Fuji Apple Chicken Salad no onions, no cheese - half portion

This morning I ordered Double Dash, and Panera was an add-on to my order. The pick two is what I prefer and it comes with 2 half items, plus a side. The half Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was so yummy and warm with delicious sauce and lots of chicken. My half Fugi Apple Chicken Salad was packed perfectly and had crisp lettuce and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, my chips were not included in the bag, so I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who wrote down my name and will honor a replacement when I stop in again. I could dispute on Door Dash, but I would rather deal with the restaurant if they are amicable. Everything else was good and my chocolate chipper cookie and parfait were also in the bag.

First of all, Diane took out order and she is an absolute sweetheart! Service: Excellent! We were greeted as we walked in and Diane was so helpful and nice. Food: i had the grilled cheese & mexican corn chowder. Both were equally good. Friends had: tomato caprese sandwich & broccoli chedder soup. Friend said it was excellent. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. She loved it! Ambience: typical fats food restaurant, its clean and lots of seating. Ill definitely be back!

It never changes, and that's a good thing! When you been here a bunch of times and it's always good! The sandwiches made fresh and the soup is hot and tasty! It's been a minute since I've been to this Panera or Panera in general. Since the one at The District closed down, I really haven't gone to one in a while. This is a great location though and since my husband and I were in the area, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. They took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu (BOO) so I had to find something else to order. Even though its 1000 degrees outside, their broccoli cheddar soup is unparalleled. Sooo delicious and creamy. So I got the pick two with that and then it was to decide on the sandwich. I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. It's been a while since I've really liked any of the sandwiches on the menu. But their chicken is rather good and actually pretty tender, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back to this location again. Plenty of seating inside and out. Just wish maybe they cleaned the bathrooms a little more, but beyond that, the customer service was great!

I had Panera Bread on my brain and I decided to stop by here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, another Panera Bread closest to me, which was located at The District at GVR, closed just recently, so now I have to drive a little further if I want a tasty sandwich from them. This Panera Bread sits on the corner of Eastern and Ione, before you reach Silverado Ranch. Unlike the one that used to be at The District, this one has a much bigger interior and has way more seating inside. The parking lot was full but I easily found a space in the front. Because it's been so long since I had something from Panera Bread, I was looking forward to having their delicious tuna salad again, which is my usual from here. I walked in and was greeted by the two friendly ladies at the counter. Among with the full tuna salad that I ordered, I also ordered an agave lemonade and a bag of chips as my side. The lady told me that I could also pick any pastry for 50% off, so I got myself a chocolate chip muffie, which is a cookie but has the texture of a muffin. Sweet! I think I got there at the right time because there was a line starting to form once I got my food. As always, the tuna salad was excellent, which had tomatoes and leafy greens inside of it. The agave lemonade was tasty and so refreshing on a day that warmed up really quickly. And the muffie was super delicious. It tasted exactly like a muffin, only you don't take the wrapper off it first. Think of the muffie as a muffin, but it's only a muffin top and the bottom is missing. Going forward, this will now be my go-to Panera Bread. They are very well managed and they have very friendly staff.

Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup Toasted Garden Caprese

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch! I've heard of panera but never been before. This is my first experience here and it was good! I tried the new chili with a bread bowl and my friend ordered the garden caprese with the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The chili had a good flavor to it and I tried my friend's cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Both soups are good! The bread bowl was fresh and we finished up the whole thing. The caprese sandwich was kinda sad. No sauce or flavor to it unfortunately. Next time I go, I'm excited to try something else.

We went in to this location today, the girl at the counter was incredibly rude and no personality, did not want to be at work. So we give our phone number for the rewards, order our food. I ordered the tomato basil blt but I tell her to please substitute ciabatta because the tomato basil bread is sweet and I don't like it. (I do this at every location it's the only sandwich I order). She says ok. I also added avocado. I have been sick in bed for 4 days and it was the first day I had an appetite. We waited forever for our order patiently. She didn't apply any of the rewards we asked her to because we were clearly bothering her. So we get our food finally and drive all the way home. Ten dollars for a sandwich that goes straight into the trash........No ciabatta, tomato basil blt.......thank you Panera...........good lookin out. How hard is it to switch the bread. The two guys making the sandwiches were so busy playing around pretending to cut their fingers while the manager seemed to be the only person actually working that day. read more

Food was delivered late, fine I can deal with that. But items missing and food being lukewarm and inedible....gross. Thanks but no thanks. The food quality and care put into orders at this location and honestly the entire chain, have gone out the window since the pandemic. Use to love this place, decent food at a reasonable price but now you get garbage at a high price point. Only gave two stars because the drink was the only good item in the order, the rest was trash and that's where it all went after getting it. read more

I love Panera! I especially love their pick two combo. My favorites are the green goddess salad and the turkey chili. I am a bit sad that they got rid of the caprese sandwich because it was SO good. I am so thankful to have a location near me. The staff members are very friendly. The food is delicious. The iced teas and coffees are also very good! I also appreciate that calorie counts are provided while choosing what items to order. Please add clam chowder to your menu! It would be so good in one of your bread bowls. read more

