This was my 1st time trying Bojangles and was excited to know there was a location closer to me since I've heard so many good things about their chicken. It took me a minute to get into this location since the 1st time around I made the mistake of turning into the Costco entrance and there was no way out so, I had to go all the way back around and again wait at the light with a long line of cars turning Make sure you turn into the WOW carwash entrance since that is the only way in and out, when I got there I wasn't sure it was even open since there was maybe 2 cars parked and not 1 car in the drive thru (on a Sunday afternoon) I got to the menu board and was greeted by a very guy and he asked what I wanted to order? I asked him to give me a moment since it was my 1st time trying Bojangles I asked him if they served bone in chicken too and he said no, just chicken strip, ok cool...he suggested a 3 piece with mac n cheese and a peach honey pepper sauce and sweet tea, I also asked for the Bo-berry biscuits, I got my order very quick and was on my way (oh yeah, he gave me a coupon for the next time for free bo-berry cookies too I get home and loved the mac n cheese and the chicken was so crispy and fresh (unlike another chicken place famous for tenders that are always wet and soggy) the sauce to dip was also delicious and the biscuit was flaky and fresh too, the sweet tea delicious and not too sweet like the famous burger place that gives me heart palpitations lol I look forward to coming back again and trying their chicken sandwich and maybe their round potato tots or whatever they are, oh I forgot to mention the Bo-Berry biscuits were delicious and definitely worth trying, until next time

Three piece with a biscuit the chicken fingers were very tasty and not over fried 4.5/5

Brand new location on St rose right by the Costco. Never have been to this restaurant brand new very clean. Staff was very nice and greeted us promptly. Food came out lightning fast I thoroughly enjoyed it not my type of pallet, but if I'm ever in the mood for some chicken fingers and biscuits, I will definitely come back.

Tried the new location on St Rose. The drive through is a little confusing as you're also driving into Wow Carwash which is on the right. But there's 2 drive through lanes on the left as you pull in you'll see the covered area with fans. Now as for the food. Menu was very limited. Just strips. No boneless bites or more menu items. You can literally get strips at 6 spots in the surrounding area that are much better. And the dirty rice was just ok. They didn't add any butter for the biscuit but I guess I didn't ask either. I've gone to many Bojangles before on the east coast and this was a just ok.

Bojangles has opened a third location on a St Rose Parkway ( next door to WOW car wash) and it's awesome! Today is their grand opening day! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible from St Rose Parkway ,with a spacious parking and a big drive-thru. The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a big double drive thru as well. The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The grilled chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The chicken tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. Their Bo' berry milkshake is a MUST HAVE!!! So yummy ! With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the community. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane's . We can't wait to go back and try their other menu items.

The food here was delicious! The ideal spot while heading into Las Vegas coming from Los Angeles. Brand new location, everything is clean and perfectly run already! Plenty of seating and easy parking. Online order and pick up was a breeze, the cashiers were also very friendly. The chicken was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed the fries, mac & cheese, and dirty rice as well. Their sauces are also delicious and perfect for dipping. Prices and portions are very fair. Highly recommend recommended for a affordable and casual meal, ideal for families!

Nice new clean store and the staff today 1.22.26 @3:30pm was fantastic she was very bubbly and helpful. First time here the chicken sandwich, fingers ,fries, mac cheese, original biscuit, and blue berry biscuit were all just ok the disaster was that peach cobbler super sweet. This is just my opinion I'm sure others who love fast fOoD will love BO.

First time visiting a Bojangles, first impression, very clean restaurant, staff behind the counter was very courteous and knowledgeable. Now for the food... The biscuit had a hint of butter flavor but was a tad dry for me. The dirty rice was very good, reminded me of Zatarans, but made with what tasted like sausage. The chicken tenders were some of the crispiest tenders i've ever had, but they were lukewarm, I expected piping HOT. I tried the Bo sauce, it was actually very tasty, had a hint t of pickle and horseradish. The sweet tea, to me was not Southern, it needed to be sweeter. The whole meal was under $12.00, so all in all not a bad deal. I would come back, but if my tenders are not piping hot, I will complain. WOW! Just received a call from one of the Managers, she asked details of my meal, and then offered me a replacement meal, not what I was looking for, but very nice! This is what I call great customer service! Updated to 5 Stars!

