Not great. Haven't eaten blaze in years. Used to enjoy it. Saw the pi day offer, figured why not. I went after 9 and they weren't letting anyone else in but gave coupons honoring the deal thru May, and you could even order ahead online. Cool. So we decided to use it this weekend. I placed the order before 8 with an 8:30 pick up time. I walk in right around 8:30. There's a sign that online orders will be on the shelf but that's not so. The shelves are filled w empty boxes and the kid just puts them on the glass top where he boxes them and calls names out. I walked up and asked for mine and he said they still had it on the assembly line so I sat down. There was some poor person who looked like they'd been in there for days. They had a steady stream of people coming through. But what I started to notice was that people were going through the line and getting their food before me. I clocked 3 in the 25 mins I was there! Doesn't your system account for those that set times? I mean I used the blaze app, not some third party middle man. At 20 mins I went up and asked where my food was. There was a few of us just standing and sitting around. He said it was one of the ones he had to box. The poor person I mentioned earlier finally got their food. But it was only 1 pizza! Why did it take so long?! 5 mins later I got my food and a half assed sorry for the wait. At earlier points I was thinking of asking for a drink, but I just wanted out. I gotta say, these things look smaller than they did before. Woman piled a bunch of crap on hers and said it was salty, I kept it minimal and it lacked flavor. Pesto sauce and sausage w mushrooms is my favorite, it can stand alone. This was bland and needed help and extras added. Would I go back? Nope! They have no regard for the concept of order ahead or respecting people's time. I read that someone waited 45 mins after ordering ahead! Worst pizza I've ever had. Never going to this location again. A bunch of teenagers who do not know how to make a decent pizza. I think they all need training. The guy working the oven just moved pizzas around as they got huge bubbles on them. I said "aren't you supposed to pop those bubbles?" i have been coming to this location for quite a few months now and i have never had any complaints with the service or food until recently, everything went down hill. When i was having my pizza made , the young woman who made my food was being watched over her shoulder and being spoken to condescendingly by an older lady who seemed to be in a place of management. I went here on National Pizza Day, and it was incredibly busy the line was very long...I really felt for the people working up front making the pizzas because they looked extremely stressed trying to keep up with the rush. They were clearly working hard and doing their best during such a hectic time...I did notice several others who appeared to be managers standing nearby not helping out there staff... ;you would think they're the ones who should work the hardest? Disappointing experience overall. First, our pizzas were supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:44pm. Unfortunately, the place was very chaotic and no one seemed to be in charge when my husband went inside to check on if the pizzas were ready yet. Unfortunately this review is about my experience at your establishment and the lack of awareness by two of your employees, Kyla and Julianne. While I was trying to enjoy my dinner I overheard them talking horribly about what I assume is another coworker, Chloe. The two girls were giggling while mentioning Chloe's appearance and body shaming her. Blaze, how can you let this type of behavior occur in the restaurant? Do you encourage body shaming and negativity amongst your coworkers? My daughter was body shamed during her teen years and it resulted in self harm. Ordered online unchecking the box to not receive 'promotional offers' they had conveniently checked for me. Immediately after delivery, I got a promotional email! They use DoorDash and charged me $5 for that service. It arrived barely warm and my instructions for needing an itemized receipt (needed for expense report) completely ignored. I got an itemized order (what I wanted on my pizza) not an itemized receipt (the cost of the order). The pizza itself was poor grade, sparse ingredient, on cardboard crust. Been here quite a few times. Sometimes they have a bad day but the majority of the time, it is good. The concept is a build your own pizza, including crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, and sauces. They also have some creations you can pick from. I prefer the high rise dough, but the normal dough is good too. They do have a gluten free crust and cauliflower crust. Just keep in mind, the pizzas are cooked in the same oven. If cross contamination is a no go for you, I would not recommend. If cross contamination is okay with you, then you will be fine. You can request a glove change. I personally like the white sauce and like to order a half 11 inch pizza and a side salad. Staff is always friendly, no one has ever been rude. This is a casual pizza place and they have quite a few seating options. High top, dining tables and booths available for eating in. We went recently to Blaze on St. Rose. It was our first time there as we used to go to Blaze on Eastern until it suddenly closed. The experience was awful. The place was a mess both mentally and physically. Every person in line was unhappy, the POS wasn't working or scanning coupons correctly, the staff was having issues, multiple ingredients were out, online orders continued to be completed prior to guests waiting in line frustrating them even more, the oven lady was moving like a sloth. It was bad. I run mega casinos with 20+ F&B outlets each. The thing customers hate most is seeing a bunch of employees in a practically empty restaurant and not being able to get seated or served. That's what happened here. It's one datapoint, but the team made no attempt at service recovery (comp drink, cheesy bread, or dessert -- things that have near nil food cost) to make up for what was clear frustration by customers -- many of the customers were speaking up or were obviously displeasured via their not-so-subtle under their breath comments. We were personally disappointed when Eastern closed as we never had these issues there and the place always seemed packed. I am not sure we'll be back anytime soon. read more

Went for lunch with the family. The restaurant wasn't busy but it was organized and clean. The servers were nice and willing to explain the process. This was my first time having this pizza and it was very good. I ordered the 2 top: pepperoni and bacon, my son ordered the trio cheese, which was good but a bit too fancy for him. I think he needs to stick with just regular cheese pizza. My husband ordered 2 top: pepperoni and sausage pizza. We both drizzled balsamic on top after it was cooked and it was awesome! I am absolutely heartbroken and furious about what's happening at this Blaze Pizza location. The work environment here is beyond toxic -- it's cruel. Managers and some coworkers have been bullying a teenage employee, making disgusting comments about their appearance and targeting them for no reason other than to tear them down. Let that sink in: grown adults -- people who are supposed to be leaders -- are going out of their way to hurt a teenager who's just trying to show up and do their job. It's not just unprofessional -- it's sick. I don't care what kind of excuses they come up with -- there's no justification for this behavior. It's harassment. It's damaging. And it's the kind of thing that sticks with someone for a long time. These managers should not be allowed to keep their jobs. If you treat your team like garbage, especially the youngest and most vulnerable, you don't deserve to lead. This isn't just a "bad store." It's a place where people are being actively hurt by the very people who should be protecting them. Someone needs to be held accountable. Someone needs to step in and make it stop -- because this is not okay. And it never will be. Corporate needs to step in and clean this mess up -- immediately. The service was amazing. We have relatives with food allergies. This location is extremely careful about creating food that is safe for those with allergies. They have a separate line for allergies. They have gluten free crust and vegan cheese. They kept the pizza on a tray and used a different pizza peel for the oven. They made sure no other pizzas touched their pizza. My family was so happy with the finished pizza. Our regular pizzas were great as well. Thank you so much for taking care of those with food allergies! You made their day! read more

We ordered a pizza on-line. We had it delivered. The price seems reasonable. The pizza was prepared as ordered. It was good; not great. I thought it could have used more sauce; and they went really light on the three toppings for which paid. Usually, towards the end of the evening when we've both eaten as much pizza as we're going to, I eat the toppings from whatever slices remain. I didn't do that today because there weren't enough toppings to make it worth my while to try to pick them off.
