Let's keep on keeping on. Heading into Emilio's tonight for some pasta and got some bittersweet news. Emilio and the family have gone back to Italy. But a long time working employee by the name of Tony has taken over the reigns. He has been blessed by Emilio to keep up the good work and keep everything the same with the recipes with the menu, etc. etc.. not knowing this is my second time here since they left and I can tell you from the last time and the dedication going on behind the counter you still get the great friendly service and incredible Italian food when you're here. So good luck to Emilio and family and your future endeavors and good luck Tony and family in a successful future. If you haven't been here, you need to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

You never know where you will find a hidden gem! There is a reason it's called "A Hidden Gem". When a friend of a friend tells you about a place he knows, you check it out! Real Italian, family spot! The owner is here everyday making sure it's done right! I recommend you dine in, at least your first visit! That's how you are gonna see the love going on right behind the counter! Small place-Big Flavor-Great Quality! Everything was like a ten, the pizza-pie was a twelve and the knots like a fifteen! They brought my Tiramisu in a go box! I think they knew I wasn't gonna make it! I had to try it, but brought half home! One bite is all you need to know it's made the right way! It rated a sold fifteen as well! Yes out of ten! Definitely tell EVERYONE! We Need more spots like this! #supportsmallbusiness

Can you say STROMBOLI Talk about a Big Stromboli! This is Gigantic! You need two plates to hold it. Delicious Chicken Parmigiana that melts in your mouth with that sauce. Baked Ziti! Garlic Knots! You want to eat Italian then check out Emilio's. Delicious Homemade Italian Food.

This restaurant is amazing. Emilio runs it with his wife and daughters. They are actually from Italy. If Emilio doesn't like how your dish comes out in any way he will toss it and remake it for you so you get nothing but the best from him. My go to is the Vodka Sauce Pasta w/ spaghetti noodles & sausage. I get it every time. The garlic knots are to die for! Make sure to always order 2 if you need to share. It's a little hole in the wall place yet you feel like family.

I have been a faithful patron of Bistro Pizza, but,, times changed. Well, it was a shock that it wasn't the crew and pizza place I came to know and love. I figured why not try the new spot on the block I really good stuff, and the staff is quite nice. The pasta dishes are plentiful however, my favorite main staple. is the Stromboli. My family members. have really raved about the cannoli. Go ahead and give them a try.

