I came in here hopping to get a good experience. They greeted me which was nice, bathroom was clean, tables are not clean however, the service here is not so good either, they were training a new staff which I can understand! We ordered a party box of sandwiches for our family on Mother's day. Upon dishing out the sandwiches, some of our family members thought that there was nothing in the sandwiches, but lettuce. After double checking, we noticed that all the sandwiches contained just two very thinly sliced pieces of meat hidden under the shredded lettuce. The meat was so thinly cut that it seriously tasted like a lettuce sandwich. We did request tomatoes on the side. we probably should've had them out on the sandwiches would looked a little more full. Bottom line ... the very meager amount of meat on the sandwiches was unacceptable. read more

This Jimmy John's is always "freaky fast", just like their slogan! Out of all the sandwich chains, I feel Jimmy John's is the best, as their ingredients are always fresh and their customer service is top notch! I recommend getting the #9 with extra hot peppers if you are looking to take your taste buds on a wild ride :). P.s. The thinny chips are also low calorie and taste even better than the regular chips in my opinion! read more

I've stopped in at this location a couple of times now. The last to visits left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered both times online for pickup. Maybe thats where the problem lies. I ordered double meat and cheese on 2 of my 3 sandwiches. And guess what i did not get. I spent almost 50 dollars and got snickered. This last time i sent an email via the feedback on their site. I ordered the box of 30 mini sandwiches for a family gathering. The people taking the order were very friendly, and since I've ordered from them before I wasn't worried about my order. However, when we brought the sandwiches home, you could not tell that there was any meat in them whatsoever. It looked like lettuce and bread. Even my little grandkids wanted to know what kind of a sandwich it was and I said it's the invisible meat sandwich. I will never order from them again. Very disappointing. My taste buds were creaming all over the place once I stuck this delicious stuffed wad of lettuce in my mouth to enjoy. I tried the Beach Club Unwich and it was full of turkey, provolone cheese, mayo, sprouts, tomato and cucumber. Mmmmmm yum yes the lettuce was ultra fresh and crispy. I never thought I would enjoy a sub wrapped in lettuce so much as I did. I was at work moaning and groaning it was just so tasty. I placed an order today like I usually do. I never get ice in my drinks. And I always instruct them to not put ice in my drink, as you can see from the printed receipt. The delivery driver made me uncomfortable about signing the receipt when they offer leave at the door options. If you can leave it at the door, why is my signature required? I called store #1931 to express the aforementioned. I spoke with the manager Leanna (something like that) who told me that the order didn't say no ice. She basically called me a lie about the request for no ice. Although it's clearly printed on the receipt. She was rude and I will never order from Jimmy John's again. Quickly came here for my go to - Little John Roast Beef with an unsweetened ice tea. Kathy was awesome! She did take my order correctly, offer to add cheese or make it a combo ( which I declined - waiting for Jimmy John to offer peanut oil free chips- maybe they have ?) : Kathy was cheerful. - ask me I participate in their reward - yes I do ( I didn't even think to ask and wow ! This place doesn't disappoint! We often just order and take the food home since they make it so quickly! I love their Country Club #11 and the Pepe #1! It's quick, simple, and delicious. My go to place when I am on my way home from work and am STARVING. Fast doesn't even begin to describe this place. I'm barely done punching my PIN number into the credit card machine and BOOM they hand me my sandwich. I love the sandwich selection and the 3 size option. The giant size cut into 3's can feed me for 3 meals. They will also substitute and add things into the sandwich no problem. I know it's just a sand which place but the service is super friendly, I don't think "no" is in their vocabulary. The inside is large and more than enough room to eat with your family. Again with the quickness, I always forget they have a drive through because I can't imagine getting quicker service than inside. read more

I paid about $11 for this combo just to still be hungry afterwards. My overall reviews are based on food, experience and cleanliness. I love Jimmy Johns but my experience with management at this location was not so very welcoming. 1) The staff were friendly and accommodating. The gal at the register was nice enough to ask if I wanted onions. Since I was sharing with my son, I asked for one half without. The manager was training another employee and loudly said (as though I needed to hear her) that "these types of requests shouldn't be done" then proceeded to train. I asked if there was a problem, she said "no". This is unprofessional and uncalled for. 2) There are no utensils so I had to use my fingers to put peppers in my sandwich 3) It was after 1:30pm and we were the only guests in the dining area. Lots of staff at the back of the counter and the tables are not wiped down. read more

Excellent customer service. Walked in expecting my usual experience and was surprised by how awesome the staff is here! I've attached pictures to show how clean and nice they had the restaurant. We ordered the #1 and the #12. I took my sandwich back up to the counter to ask if they could cut it in half for me and the employee told me that she'd help me as soon as she finished the sandwich she was preparing. Instantly another employee approached and if I had been helped. I replied yes, that I was just waiting for my sandwich to be cut and she said "oh I can help with that!" Usually people hear "yes, I've been helped" and the walk away. Truly appreciated the kindness and good job the staff are doing here and I let them know that in person! read more

Always freaky fast. I order on the app and by the time I get to the drive through (I live close) the order is ready. The app is good because I can get all the requests put into an order before I leave the house. The order is always spot on. I don't think they've ever made a mistake on my sandwiches. Also, I work kinda close and we all put our own orders in separately. Then one or two of us will go for a drive to pick them up. The drive through always has them ready! Try the unwich! I'm trying to cut back on the bread but I love their bread so about every other order, I get it as an UNwich. Still really good stuff. My kids usually also ask me to order som day old bread while I'm there. It literally costs no more than some spare change. Lastly, try the favorites. More meat and cheese for not much more cost. This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.
