I love this place. When Friday night hits and it's pizza movie night, my husband and I come here. The food is never lacking. The speed of service is great. Location is close by, and it's very clean for a pizza place. Customer service is good also. I've been here many many times. I have never had an issue. I love the 7 topping $9.99 pizza. It's so filling:) read more

The worst! Third order in a row that was incomplete (missing topping or dipper etc) and I'm tired of paying for stuff that doesn't arrive. And placing an order for future delivery is never worth it. They are always 20 to 90 mins late. Yup. 90 mins. Why bother. And they don't seem to care. So I'm going somewhere else. Ambience sucks too! read more

I ordered pizza online at 4pm so it would be there when I got home. When I got home, nothing was there, no emails sent, the app wouldn't allow me to log in. I call them and I'm told " sometimes the computer glitches and returns the order and money" Ok... so I reorder on the phone. I get hung up on mid call. I call back, reorder and this time around they charge me more than my previous order. I'm told it will be there in 40 mins. An hour later ( 2 hours since the original order) and there has been no delivery. So I checked my bank account.... They charged me three separate times for this order. I call back and I'm told the driver is two stops away. What was supposed to be a fun night celebrating my son has turned into a hot mess, everyone is hungry, and now I need to contact my bank. I'm NEVER ordering from this bunk ass location again. read more

I truly have mixed feelings about this Domino's store. When they first opened, the food was great, the service was friendly, and the speed was fast. But over time, they have become one of the worst in the area. The pizzas never have enough cheese or an uneven spread. There are always spots where the cheese is completely missing. Toppings are few and far between, missing pizza sauce, and I've ordered extra toppings multiple times and have never actually received the extras I paid for. It has been a huge disappointment. I have literally been inside the store when employees were yelling and cursing at each other. I have also walked in and been completely ignored for 10 to 15 minutes. I have experienced pickup wait times upwards of two hours. It is truly a mixed bag here. You never know what you're going to get with each order. Lately, the quality of the pizzas seems to have improved slightly. I am not sure if this is due to a change in management, but I really hope they address the ongoing issues sooner than later. One last thing... The last time I was there, I witnessed an employee using the squeeze bottle that holds liquid butter, moving bread bites around inside a pizza box. He would squeeze butter onto them and then move them around using the bottom of the bottle that had been sitting on the counter. It was disgusting to watch, knowing someone would be eating that food and there was nothing I could do about it. He was also not wearing gloves. Everyone in the store touches that squeeze bottle, and it gets moved around all day. That was just gross and showed a lack of care about basic hygiene. As it stands right now, I cannot recommend this location. I may give them another chance in the future and update my review if things improve. Not recommended. read more

Obviously we've been to several dominos in our day and this location was awesome. The staff was friendly and all actively working hard. We ordered extra sauce on our pizza and actually got extra sauce (if you've ever ordered it you know it doesn't always happen). Overall great pizza! read more

Never spending another dime with Domino again. Saturday night I called to order delivery and asked if they had any specials. I'll admit i fell hook line and sinker for the 50% off prank. Needless to say no pizza arrived. I was upset when they said they didn't have the order and after I hung up, I got pissed. That prank that they got such a laugh about just cost them a regular customer. Not. Another. Dime. read more

Do I expect the best pizza in the world, no but do I accept my pizza to be right. YES. This is not the first or the second time we had our order incorrect. At this point I am done with Domino's pizza and will not be placing another order. read more

I was really excited when a Domino's opened right down the street. I used to order from the Boulder Hwy location, but the app constantly stopped working and ordering became a hassle. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. Domino's seriously needs better staffing or management. The only reason I even gave it another chance was because Kim, the manager, acknowledged the legitimate complaints and offered a free pizza -- and I appreciate her professionalism. But overall, I'm done. I don't know what happened after COVID, but in my opinion, Domino's never recovered. The service and reliability just aren't there anymore. I won't be ordering again. read more