We had been regulars of Bistro's for a few years. At the end, without saying much of anything, things changed. We ordered a lot of our regular items, thinking it was still Bistro and when I picked up the food was much smaller portion (specifically the calzones. I commented on this and said "Why is this half the size of when we ordered a week ago? Is it going to be this way going forward?" No answer. So I asked them--no comment? The guy just said "do you want another one?" Anyway, apparently the changeover already happened and my calzone was the "medium" one--even though I was not asked for a size when I ordered. So I hadn't gone back in months, assuming that the prices went up and sizes went down. Understandable considering the current climate, but when I say half size, I legitimately mean it was half the size of what it used to be. That being said, we (now knowingly) ordered from Emilio's to give them another shot. I noticed that now the calzones had sizes--just medium and small. They had a lot of options--mostly similar to Bistro's menu. We got 3 calzones, 1 pizza, 1 fettuccini alfredo, "hot" wings w/fries, and an order of garlic knots. Calzones: We ordered the "large". They were 2 dollars more I think. I am only assuming my tiny one from before was the "medium" but I don't actually know. They were good sized, taking up a good portion of the little pizza box they come in. One was a self-made cheese, pineapple and peperoni one. The other two were the "Emilio's stuffed Bread" pre-made. Because of the pricing structure, the custom one with 2 fillers was the same price as the pre-made one with 4-5 fillers. Crust was good, crusty on the outside and chew--but fully cooked--on the inside. The cheese wasn't bad at all, but it didn't have the flavor of the previous place's cheese that we were used to. Not a negative, just not as positive. The meats were great, flavorful, and didn't cover each other up flavorwise. Not the most thick, but perfectly fine. The wife shamed our family (kidding...kinda) by ordering the West Coast BBQ Pizza, 16" (large) for $21. That crust was thin, and crunchy on the bottom, but just barely. I felt it was perfect--I know some folks like chewier or whatever, but those folks are wrong. And even thought it was a BBQ pizza (seriously, what is wrong with her?) it was really good. Oh, and despite it being cut at the shop--the crust wasn't even HINTING at getting soggy. That alone was amazing. I loved their crust. Daughter liked the pasta. I'm pretty sure it was run of the mill--however it did have a slightly different taste--she said it tasted like sunflower seeds--not sure what it was, but there was a slight earthiness. I liked it better, honestly. I just said "that's authentic Italian Alfredo" even though I've read Italy wouldn't touch "alfredo" with a 10ft pole. She seemed satisfied with her 2 bites before claiming she was full. The wings were standard as far as flavor profile goes (ie, hot/buffalo type flavor) but they were good. Like, I would happily have that hot flavor again. Upper quality on that "generic" flavor. They have several other options, but I didn't try those. It was not unique in any way, but it was a delicious take on the standard. Wings were decently crispy underneath the sauce. The fries that come with the wings were pretty run of the mill. While the wings were crispy, the fries were soggy. Thick cut (but not "steak" fries) and they had seasoning on them, but paired with the more powerful flavors around me, I didn't taste anything. Pass on the fries. The wings were average size and they were good. I'd rather trade more wings for the fries, but at $10.99 for 7 wings (as I'm not counting the fries as food) it's not the greatest deal. Good wings, not good price. The bucket of wings would be a better deal if you want to avoid the fries (they drop from 1.60 per wing to 1.15, so use that how you will). Garlic knots--I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of garlic knots to begin with. I always imagine a buttery, garlicy explosion of salty deliciousness--but they're usually pretty bland. These were no different. Good, strong garlic flavor, but the butter was clarified (I think) so there was essentially no butter flavor, just throat lube. The girls were happy with them, so whatever. I'll give them a "good" for that since I'm not the one to really judge them. I did note that out of the 12 or however many we got, at least two that I saw were SATURATED in butter to the point of almost being like biting a full sponge. It gushed out. Their marinara sauce threw me. Tasted great inside the calzones, but when dipped it had a sweet flavor, very much like...HONEY?? I don't know, that's what I got out of it. Not a fan of sweet like that, so that was odd. I feel if I stick with pizza, and their amazing crust, my stars will go from OK to Good--maybe even great depending on the pie. Worth a shot!

After seeing the reviews and learning this family brought their talents from Italy, I wanted to give it a shot, as it was just a couple blocks from my house. The XXL pizza I ordered was HUGE, barely fit in my trunk lol and thru our sliding glass door once I got home. I also got a family size green salad and wings. The salad was ok, I think I could start getting my wings here from now on, as they were perfectly fried and I'm always in need of a good option for wings on a game night. As for the pizza it was tasty. I wasn't blown away, I've had better, but it was good. The crust was a little lacking for me, if you folded it, it cracked, if that gives you any visual. I think I like my crust to have a little more bend and chew to it. But overall a solid place, there were a good amount of customers eating there too so it's popular. Go support them, nice family.

This is the 16inch cheese mushroom and sausage pizza - they have a huge one at 24" omg - so yummy!

