My friend ordered jack in box yesterday Saturday the 21st. The bread had mold on two pieces not exactly sure how this happened also the one looks like a BUG cooked into it. She called the store was told to bring it back. The cook who made it came out to see it. This store needs more quality control. She had this delivered through the Jack in the Box mobile app. What had her upset was the fact she almost bit into it. GROSS. All their food needs inspected at this location. They did not refund her as of yet said can't refund on mobile app has to speak to a manager on Monday. She did not want a food credit due to this is horrible. Does not even deserve one star for this. HOWWWWWW Do you not see this when making a sandwich ???????? Also she said there was only 3 workers and the Manager seemed nice but frazzled she seemed like she truly did not know what to do, said she has never seen that happen before, she tried her best. The cook also seemed as she felt bad and shocked it happened. read more

4/18/26 @ 6:30 am Went to the drive thru to grab breakfast for our family before our roadtrip. The lady working the drive thru was the most rudest person, "what drink do you want?" Super unprofessional. Jack in the Box.. please do better with who you hire. read more

I want to give 0 star! Once my husband and I got home from our near by jack in the box. I was wondering how come my Oreo milkshake has 2 cups. So I thought the cup got stuck. While I was drinking my milkshake, It started pouring out all over my clothes and our white carpet. This worker didn't tell us or make another milkshake. I would be okay if the worker mention to us, not a surprise mess when we get home. *Work on communication skills with customers read more

I always go through the drive-through, so it's convenient, but they always make you park at the front, even when there's no one else in line, just for a single burger or burrito. They made my burrito undercooked once after making me parked for 10 mins and then last time they made me park for long time just to end up forgetting bacon in my burger, i went in to tell and this hispanic guy pissed fixing the hardest job remaking the burger with bacon, and throw my burger box showing he's mad, you can't act tough behind counter with your uniform. Next time do better and yes I'm not going to this location anymore even tho it's along my way home i rather drive 10 more minutes instead of going here. read more

if i could leave 0 i would. i was in the drive thru and ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with no one on the drive thru with me and it took them 20 minutes just for the girl working there to come to the window apologize and then continue to say "three tacos right" which wasn't even our order read more

Save yourself the trouble and just don't come here ... staff is horrible, they always seem overwhelmed and waiting 20+ minutes for an order only them to get it completely wrong despite paying for all the extras added is highly annoying. I literally hate this location and will never be back, every single time they get it WRONG. terrible mgmt, terrible staff, terrible food. And I like Jack n the box, just not this one! read more

Why do they have such a low rating? It's always been hot and even their skeleton crew is working as fast as they can. The staff has always greeted us politely and they give the perfect amount of condiments. We life right around the block and they are next to a gas station so it's an easy hot meal before heading out! No idea why this is so low - solid Jack n the crack!!! read more

Went to the drive thru last night and not sure if it's a new lady or not but wasn't the same Person as normally as soon as I pull to the order screen and about to order all she said is "hold up" and I order and once I come to the window I notice it's a different charge than usual since I always get the same thing she says "yeah it is" and I tell her sorry I'm not trying to bug but it's a didn't price then she takes a 3rd look at her screen and says " yeah my bad" can't even say "I'm sorry" idk what's up with peoples vocabulary I'm Vegas but it's like most people can't speak right and once I get my order I get home to notice it's the same order she put in wrong so I payed 18 dollar for a double cheese with bacon and medium regular fry when I even asked for curly idk if she just had a bad day or attitude cause I used to work fast food so I always tell the person to have a great night cause that helps some people feel better and all she said is "alright" read more

Honestly, stopped here to get gas at the attached ACRO station and decided to grab a snack before the drive back to SoCal. Our initial intent was to just grab a to go hot item from the AMPM, but nothing look appealing, so it's lucky Jack in the Box was there. It was midafternoon on a Tuesday and it was hot so it was slow. So slow, I think they were surprised someone actually came into the restaurant itself as we stood there a while before someone helped us. Finally, it looked like the manager took our order. He was pleasant enough but didn't give us any fuzzy good feelings. He gave us our drink cups (soda is self-serve) and we say down awaiting our order. Jack in the Box food has never been my favorite. It wasn't bad, just not something I'm going to remember for the rest of my life but it did the job of filling us up so we wouldn't be stopping for food on the 4-hour drive home. read more

My experience on Monday was much different than usual. There was staff working there that I had never seen before and they were very friendly and accommodating! I asked for them to ice a decaf coffee and they obliged. I also ordered a croissant supreme sandwich which they usually try to upsale the meal and they did but without the usual disappointment when I decline. My visit was about 9:30 in the morning with no wait. I'm here once or twice a month. read more

