So happy with this location they actually put the toppings all the way to the edge which I love! Crust is perfectly cooked . Veggies are fresh ! Customer service rocks too Kyle at the front was super friendly. This is definitely my fav pizza spot read more

I placed an order over the phone for 2 large pizzas,& I've been ordering from Marcos for years (multiple locations). When you order the pizza you usually get a free sauce which is garlic for me& I added two ranch on the side. Once the order arrived there were no sauces (including the ranch) so I called back to see where it was. The young lady who claimed to be the manager on duty July 23rd (between 8-9pm) was so rude and argumentative with me and insisted I had to pay for ALL the sauces . I advised her this is not standard when I order pizza and I would like the sauces I paid for. She proceeds to tell me she didn't charge me for the sauces and she will have the delivery guy come bring them. RANCH is clearly on my receipt so I expect to get what I paid for and not have to argue with a GenZ! This was such a terrible experience in regard to customer service . The delivery guy tried to make it better but she totally ruined it with her attitude and eagerness to argue. This location will no longer be on my radar because trying to charge me for 4 sauces when I should of already gotten two free ones with my pizza is insane AND in actuality NONE of the sauces came with our order. read more

Rarely have a bad meal here. It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it's miles better than other chain pizza joints. The pizza is always hot and fresh and really flavorful. It's really my family's go to pizza joint. It's not overly expensive, it's close to my house, and about 90% of the time, you get great food. There have been a few times where it didn't hit like it usually did, like maybe they had an off day or a new employee, but even then, pizza is pizza, and it was still better than the other chains. I wouldn't call this a place that you need to experience or go out of your way to try but it is very solid for what it is and there's something to respect about that. read more

Marco's Pizza - Large Triple Pepperoni Magnifico - Pizza Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

We ordered two pizzas. The first was the triple pepperoni magnifico, which comes with three types of pepp: shredded, Old World cupped, and classic. I also read it comes with romesan seasoning and a garlic sauce crust. I didn't personally get any rich flavors of seasoning or garlic, but the pepperoni was great. The pizza was very filling. The other pizza we got was a build your own, which was half pepperoni and half ham with the entire pizza covered with jalapenos and pineapple. They were so gracious with toppings. I really enjoyed this pizza as well! We also got a side of boneless chicken wings. The chicken was meaty and good. I do hope one day that they start using fresh mushrooms.. Overall, the experience this time around was better.. the pizza looked better and tasted better. Maybe just more enhancement on the seasoning that is advertised will make it next level. Or maybe a garlic cup or side of marinara to help finish the crust. :) read more

Marco's 90 S Stephanie St, Henderson, NV. My wife called in an order and was treated rudly by the person on the phone. We have been ordering from this location for years. The quality of the food has also become hit and miss. You've lost another customer. read more

We order from this location all the time it's always fresh n hot ! Service is good also ! The only thing we noticed is the chicken wings got smaller and price didn't change either but that's normal unfortunately with business these days smaller for the dollar ! I walked in to order a Large Supreme pizza (or whatever they call that one) because it is right next to my fiancé's work. They said it would take a half an hour which is fine. We went to WinCo and came back to pick up the pizza and it was ready and sitting on the rack in front of me, but I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me enough to just hand me the pizza. It was already paid for. One guy made a couple pizzas, packed them in a delivery bag, walked past me and out the door while another guy walked past me and stood right in front of me and answered the phone while I was a foot away from him. It was the same guy who took my order 30 minutes prior too. I overheard him say over the phone that any pizzas ordered now would take at least an hour. All of this I can live with. They are busy. I get it. Online orders have swamped every restaurant. All of this I could have ignored, but when I got the pizza home and opened it, it was severely undercooked and all the toppings were only on the inside half of the pizza. Like a bullseye or the Target logo. No toppings within 3" of the crust. This place used to be much better. I've lived nearby for 4 years and watched the quality get worse and worse. I will get my pizza from Papa Murphy's and cook it myself from now on. read more