I truly have mixed feelings about this Domino's store…read more When they first opened, the food was great, the service was friendly, and the speed was fast. But over time, they have become one of the worst in the area. The pizzas never have enough cheese or an uneven spread. There are always spots where the cheese is completely missing. Toppings are few and far between, missing pizza sauce, and I've ordered extra toppings multiple times and have never actually received the extras I paid for. It has been a huge disappointment. I have literally been inside the store when employees were yelling and cursing at each other. I have also walked in and been completely ignored for 10 to 15 minutes. I have experienced pickup wait times upwards of two hours. It is truly a mixed bag here. You never know what you're going to get with each order. Lately, the quality of the pizzas seems to have improved slightly. I am not sure if this is due to a change in management, but I really hope they address the ongoing issues sooner than later. One last thing... The last time I was there, I witnessed an employee using the squeeze bottle that holds liquid butter, moving bread bites around inside a pizza box. He would squeeze butter onto them and then move them around using the bottom of the bottle that had been sitting on the counter. It was disgusting to watch, knowing someone would be eating that food and there was nothing I could do about it. He was also not wearing gloves. Everyone in the store touches that squeeze bottle, and it gets moved around all day. That was just gross and showed a lack of care about basic hygiene. As it stands right now, I cannot recommend this location. I may give them another chance in the future and update my review if things improve. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, nothing has improved. Domino's seriously needs better staffing or management. The only reason I even gave it another chance was because Kim, the manager, acknowledged the legitimate complaints and offered a free pizza -- and I appreciate her professionalism. But overall, I'm done. I don't know what happened after COVID, but in my opinion, Domino's never recovered. The service and reliability just aren't there anymore. I won't be ordering again.

We ordered the Tuscany pizza, and it was phenomenal -- loaded with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and olives. It's basically like a supreme pizza on steroids, but so much better. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the toppings were generous and high-quality, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. What really sets this place apart is the care they put into the fundamentals: they make their dough and sauce completely in-house, and they even order their sausage straight from Chicago. You can absolutely taste the difference -- it's fresh, authentic, and miles ahead of your typical chain pizza. The crust had that perfect chew and char that only comes from real craftsmanship. Huge shoutout to Linda for the amazing service! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her warm personality and genuine care turned a simple dinner into a memorable experience. Places like this thrive because of people like her. If you're in the Water Street District and craving real-deal pizza with quality ingredients, do yourself a favor and come here. We'll definitely be back -- highly recommend the Tuscany and the whole team!

Their pizza is delicious. Unfortunately they do not seem prepared to handle events that happen on…read morethe main street where they are located. We went to the Winterfest Electric Parade (this follows a couple other events that already took place prior!) on a Friday night and there were no street vendors present; which of course leads everyone to want to purchase food and drinks from the businesses that line the parade route. This could have been easily miscommunicated by the people in charge of the parade simply not communicating to the local businesses what would be involved. Or it could have been lack of planning for the business. I am not sure - but my perception was the latter. We ordered online for pickup, and the order was never accepted by the restaurant. There is an option to shut it down so that it does not take orders if a business is too inundated. My husband went inside to check in with them and he said they were turning people away and not taking orders at all. They had said about 45-1 hour for our wait time. Two hours later and our pizza was finally ready. My husband about an hour in went to sit inside to be visible in case something is missed... for an hour he sat at a table without issue, in fact we joined him about 30 min in. As soon as we get our pizza and I set it down on the table, the cashier tells us that it's for dine in customers only and asked us to leave. WOW! There was no line of customers waiting to dine in, and there were tables open since people were outside watching the parade. We had already been sitting at the table with our son for an hour and couldn't just decide to dine in at that point after such a long wait? So disappointing. We took our pizza and ate it on the brick wall right outside their front door...minutes later the parade Santa passed and it was over. No one else came to the restaurant to dine in. Our order was wrong. We ordered for a specific topping on the entire pizza and for half to be with an additional. The one topping for half was on the whole and the topping for the whole was on half. It was not even worth it to get it corrected, we ate it as is and our son picked off what he did not like. (no pictures taken because we just wanted to eat) We have been to Water Street Pizzeria before on a non-event night and had a different experience than this. I just feel if a company is unable to handle a crowd like this than maybe closing for the night would be better than longer waits and poor customer service. There are so many events that happen on Water St; so I truly hope this night it was just an internal break down in their operation and not a normal unlearned situation that happens regularly. But all of this will have us think twice about eating here next time we are in the area.

Time is going by incredibly fast these days and sometimes I can't keep up with it. Slice 19 is located in the guard gated Chimera Golf Club and you must show valid ID in order to get in, which is very easy and very quick. My future in-laws live in a guard gated community elsewhere in town so I already know how these work lol. They're very easy to find and you can walk in and take a seat right away. Their patio has such an amazing view of the golf course in all directions...if only if it wasn't chilly and cloudy outside.