This is not an exaggeration. I have not had Domino's for 35 years. I ordered it one night and it came and it smelled so bad. We couldn't even put our nose to it now I realize that it could've been a one off situation with that one particular dominoes. We had had other issues before that, but I was turned off and the pizza wasn't so great anyway my brother-in-law moved in and he says let's get pizza. I'll order Domino's and I said no and he said I promise you it's better. Let's just try. I agreed to try it and I was pleasantly surprised. It is much better now and it's the only pizza we ordered now because it's very close and they come real fast and it's good that's why I'm giving it a five star because it took us away from the other chains . read more

I had an order placed for 5:30. I arrived in store at 5:35. I sat in the store and listened to them talk and laugh for 45 minutes instead of making my order. I was also asked for the name of order 5 times and was never given an update. after waiting 50 minutes, they told me they never received my order and that there was nothing they can do for me. read more

Quite possibly one of the worst locations in the valley. This place can't ever get their crap together. It doesn't matter if you order for pickup or delivery, you can count on the order being messed up or the food poor quality OR BOTH. We've given this location several tries and each time it's a letdown. I went in tonight (FOR THE LAST TIME) to pickup my order and with 5 employees working, I was not greeted for several minutes. Then I get home and my pizzas look extremely unappetizing. I also asked for extra sauce on both pizzas and both are completely skimped and flimsy and flat. Yes, my fault for not checking the quality before I left the store, but honestly should I have to? Unbelievable!!! read more

Great pizza. My order was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and everything tasted amazing. Definitely coming back!

Our pizza order was supposed to be ready at 7:21-7:30. We showed up at 7:27 thinking it was going to be almost ready/ready. Oh boy were we wrong. They lost our order and stated they haven't even started. It was a complete shit show. They were burning everyone's pizza, people coming in from delivery orders bring burnt pizza back. about 5 people canceled their orders due to 1hr+ long wait times. They offered no compensation for anything just basically said to deal with it or leave. The old big bellied fat man was super rude to customers. At first he Tried to help people then forgot about them and then he left to deliver pizzas. For some reason we decided to waste our time. Our order wasn't even ready until 8:15ish. So well more than an hour long from ordering to completion. I can't stress this enough, I don't recommend this place at all. We all should just stop going there to run them out of business. Clearly they don't care about the work they do or the people they serve. Only solid pizza places in Henderson now are Johnny Mac's, sunset pizzeria, or Marcos pizza. read more

This is my second time ordering carryout from this location and experiencing significant delays. Tonight, I placed my order at 6:07 PM. I received a notification through the app that my order was ready for pickup and had even been marked as picked up. I arrived shortly after, only to find a lobby full of frustrated customers still waiting on their orders. Around 6:35 PM, after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no food, I left briefly to pick up my son from his grandmother's house and returned around 6:50 PM. Only then was my order actually ready. I do want to acknowledge that one of the employees kindly updated us and let everyone know they were working on the orders. She was polite and clearly doing her best in a stressful situation, and I appreciate that. However, the main issue was the inaccurate notification saying my order was ready (and even marked as picked up) when it wasn't. I wouldn't have waited in the lobby so long if I hadn't received that update, and I'm sure many others wouldn't have either. I understand that businesses get busy, but this location would benefit from better management and coordination to improve workflow and communication. Clear and accurate updates would prevent a lot of unnecessary frustration for both customers and staff. read more

I ordered pizza for a later on time, hoping that there will be fresh, but no, the pizzas were probably there for hours, I can't believe they serve them like that, I called two times to the store, but they answered and hung up the line. That place is a joke. No one seems to care !! I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and never go back there again. read more

The service was the worst I have ever seen. I received notification on the app that our pizza was ready (I love this feature). When I arrived there was one customer getting their pizza (I was right next to him at the counter). Once he was handed his pizza, the worker saw me, walked away and went to his desk in the back of the pizza area and began working on the computer. As I waited to be helped, I stood at the counter for over five minutes with three different ladies facing me (all within 8 feet of me) without any acknowledgment. The girl shaping the pizza dough finally asked what I wanted. I told her my pizza was ready. When she asked the other lady standing there where it was she said it wasn't ready. I told her the app and the in-store billboard sign both said it was ready. Her response was that "the app isn't always accurate". Within seconds they found my order and gave it to me. I have NEVER been to any company or customer oriented business that didn't even acknowledge that I was there, especially by FOUR different employees who all saw me waiting to be served. read more

