The best pizza we have had in a long time! We started enjoying Rosati's in the Chicago suburbs many years ago! We ordered a pizza and 2 sandwiches To Go! The Sausage and mushroom pizza was fabulous! The Beef &Sausage sandwich's were also amazing! The French Fries were the best and tastiest I haven eaten anywhere! The Cook-Mark, I found out was the owner and he made sure everything was cooked to perfection, wrapped perfectly for the ToGo! They even put a piece of foil around the cup of juice for the sandwich! try them and it will always be you Pizza Shop! You can call and order it, plenty of parking places, I know you will love everything about the shop! The food is fantastic! Every time I order it's hot, fresh and tasty! The pizza is fabulous, they have my favorite sausage on pizza - not anything cheap like other chains. I've tried all the doughs and all are great and very different. Started out only getting the double dough, but have switched to ordering the thin crust more. Haven't been to Chicago, but I can imagine the deep dish is authentic. The wings are great, always a good size and the flavor is spot on. The salads and dressings are delicious, beef sandwiches are fantastic and the canolis are very yummy. Service is fast and friendly on the phone and in person. Pizza was great! We are from NW Indiana near Chicago and just relocated out here. One thing I will say is that we feel the sauce was a canned sauce. We didn't care for that. Back home our Rosatis didn't use a canned sauce. It's very distinct and we can tell. But. The pizza was cooked perfect - crust, cheese, and topping were delicious. My friend swears by this place so of course we ordered while I was in town. We ordered pizza, wings, and an Italian beef. Pizza and sandwich was pretty good no complaint there. But the wings. No maam! Usually wings are hit or miss at pizza joints but their wings were disgusting. Slimy and saucy is the best way to describe it. If you are a texture eater, these would be a no for you, dawg. I don't know why wings wouldn't be crispy , I'm sure that's preferred. But their wings we had, ended up in the trash because if I want slimy chicken , I'd eat a chitterling. The other problem was apparently they have a special that comes with wings when you order 2 pizzas. We asked about it on the phone and the lady said no. When we got to the store to pick it up, the special was right there on the wall. So um yeah.... Needless to say, if I return, I'll only order pizza . First time purchase tonight. This place seems popular for their deep dish but we actually decided to try an 18 inch thin crust with a side of marinara sauce. Toppings on the pizza: jalapenos on the whole pizza, one side with pineapple and the other side with pepperoni and mushroom. I placed the delivery order on their website and it said that it would be here in 75 minutes. I got a confirmation email at 6:04pm. The pizza got here at 7:22pm. We live about a mile from here too.. The crust was a nice thin crust that wasn't like a crunchy cracker. There was more sauce towards the edges than the rest of the pizza, so I would have liked the sauce to be more evenly spread. I did enjoy the side of marinara and honestly, it tasted better than the sauce on the pizza. I felt they were stingy when it came to the mushrooms and pepperoni. The cheese was not stretchy. This pizza and the side of marinara along with a $10 tip came out to $52.04. Perhaps their deep dish is better, but I'm honestly just not over the moon about this experience... read more

This is takeout only. I was surprised there was no dining in available. But, the takeout pizza was solid Rosati's. I'm from Chicago and know the brand well. In Chicago, Rosati's barely ranks. But in Vegas, they are top 1-3. This place is a franchise and it appears they keep it close. My fave is the fam owned place on Cheyenne-far west Summerlin. But when in Henderson, I did this place and will do again. My order was thin crust, sausage and bell pepper, and it was spot on. read more

Regular customer for 7+ years. I've had one issue and when I told them it was an immediate we'll take care of you, the order and your next one. I offered to send pictures so I could show them what the issue was. They accepted it. And this helped show that I wasn't lying and they appreciated it. The entire process has been amazing. We ordered two pizzas with their "DoughDough" wow the pizza was so good we had 1/2 cheese and 1/2 veggie and 16" pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Mushrooms! They were not lacking on toppings! We ordered from here awhile ago and it was not a good experience, probably why they closed for a bit. Our order last night was good except, I ordered half pepperoni on my Chicago deep dish and let me just say, one piece of pepperoni on it doesn't constitute pepperoni on half the pizza! We called an order in at 8:16 on 8/13. We ordered a pizza with alfredo (no red sauce) and a pound of bbq boneless chicken wings. We were told to give them one hour. At 9:16 (as we're pulling up) we get a call asking if we're coming because they closed at 9. The hours are incorrect online and they never mentioned that to us when they told us to come in an hour. We paid for our order and promptly left. When we got home we realized the pizza was made with tomato sauce. Because they were closed, I could not call or bring it back. I took a photo of the pizza and called on 8/14. I explained what happened and they offered me 50% off my next pizza. When I requested a refund I was told "You want a refund? You ate the pizza didn't you?" Not the customer service I expected. I had no other option but to call the next day. I didn't get what I ordered, period. They stated they would correct it on our next visit. Will update my review at my next visit. read more

I called rosatis and they said they can't help me because the person who makes decisions isn't there. You would think they will say sorry etc. so basically $35 down the drain.
