but it had some kind of sour leafy green that really killed the dressing and over all taste. This mystery leafy green was super biter, not my cup of tea! Why do I keep coming back to this over priced establishment? Three words...CHEDDAR BROCCOLI SOUP. I'm not a particular fan of this location. The parking lot is horrendous. The employees aren't that friendly. The cashier I encountered was just there, no smile, no personality. And she seemed annoyed that I was struggling to put away my wallet with a fussy toddler. The restaurant itself is cramped. Too many tables and not much room to walk around. The high chairs were located all the way by the restrooms. Multiple employees saw me struggling to carry my 1 year old and trying to lug a high chair over to my table. Did they offer their assistance? Nope, not one! Now for the food, if it wasn't for that super delicious soup that I mentioned in the beginning, this place would be 1 Star. I'm not a fan of high prices and small portions. And that's exactly what you get here. My tiny sandwich and small cup of soup with a drink cost me $14. But damn you cheddar broccoli soup and your magical spell over me! read more

It was a sewage smelling cesspool of incompetent and unmotivated employees, but at least some of them knew how to make a Latte. At the same time, the espresso machine at Henderson Crossing (the only other close location) broke, and took damn near a month to repair. What coffee shop keeps their espresso machine down for a month? Today, a few weeks later, the espresso machine is broken again. Coffee is very important to me in the morning and sometimes a pastry, and they make a mean muffin. I was in a hurry this morning and drive past this location in the morning, so I can go in or even have my order ready by the time I get there at Panera. Their bakery department is so extensive that an individual must usually buy two pastries to curb the urge. The staff was super friendly this morning and always is. Their store is welcoming and warm like an extension of my own kitchen. I ended up with a blueberry muffin and a croissant. Both pastries were impeccable and fluffy soft. The coffee was drip and very strong that I flavored myself with cream and sugar from there bar. Convenient location off Eastern with good parking. I have visited the dining room many times and enjoyed the ample seating. With the current situation, I am happy they are open with To-Go order options. I placed my order on the app, which included photos and detailed descriptions. Will not be coming back to this location again. The two girls at the register were so rude and unwelcoming. The staff here needs an overhaul and some training on customer service. We walked in and approached the register and the two girls rolled their eyes and started a conversation with each other without even acknowledging that we were standing there ready to order. As we waited and looked at the menu board with our two kids for a solid five minutes we were still not helped while the two continued their conversation. Unbelievable. My hubby and I looked at each other and said forget this place and walked out. If we didn't have our kids with us I would have taken the time to speak with the manager and filed a complaint with corporate. If you're in the area and thinking of stopping in at this location, just don't. On 26 Oct 2022 my parents came in to town to surprise me. After getting a plan together we all decided to visit Panera Bread on Eastern. When we walked in there were 3 or 4 that had ordered and we were 3rd in line. We decided to use the kiosk and not order in line. While waiting for our food, a young lady came around to clean up. As she did she moved a table and proceeded to sweep the carpet behind us. Because we were in the open space the dust kicked up and my mom and I could smell the particles in the air. We asked her to stop and she did so very apologetic. Well......The food came out after our second time checking and about 35 minutes later. The pizza was not warm and my soup Was not warm either. The staff had no sense of urgency whatsoever while I was watching their operation and the teamwork was more for each other and not the guests.