Watching the G-kids and decided to watch movies, play games, eat pizza. Ordered a large cheese pizza for the kids and a medium handmade pan pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese and sauce. And a 2L bottle of Dr Pepper. Listen, you've seen all the 1-2 star reviews some legit but many are ridiculous. Yet my order arrived hot and delicious in a timely manner. I usually order at a different Domino's Pizza near my home and after biting into my pizza tonight, I was wondering if this location could call mine and advise them on how to make a pan pizza! Thank for being as perfect as possible from beginning to end! read more

Service is the worst ever you call to place an order and they answer and have you hold for 15 plus minutes. The pizza is average. The employees hate there job and take it out on the costumers. Hope it goes out of business and we get Pizza Hut there. read more

This location is SOOO GOOD. I moved here from out of state and I've never had dominoes like this-- it's so cheesy and always surprises me how fast these guys show up. The food is always hot and the way it's made is so yummy and addicting. I recommend the app so you get points and coupons, but if you live near this place for sure order from this store- it's the best! I've ordered from them many times and will many more read more

Was in a car accident on the way to picking up my order. After all was said and done I called this location to ask them to wait to prepare my order. No one ANSWERS the phone. This place is good on some days and terrible the rest. I called when I was getting closer and was on hold again. I just arrived and there's two gentleman waiting and my orders just sitting there. It's like the workers good off until it's packed and then they continue to goof off while hella people are waiting for their orders or assistance. Extremely upset - We'll start ordering from marks street from now on. read more

I ordered pizzas and bread bites for a child's birthday party, expecting a quick and easy pickup. The estimated time? 16 minutes. Well, 16 minutes turned into 40 minutes, with 30 minutes just for prep--are you kidding me?! How does it take that long to make a simple order? To make matters worse, when I asked what was going on, I was basically told that no one made the schedule correctly--so now it's my problem? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. Domino's, do better. This kind of wait time for a simple order is beyond ridiculous. You ruined my timeline for an important event, and I won't be coming back. read more

This place is absolute joke. Steer clear! If you're not waiting 3x what they say the estimated time is, then they get your order wrong. The pizza they gave me for carry-out wasn't even close to what I ordered. And then they wanted me to come back to get another one. Worst Domino's ever! So let me start with saying I am NOT a dominos fan.. I've tried to like it since my husband does, but the dominos off boulder hwy was HORRIBLE and after our last bad experience I never went back. However, since this new location opened and we were desperate for delivery pizza in lake Las Vegas I said .. okay let's try it (after 3 years). It was great !!! So surprised! We got a 3 topping large and the parm bites. The order was correct, the food was warm, dough was soft and best of all, it tasted good! Prob took a total of ~30 min to arrive after putting an order. read more

I can see why this location is at 2.5 stars already and it's new. They've screwed my order up twice now. The first time they gave me a pizza that was partially missing, but the employee working said he'd put a pizza under my name for next time, which never happened. Sucky location. read more

This place's delivery sucks. The driver went to our neighbor, right next door even though our address is in plain sight on the front of the house. He had our phone number he could have texted rather than trying to call. When we finally got our pizza, it was cold and I had to reheat it. Poor customer service! I tried to order a small thin crust at the store. The guy taking the order said "we don't have small thin crust" and just stared at me. I thought he was saying they don't have thin crust. Their digital menu wasn't working so I pulled out my phone to see what else we could order. A minute or two later he says, "we have a medium or large thin crust". Seriously dude! You could have started with that. So I order a medium and bread sticks. The total seems expensive but I pay and sit and wait. I go online while waiting and realize their online prices are way cheaper. My fault, but it would have been awesome for the guy taking my order to say that I could order a carry out online for much less, but whatever. Then I see a special on the wall for 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks for $1 more than I what I paid. How hard would it have been to mention that special when I ordered? The worst part was that while we were waiting the back staff was talking loudly about politics and dropped the f-word twice. AVOID THIS LOCATION! read more