A few weeks ago my office decided to get some to go for us to pick up and bring back to the office since we were having meetings all day. Our order was for nine people when the person who went to go pick up our order from the office, got their five of our orders were wrong so they had to remake them. It took a really long time. We ordered online beforehand. When the meals came back. They were all right except for one. I was the one they messed up on the simplest order and we did check the receipt and the receipt was correct. I ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat with just cheese and mustard. That's it. How can you messed it up? You can completely disregard what is wanted on the sandwich you can put it on wheat bread with turkey, tomato, lettuce, onion, and mayonnaise. So pretty much everything but mustard and cheese. They did give us free cookies for our trouble but if you're making five meals over again, you think you'd get them all correct at least. My vote next time will not be for ordering from Panera. At least this location. I ended up having to go get a slice of pizza so the cookies might've been free but we still had to pay for a sandwich that nobody ate and a piece of pizza to replace the sandwich that was messed up. read more

Not impressed. I ordered a large caesar salad for a party. It was over $60 for lettuce, croutons and dressing. The flavor was bland and the romaine was about 35% ribs. See the photo. Won't be ordering again. read more

I am bothered by how run down this location is now. There is trash on the floor and unless you ask someone to clean up the table literally every open table is dirty. I used to love this location. It seems like foe months the drink machine was also down. They must have changed managers because it feels like a run down store with zero pride. read more

I haven't been in a Panera Bread in awhile but have always liked the food and service. Today we stopped in to this location for lunch. The girl at the counter was awesome with a warm smile. Ann Annnnnd that was the end. Our food was delivered without the smoothies and that was the last we saw of any employee in the dining room. As I sat and waited for my kid to finish eating I had the joy of watching the manager, Jeremy, lean on the counter and spin a tablet, flirt with his female employees and rub his nose. Yuk. Guess cleaning isn't on Jeremy's list of things to do. read more

Ordered pick 2, had 1/2 of chicken avocado melt and cup of French onion soup. Sandwich was delicious, had a good amount of chicken, which was tender. Avocado and cheese tasted fresh. They used focaccia bread and it was . Soup had lots of onions that just melt in your mouth, mozzarella cheese on the top made it so much better - tasty. It came with free chips, which was awesome. Food was delivered via DoorDash and it came fast. Would order from Panera especially from this location. read more

Pretty average in comparison to other locations I've visited. You walk in, you are greeted by the pastry box (wish I can have one of each!) then you view the sandwich, salad, soup and pasta menu ahead. I do wish the people working the registers were a bit more personable; no smile, no real welcome greeting. It's nice they offer the "half sandwich, half salad or soup" deal. I opted for the half sandwich and half salad plus an apple on the side. My sandwich was bomb, one of my all time favorites at Panera: Chipotle Chicken Avocado Press! This sammie is seriously bursting with flavor and then add some Tabasco, bam! It's pure perfection! My salad on the other hand, chicken lime, something something- was not that good. I thought it only had romaine lettuce but it had some kind of sour leafy green that really killed the dressing and over all taste. This mystery leafy green was super biter, not my cup of tea! Other than that, this Panera is clean, is full stocked with sauces and napkins and it's conveniently located of a super busy street. read more

It's too bad corporate closed the one on Green Valley. This one is always slammed. They don't have enough help and you can tell the workers are stressed and in the weeds. They were telling people who hadn't ordered that it would be 30-60 minutes. Our order couldn't be completed. They didn't give us our chips. I hope you clean up your act. Why do I keep coming back to this over priced establishment? Three words...CHEDDAR BROCCOLI SOUP. I'm not a particular fan of this location. The parking lot is horrendous. The employees aren't that friendly. The cashier I encountered was just there, no smile, no personality. And she seemed annoyed that I was struggling to put away my wallet with a fussy toddler. The restaurant itself is cramped. Too many tables and not much room to walk around. The high chairs were located all the way by the restrooms. Multiple employees saw me struggling to carry my 1 year old and trying to lug a high chair over to my table. Did they offer their assistance? Nope, not one! Now for the food, if it wasn't for that super delicious soup that I mentioned in the beginning, this place would be 1 Star. I'm not a fan of high prices and small portions. And that's exactly what you get here. My tiny sandwich and small cup of soup with a drink cost me $14. But damn you cheddar broccoli soup and your magical spell over me! read more

This is more to the local franchise owner than the specific location - get your sht together. The location at The District got shuttered suddenly. It was a sewage smelling cesspool of incompetent and unmotivated employees, but at least some of them knew how to make a Latte. At the same time, the espresso machine at Henderson Crossing (the only other close location) broke, and took damn near a month to repair. What coffee shop keeps their espresso machine down for a month? Today, a few weeks later, the espresso machine is broken again. Croissants are apparently off the menu now, and my Sip Club discount never worked in store (it's working fine in the app). Really, get your sht together. read more