The young lady that wears glasses with curly hair she is brown skin working on Saturday at 9pm shift grabbed cheese with her bare hands then proceeded to spread it all over the pizza which was a first red flag I noticed when I walked in... her coworker next to her was wearing gloves making pizza... I was at the counter waiting for my order, she grabbed my order with the same bare hands. After she grabbed the work phone with the same dirty hands which is not sanitary at all. Im pretty sure she is going to use the same hands to make your pizza... she needs to wear GLOVES. read more

Horrible. I paid for extra pepperoni in my calzone, but there was only a few slices of pepperoni in it. The rest was just dough. Marcos has really gone downhill. There is too much good pizza in this town to settle for this inferior product read more

With Marcos it's hit or miss I've had amazing pizza here, but I've also had wrong orders, and mediocre pies. With wrong orders it's disappointing. I stopped by on Sunday, June 14 because I got a flyer in the mail and went to Order a sub special for lunch. The owner told the employees that the special was not available on Sundays only Monday through Friday even though it did not say that on the flyer or the coupon. I don't usually go to Marko's pizza cause they are on the bottom ladder of National pizzas I usually go to an independent in the area. But since I got a flyer, I thought I'd give him a second chance and order a sub special. It takes so much money to get a customer in the door and you finally get one and then you insult them. I say come back tomorrow instead of giving a two dollar discount on a special. It was not the employee was the owner of the business shortsighted serving below par Pizza, begging for customers, and he lost this one and everybody I can tell ridiculous read more

I just moved here I ordered pizza two days ago an it was hair in my pizza in the cheese so digusting. I will never order here ever again.

Every time we have called to try and order a pizza for delivery, THEY DON'T ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! What a joke. How can a business that is known for phone orders not answer the damn phone? Never again. Metro Pizza is right across the street and knows how to do customer service. This dump Marco's is a hard pass. Do. Not. Patronize. read more

Pizza was OK. Nothing special. Not a lot of flavor. It was just OK. Probably would not go back again.

The pizza is OK, and cheap, but a frozen pizza is probably better and cheaper! The sides are really bad. The wings are all fat and under cooked, and the cinnamon dessert is just some frozen, below tv dinner quality trash. I'd recommend almost anywhere else. read more

I do not like their pizza at all. We need a good pizza place or here. Nothing compares to pizza from back east.

Went to Marcos pizza, the person who took my order put my name and number in wrong. I ordered a califlower crust pizza, it wasn't good. It was expensive and not good tasting. The mushrooms were canned mushrooms. They tried to help but the quality of the food isn't good. I know its a fast food place. But please get better quality items. read more

Kudos to the staff and the managers in there for making my experience great. This is why I only get my Pizza here for dinners and parties. We always order from here. We actually love the pizza, but they are getting 1 star for denying their own coupon mailer that THEY sent out! I called in my order to pick up and told them about the coupon I have. She asked her manager and apparently that's not their deal. I even offered to take the coupon in, I even told her they have honored it before when I take it in. She said, well not this time. Ummm, it's your freaking mailer and coupon that you are denying! Manager Chris was one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. This has been the worst experience ever. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I received an Email yesterday that said "Our Gift to You? I haven't ordered from Marco's pizza in a couple of years! So when my friends and I decided to have a movie night, it was the perfect excuse to order from Marco's! I remember loving it years ago to the point I'd have it twice a week multiple weeks in a row! I was that in love with them! I was excited because they were having a deal online and thought it was a steal getting 3 dollars off a large specialty pizza, and also an XL pizza for 15.99! With tax and everything though, I ended up paying about 48 dollars just for two pizzas. We didn't order wings or any other side dishes. Once we were ready to eat, I noticed they forgot the ranch cup I ordered. No biggie, I thought, it's just the ranch cup. Then when I was about to serve the pizzas to my friends, I noticed the pizzas were not even cut all the way through. We had to pull out our own cutter and cut the pizzas ourselves. The pizzas themselves were dry and lackluster. I remembered their pizzas being flavorful and far from being dry, I mean there was a reason I ordered Marco's multiple times in a row years ago. It definitely felt like they were off their game the night I made this order. Maybe it was the weekend? Maybe it was because they're busy? Nevertheless, it was quite the disappointment. I'm not writing off Marco's pizza for good. Every establishment can have a bad day; I just really am hoping they just had an off night and will be back to serving the quality pizzas I remember from them. read more

