Cheese pizza with spots of missing cheese.
Monica H.

The staff here is excellent. Very friendly and offered a warm welcome. We ordered a large cheese pizza only. Our pizza was ready within 10 minutes which was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because our cheese pizza hardly had any cheese on it. There were large areas on the pizza that were just bread and a little bit of tomato sauce. If not for that one issue, I would've given them 5 stars.

I ordered some pizza online and when I picked up my order, I noticed that one of the pizzas was wrong. I went back and explained the situation. The employees were very nice about it and made me a new one. They even allowed me to keep the wrong pizza I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Domino's ( 530 E Windmill) for making my family's lunch a happy one.

My Mother in law is in town and we decided to het pizza and this place was the very close to us. As usual this place is not Custumer service savvy at all. The staffs are not friendly. Worst place to order! Bathroom still not open to their paying customers and their excuse is it's because of Covid-19! I asked the staff if they allow vaccinated paying customers to use the bathroom? Their excuse is I would get in trouble! (As usual a 1 star from me!)

This was my first time ordering at dominos pizza. I'm a Pizza Hut fan, but the commercial convinced me other wise.... Pizza amazing Pasta not that great, they forgot some of my pasta. Bread - feta & spinach was so so.. Son ordered a extra salad at the store (3) we go only 2, he had to drive back to get the other salad. If I did order back it would only be for the pizza. I mainly wanted dominoes was cause of the salad if Pizza Hut had this option I would just stick to them...

Okay my friends. You know me. I hate to give subpar reviews, but Domino's has has forced my hand (forthcoming pun, you'll see). The staff at this location are extremely nice and hardworking. But there are three issues that cost three stars. All three criticisms ultimately are the fault of Domino's corporate. 1. They typically overcook their pizzas. When I request "lightly-done" seldom is the request honored, making the crusts harder to tear than a Hell's Angels leather jacket, which I don't recommend attempting. 2. The salt content of their crusts and sauce is off the charts. If I eat a Domino's pizza on a Friday I know I'll still be thirsty on Sunday morning. If you really want to know just how salty their product is, just give a slice of Domino's pie to a European, who tend to have extremely sensitive salt palates. They'll give your that expression that Nancy Pelosi has, well, pretty much all the time. Big #3. Why, oh why, on God's green Corona Virus-covered earth, are the staffers, especially the pizza makers, not wearing gloves? I found this quite odd before COVID-19, now I can't believe that it isn't required by law. When auto mechanics, construction workers, roofers, trash collectors, and even airline pilots are now required to wear masks, it seems plausible that people mixing and assembling food ingredients be required to wear gloves. But no. In fact, that was the response from Domino's HQ: "We are not required to wear gloves." You're not required to use protection in some of the seedier brothels of southern Nevada, but you probably should anyway (not firsthand knowledge). Just the thought of having fingernail dirt, knuckle hair, and press-on nails on my pizza makes me never want to order from Domino's again. Of course, they cook their pizzas in a crematorium and the content is 71.8% salt, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

I ordered pasta. A full order...this isn't even 1/2 like are you fkn kidding me?! That much of a rush? Lazy ass?! Keep up the one star foolios!

Got a large pizza tonight and there are multiple really large bubbles and a couple of the pieces don't have any toppings or even sauce. So gross. Won't be ordering again

Double charge on my credit card..
Londa D.

Our Family ordered two pizzas on Sunday May 17th, 2020 . I had a credit for a free pizza and ordered an additional one and was charged twice for the same order. I contacted the 530 E Windmill LN ST 115 , Las Vegas, NV 89123 Dominos Pizza and was told by the General Manager I would receive a credit by midnight but that never happened. So today 5 days later still no credit received. I contacted Dominos again and Crew member Patrick answered and I asked for Management and he informs me that the General Manager Jessie was not available but I could receive a free pizza for my troubles. Now this is not good business at all and I would like all my money back and Dominos can keep their business .

Putting it in the oven because it was doughy and a mess.

Whoever was in the kitchen that day--hats off to you! Everything came out delicious and on point. The garlic chicken was my personal favorite. It brought back memories because it's been a favorite of mine for 20+ years, going back to the AK behind UNLV. And this time, they really got it right with the "gravy all over" the fries and chicken! The pork adobo was juicy and cooked to perfection, the lumpia was, as always, on point, and the kimchi was really good. The chicken katsu was crispy, lightly breaded, and packed with flavor. Overall, we left very satisfied and will definitely be back soon! If you haven't been, I highly recommend giving this place a try. They did not disappoint!

When I called to follow up with our missing items, the women on the phone said "You didn't say there were two orders when you picked up the items." There was no apology, only an attitude and then she informed me I could take it up with Uber Eats. It's unfortunate because they were spoken of very highly. But I won't be frequenting this establishment in the future.

Every sandwich comes with a crisp dill pickle spear, and you can upgrade to a combo with a drink, chips, salad, or mac & cheese. The French Dip was fantastic - Swiss cheese melting into tender beef, with the au jus making every dipped bite even better. The turkey and ham was equally great, piled with fresh toppings and a house spread with an orange hue that's packed with flavor. The bread deserves its own shoutout: warm, soft inside, lightly crisp outside, and tasting like it was baked minutes ago. The staff was friendly, the shop spotless, and there were plenty of tables to sit and enjoy. And you know it's good when you're already planning your next meal while still eating the current one. I went through the usual delivery choices, and nothing was quite hitting my 'spot'. And then I found Putter's on Google maps, less than a mile from where I was staying. Evidently they have two happy hours: one in the afternoon, and one that starts at 10 PM. I had a delicious IPA and ordered their Putter's hot dog (relish, sauerkraut, chopped onions, all on the side) along with a trio of their bacon and blue cheese sliders, with homemade potato chips. All food during Happy Hour is 25% off. It was all delicious . And my bartender, Amber, was personable, smiling, open, chatted with me about hiking in Montana and Las Vegas, and was just an enjoyable conversationalist. I arrived near the end of her shift and after she cashed out, she came around the bar to shake my hand and wish me a good night. There are not many places (anywhere) that have a server with so much personality. If I were a local, Putter's South would be my anointed watering hole. southstrip@puttersvegas.com take note!

A few of our friends gathered at this location as a meeting spot to fill up on gas and grab a few snacks. A few of us were standing near the bar because it was extremely hot that day, and we wanted some shade. We were there for no more than 20 minutes while we waited for another member of our group to join us. This atrocious man came out twice demanding to know if we were coming into the bar. We kindly advised him that we weren't and that we were planning to leave in a few minutes. Not one person entered his place of business while we were waiting, but something must have crawled up this man's rear for him to rudely approach one of our friends and demand that we move. He scolded her like she was a child and threatened to have our vehicles towed. Having worked in hospitality for many years, I find this to be absolutely unacceptable behavior. There is a right way and a wrong way to approach a situation, and this man surely chose the wrong one. Pleas make sure you treat everyone with respect and kindness, especially if you're running a business.

We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor. I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew! There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing. Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall? Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard. The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur. In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil. I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!