This new location is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a simple menu, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, salad. They also have several sides to choose from, fries, mashed potatoes, macaroni, and cheese and rice. While we were there, the drinks were not working, but they did have sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and lemonade, which was very good. We ordered the chicken tenders which came out fast. They were crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside and great flavor. The breading did not fall off and was not greasy. I had the buffalo sauce and the homemade ranch. When I open the ranch. There was a small hair in there. They replaced it and even brought us a dessert to apologize. As my husband started eating his, he had a long hair in his chicken tender that was pretty gross. We didn't say anything because the lady was already mortified about the ranch. I don't know how this happened because everyone was wearing a hairnet. The fries were crispy and extra seasoned and the biscuit was buttery and flaky and soft in the middle.

Dirty tables that no one bothered to clean during my visit

The staff is very friendly and very quick too, we didn't wait too long for our food to come out. They have THE BEST cheesesteak in town. Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. We have ordered: a chicken cheesesteak combo, boneless wings and bacon chipotle cheesesteak. Whatever you order on the menu, you cannot go wrong. All of their cheesesteaks are juicy and flavorful! As a unique combination you can experience Sbarro (next door inside the Conoco gas station) which is also brand new store recently opened. We have tried their pizza, bread sticks and Stromboli's. It was delicious and tasted fresh, because they hand made their dough fresh every day. We highly recommend it, if you are passing by and want some freshly made and delicious quick lunch.

This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.

I had seen all the online videos about how the CEO of Burger King decided to receive phone calls…read moreand make things better. Well he had obviously not been to this particular Burger King. Let's break it down, shall we? Full disclosure? I was an assistant manager at a Burger King in willows California in the early 1980s. So I understand how a Burger King should be run. I am strictly basing my review on my experience and the food itself, I did not go into the restaurant but rather went through the drive-thru. For starters, there was only one other car in the other line when I arrived. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to talk to me after a good 4 to 5 minutes. Someone came on and said we'll be right with you. I sat there for an easy 10 minutes before they finally got back. Now they did apologize, but that did not really make me understand why there was such a pileup. There were not a lot of cars out front so I knew the restaurant wasn't busy. I was excited to try the new Whopper, and saw that they had the Maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese, so I opted for that, went large, and then drove forward to the window. And there I sat Finally someone came to the window and gave me my Cherry Coke zero and straw. And then close the window. A few moments later. She came back and said, did I give you your drink? I said yes you did. She said I'll be right back with your food. A few minutes later she came back with the food, thanked me and I drove off. I got home, I opened the bag and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was neatly placed in the bag rather than haphazardly thrown in, as I had experienced at some other fast food places. However, the big surprise was when I opened the box containing the Whopper. Now as you can see in my photos what the maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese was supposed to look like, it was supposed to have fried onion slices and fried jalapenos, with bacon and cheese. Cheese. Was there cheese? Plainly see some cheese in there. Was there bacon? Yes, there was bacon that looked like it had been so thinly sliced with an exacto knife that I could barely see it on the hamburger. How about the fried onions and frieda jalapenos? Almost non-existent. It literally looked like someone had taken a pinch of graham cracker crumbs and put it on the hamburger top and bottom. The only thing holding it together was some barbecue sauce. The upside? My fries were hot. The hamburger was as warm as I was expecting, but you bite into it and and there was no flavor outside of a standard Whopper. Such a disappointment. Especially when you are paying for a premium sandwich. So here are my main complaints. The burger was absolutely not what I was expecting based on the photograph on the sign. Look I get it. They spend a lot of money to have food photographers make it look amazing but it should at least have some similarities to what you actually get in the bag. This was definitely not fast food, and I am still perplexed as to why it took so long to get the food to the vehicle.. or even take my order for that matter. As someone who was an assistant manager at a Burger King. I am familiar with policy and procedure. I don't know if this is the manager's fault, the district manager's fault or the franchisees fault, but there is a definite problem at this particular Burger King. Bottom line? Based on this experience, I doubt that I will ever return to this particular location, or another Burger King ever again. Again. You don't get a third chance to make a second impression.