Service was quick. We got a ton of extra ranch. But the food was not up to even regular standards. It was my partner's first time at Marcos. I hyped it up so much, just to be met with the driest/coldest/cheeseless cheezy bread ever. I had ordered about 25 minutes prior. It felt like they just gave me an order that was sitting there for hours and slapped my name on it because no one came to get it. Idk, I was very disappointed. I wont be returning to this location, but hoping I can redeem myself at another location to prove my partner wrong. read more

Have heard about Marco's pizza from friends and family hut had never tried. Today was the day :-) I ordered the cheesy bread that comes with pizza sauce and some ranch dip...5/5 amaze balls! Sooooo greasy but delicious. Saved half for tomorrow so will see how it heats up in the oven. Yes it's possible to have just the cheesy bread as a meal, it's that good. $6.49 is a fair price. For the pizza there was a large 2 topping special online for $8.99 (unlimited pizza's). I chose the ground beef and bell pepper (capsicum). The thin crust was good but next time I think I will try the original crust. Yes I would come back and enjoy more cheesy bread and another pizza. Thanks Marco's Pizza for filling that lunch craving! read more

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, I received through delivery, 2 cheese pizzas, I called to have my right order delivered, they said to not touch the pizza that was delivered & they would send me my right order. I have 2 kids ready to eat dinner. I have work tomorrow I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for 2 pizza to be delivered, through the interaction on the phone "GEE" the manager apparently, hung up on me. Shows real "customer service" comes to find out "gee" gave a fake name her real name gelinda. They came 40 minutes LATER with 2 pepperoni pizzas still not cut appropriately, I wanted one reg cut & one square cut. The driver asked for the pizzas back, the 2 cheese pizzas. My kids ate 2 pizza slices that was given due to the time. It's their dinner times. It's not in my convenience that the right pizza was delivered. I'm not going to refuse my kids to not eat the pizza. They expected dinner to come at the appropriate time. Throughly disappointed with the lack of customer service, no accountability. And for them to expect me, as a mother to tell my kids to wait and they can't eat the pizza that was delivered, and then to ask for the "cheese" pizza back.my kids were hungry for dinner. They wanted pizza they are going to eat pizza. Thank GOD my kids aren't picky AND have no allergies, BUT that's NOT what we ordered. Unsanitary. Unprofessional. Immature to hang up on a customer. Shows CUSTOMER SERVICE. "GEE" Did not perform great customer service. And I will be calling their supervisor tomorrow because I REFUSE for this to continue to happen read more

First time at Marco's. Really it is just another fast food pizza chain, landing somewhere in-between Papa John's and Pizza Hut, and in my opinion not as good as Dominos. Crust is so-so, sauce seems to be tad bit on a sweet side, while ingredients appear to be really fresh. Price is on par with Dominos as well... Not good, not bad, simply just there! read more

My wife and I've been ordered Marcos this last few weeks and the phone is pretty good. I get the chicken wings today. We're gonna try to canzone and a pozzoli. And they've been pretty good. They've had a couple mistakes, but they've been all right, the Pizza's good. I like it better than Domino's. The only problem I seem to have is their app. Sucks, they have a horrible app and they need to fix that they can be losing a lot of business because their app is no good right now. We spent 20 minutes trying to use it. And then just how to end up going, just straight to their internet, googling them and ordering from there.
