I placed an order over the phone for 2 large pizzas,& I've been ordering from Marcos for years (multiple locations). When you order the pizza you usually get a free sauce which is garlic for me& I added two ranch on the side. Once the order arrived there were no sauces (including the ranch) so I called back to see where it was. The young lady who claimed to be the manager on duty July 23rd (between 8-9pm) was so rude and argumentative with me and insisted I had to pay for ALL the sauces . I advised her this is not standard when I order pizza and I would like the sauces I paid for. She proceeds to tell me she didn't charge me for the sauces and she will have the delivery guy come bring them. RANCH is clearly on my receipt so I expect to get what I paid for and not have to argue with a GenZ! This was such a terrible experience in regard to customer service . The delivery guy tried to make it better but she totally ruined it with her attitude and eagerness to argue. This location will no longer be on my radar because trying to charge me for 4 sauces when I should of already gotten two free ones with my pizza is insane AND in actuality NONE of the sauces came with our order. read more

The only thing we noticed is the chicken wings got smaller and price didn't change either but that's normal unfortunately with business these days smaller for the dollar ! The young lady that wears glasses with curly hair she is brown skin working on Saturday at 9pm shift grabbed cheese with her bare hands then proceeded to spread it all over the pizza which was a first red flag I noticed when I walked in... her coworker next to her was wearing gloves making pizza... I was at the counter waiting for my order, she grabbed my order with the same bare hands. After she grabbed the work phone with the same dirty hands which is not sanitary at all. I walked in to order a Large Supreme pizza (or whatever they call that one) because it is right next to my fiancé's work. They said it would take a half an hour which is fine. We went to WinCo and came back to pick up the pizza and it was ready and sitting on the rack in front of me, but I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me enough to just hand me the pizza. It was already paid for. One guy made a couple pizzas, packed them in a delivery bag, walked past me and out the door while another guy walked past me and stood right in front of me and answered the phone while I was a foot away from him. It was the same guy who took my order 30 minutes prior too. I overheard him say over the phone that any pizzas ordered now would take at least an hour. All of this I can live with. They are busy. I get it. Online orders have swamped every restaurant. All of this I could have ignored, but when I got the pizza home and opened it, it was severely undercooked and all the toppings were only on the inside half of the pizza. Like a bullseye or the Target logo. No toppings within 3" of the crust. This place used to be much better. I've lived nearby for 4 years and watched the quality get worse and worse. Rarely have a bad meal here. It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it's miles better than other chain pizza joints. The pizza is always hot and fresh and really flavorful. It's really my family's go to pizza joint. It's not overly expensive, it's close to my house, and about 90% of the time, you get great food. There have been a few times where it didn't hit like it usually did, like maybe they had an off day or a new employee, but even then, pizza is pizza, and it was still better than the other chains. We ordered two pizzas. The first was the triple pepperoni magnifico, which comes with three types of pepp: shredded, Old World cupped, and classic. I also read it comes with romesan seasoning and a garlic sauce crust. I didn't personally get any rich flavors of seasoning or garlic, but the pepperoni was great. The pizza was very filling. The other pizza we got was a build your own, which was half pepperoni and half ham with the entire pizza covered with jalapenos and pineapple. They were so gracious with toppings. I really enjoyed this pizza as well! We also got a side of boneless chicken wings. The chicken was meaty and good. I do hope one day that they start using fresh mushrooms.. Overall, the experience this time around was better.. the pizza looked better and tasted better. Maybe just more enhancement on the seasoning that is advertised will make it next level. Or maybe a garlic cup or side of marinara to help finish the crust. :) read more

This has been the worst experience ever. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I received an Email yesterday that said "Our Gift to You? I haven't ordered from Marco's pizza in a couple of years! So when my friends and I decided to have a movie night, it was the perfect excuse to order from Marco's! I was excited because they were having a deal online and thought it was a steal getting 3 dollars off a large specialty pizza, and also an XL pizza for 15.99! With tax and everything though, I ended up paying about 48 dollars just for two pizzas. We didn't order wings or any other side dishes. Once we were ready to eat, I noticed they forgot the ranch cup I ordered. No biggie, I thought, it's just the ranch cup. Then when I was about to serve the pizzas to my friends, I noticed the pizzas were not even cut all the way through. We had to pull out our own cutter and cut the pizzas ourselves. The pizzas themselves were dry and lackluster. I remembered their pizzas being flavorful and far from being dry, I mean there was a reason I ordered Marco's multiple times in a row years ago. Sooooo greasy but delicious. Saved half for tomorrow so will see how it heats up in the oven. Yes it's possible to have just the cheesy bread as a meal, it's that good. $6.49 is a fair price. For the pizza there was a large 2 topping special online for $8.99 (unlimited pizza's). I chose the ground beef and bell pepper (capsicum). The thin crust was good but next time I think I will try the original crust. Yes I would come back and enjoy more cheesy bread and another pizza. First time at Marco's. Really it is just another fast food pizza chain, landing somewhere in-between Papa John's and Pizza Hut, and in my opinion not as good as Dominos. I'm spending the night here in Henderson and looked up Pizza on DD. I found Marco's and it was 700 feet away so I walked over and ordered a small deluxe pizza. The young lady behind the counter took my order and said it would take about 15 minutes. The other young lady handed me the pizza in about 10 minutes so that was a win. I walked back to my room and opened the pizza box and WOW! It was so delicious! The pizza crust was amazing, like fresh baked sourdough bread. The sauce was great! The seasoning was fresh and reminded me of the pizza sauce I made from scratch forty years ago when I worked in a small pizzeria. The vegetables were fresh and still crunchy and the meats were very tasty! It's not a sit down pizzeria, so ambiance is not applicable, but if you're looking for a delicious pie, give Marco's on Stephanie a try, you'll be happy you did!