Coffee is very important to me in the morning and sometimes a pastry, and they make a mean muffin. I was in a hurry this morning and drive past this location in the morning, so I can go in or even have my order ready by the time I get there at Panera. Their bakery department is so extensive that an individual must usually buy two pastries to curb the urge. The staff was super friendly this morning and always is. Their store is welcoming and warm like an extension of my own kitchen. I ended up with a blueberry muffin and a croissant. Both pastries were impeccable and fluffy soft. The coffee was drip and very strong that I flavored myself with cream and sugar from there bar. Then sat for about ten minutes enjoyed the muffin and coffee in their dining room for a small moment to myself. read more

Will not be coming back to this location again. The two girls at the register were so rude and unwelcoming. The staff here needs an overhaul and some training on customer service. We walked in and approached the register and the two girls rolled their eyes and started a conversation with each other without even acknowledging that we were standing there ready to order. As we waited and looked at the menu board with our two kids for a solid five minutes we were still not helped while the two continued their conversation. Unbelievable. My hubby and I looked at each other and said forget this place and walked out. If we didn't have our kids with us I would have taken the time to speak with the manager and filed a complaint with corporate. If you're in the area and thinking of stopping in at this location, just don't. Take your appetite and money to the Chick-fil-a across the street where you'll find MUCH better service and food. read more

Food is always so good. The Mac and cheese is so yummy and you can get it as a sandwich now. The Fuji apple salad is my favorite and I want it just writing this review. I always do drive up and the food comes out quick and staff is always nice!!! read more

Wow I can't afford this place anymore! I just wanted a side of tuna salad. The cashier said $11.74 is that alright? I said no I just want a side of your tuna. I don't know how else to explain it but something had to be wrong. Then I guess he charged me for 1/2 sandwich no bread and it was and it was $7. I just got a yogurt. I don't know 7$ for 1-2 oz of tuna is ridiculously high. Next time I'm meeting someone there, it be just a coffee for me. read more

Nice location. The place is well-kept and is very clean. The food that I had ordered was served just right and the person helping us was more than helpful. Parking is a big plus. Called a few days before to have a couple dozen bagels, a dozen pastries and a box of coffee ordered for a meeting. Got here a few minutes early and nobody had done anything. They had one person (A wonderful woman) working the front counter expected to handle everything. Poor teamwork and poor management. I was late for my meeting, thank you very much. Yuck! Besides the fact they NEVER have bread, I am now throwing away my scones bought yesterday. They are still raw in the center. What a rookie mistake. Instead of sharing a birthday scone with my wife, I am looking for something elsewhere. See photo for reference. The staff could care less about their lack of variety. There is a wonderful German bakery at Eastern and Serene that indeed does have freshly baked bread daily and a delicious selection of desserts and breakfast goodies. Do yourself a favor and go there. read more

Soup in a bread bowl should fill the bowl. Panera should cut costs by reducing packaging instead of reducing portion sizes. A cup of dressing, inside a small soup cup, in a small bag, inside a larger bag which also contains my individually bagged pick-2 items. read more

The right amount of sauce without it becoming drenched, and the salad was well tossed prior to assembling the wrap so it wasn't heavy with certain toppings in different areas. Overall, I'd like to try it out again. I may have paid a bit more than I'd like to for a wrap because of the added items and the pre set menu, so I think I'd take my time again to look over the menu to get a better bang for my buck, but the meal itself was delicious. :)

I went in to this store today. Haven't been to a Panera in a long time. They used to have a good French Dip sandwich at other locations, but I didn't see it on this menu. I asked the cashier whether they still had the French Dip, and she gave me a deer in the headlights stare. Finally I said you have no idea what a french dip is, do you, and she said numbly, no. I described it to her and she offered that i could get a steak sandwich and a bowl of onion soup to go with it. I told her to forget it and got something else. I know that a French Dip hasn't been extinct for years or anything. Anyway, she sounded like she was only able to read from a script, as I first said this was to go and she nodded, and then not long after she asks whether it's for there or to go. I used to love writing at the Panera in the District early in the morning, but it has since closed down. Recently, I opted for a takeout order from the Eastern location and had a poor customer service experience. However, after speaking with the manager, Shelly, the experience turned around. Shelly was exceptional and emphasized that every customer should be treated as if they were family. Her outstanding customer service made me feel truly valued. She went above and beyond to ensure that I would feel welcomed at Panera time and again. The food was excellent, as usual. I was NOT too awe struck by my first visit to Panera. I have had much better cheddar Broccoli soup -it almost tasted a hint of being burnt. my sandwich wasn't anything that I couldn't have made for myself at home. In fact the panini was on the dark side. The side of bread that I got was also a bit dark on the bottom side. Perhaps 8:00 at night is not the best time to eat there. I did not feel as if anything tasted fresh or was filled with any awesome taste. I will not be going back. The soup was good but cold and the sandwich was awful, it had literally one tiny slice of roast beef one small slice of tomato and a giant gob of mayonnaise. I love French Onion Soup.... It was perfect on this cold wether!!! Staff was nice and friendly. I had a Turkey avocado BLT with French Onion Soup and nice warm Latte!!! It made my day!!!! read more

We stopped for a smoothie while shopping one day. Both smoothies were delicious. The green power smoothie was loaded with fruit and spinach while tasting great. read more