Went into the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, told me to go wait out front. I waited for 15 minutes no one came out, had to go inside & waited another 10 minutes for my order. My order was missing things as well. I needed to add something on & was waiting for someone at the register, they all ignored me, so I went back through the drive thru, waited another 20 minutes. My orders said they would be ready at 6:20 and 6:52 (attached below), I didn't leave until around 7:10. Ridiculous for a mobile order/drive thru! Worst service I've experienced at a Jack in the Box, I will not be back to this location Would leave zero stars if I could. read more

They are actually no longer taking orders at 9:40pm. Google says they close at 10. Yelp says 11. Lady at the window says "sorry to bad there's two cars in front of you." Recently stayed at the M Resort during a busy, snowy weekend in Vegas. It was nice to have a Jack in the Box right outside for times that I didn't want to eat a buffet or at any of the other spots inside the hotel/casino. The staff are young but very hard working and respectful. My food came out fine without any issues. I must be lucky. I would not hesitate to eat here again when in the area. Price, value, selection, nobody even comes close. FYI, I did not dine in... I took my food to go each time and brought it back to my suite. The dining area was clean though. read more

What a concept! Offer reasonable price specials such as 3 tacos and a regular Coke for $3 and people might walk inside. I was one of them. It was my second time to a Jack in the Box in at least 7 years. Both visits were at this very location. It wasn't just the reasonable special that led me into this very Jack In the Box that sits off St. Rose Parkway and is attached to an Arco in the shadow of the M Hotel & Casino near Interstate 15. What brought me into Jack in the Box is a hiking tradition. And so, I am writing this review from the unique perspective of a hike-thru instead of a drive-thru customer. From this unique hiker perspective, there were two occasions where I partook in a 6 mile round trip hike on the St. Rose Parkway Trail from the Seven Hills Starbuck's to the Mirage Hotel. By the half way point of the hike by the Magic Hotel is Jack In the Box. After 3 miles of walking on a paved trail without shade, I develop the mood for a snack. It just so happens that the westernmost point of the St. Rose Parkway Trail is by a Jack In the Box. On my two hiking stops at this fast food restaurant that is truly a car stop serving the southernmost exit in the Las Vegas valley, I have dealt with good employees. The kid that took my order was pleasant where the kitchen employees were relatively quick to make my three tacos. Of course 3 tacos and a regular Coke for $3 isn't going to be off the charts yummy. However, they were solid. A couple envelopes of the hot sauce made them half a star above solid. Additionally they successfully served their role of a snack to fill me up while I took a break in a restaurant that had the ambiance of a gas station and highway stop. I didn't walk into Jack In the Box expecting a great dining experience. The restaurant could use some improvement on cleanliness. I sat at a bar seat overlooking the Arco because the available booth was dirty. My bar seat also overlooked the Coke Freestyle machine. After recently discovering how delicious the Coke Zero drinks are, I appreciate sipping a Coke Vanilla Zero knowing I am not consuming all these calories and sugar. Jack In the Box is a brand that I have for the most part passed over. Judging by the number of store closings in Henderson and the number of bad ratings corresponding to this location, my avoidance of the Jack in the Box brand is understandable. However, when the Jack in the Box brand offers reasonable deals such as the one that I discussed and a location practically off the trailhead of a hiking trail I was on, I will pass into a Jack in the Box. read more

Literally the worse Jack in the box ever, everyone's attitude here is so nasty. I come here everyday cause it's close to my house, but tonight I had an experience that I will definitely be escalating and possibly seeking a lawyer . I went to order 4piece nugget, it was one car infront of me however the guys order took over 15 minutes. Instead of asking the gentleman to pull to the front like they do any other time, they decided to have us all wait in line. I waited 15/20 minutes for FOUR NUGGETS, when I got to the window I asked to speak with a manager. Fernand told me there is no manager I asked can I get a contact number for customer service, he told me no. Then I told him LEGALLY, you have to give me SOMETHING, I have a customer complaint and you can't just tell me that you can't give me anything at all. Then a Hispanic lady with glasses posted in the photo bellow decided to come to the window and said she'll give me my nuggets for free, I explained to the lady that I already paid for my food and I just would like customer services contact, she proceeded to tell me get out of her line if I already got my food, I asked her for her name and she closed the window on me and told me she wasn't giving me her name I told her LEGALLY you have to provide your name and a contact number or email for me to reach someone above you, she proceeded to argue and told me she was going to get me banned. I'm ready to SUE jack in the box I feel like this location is completely races, they are very rude this is not the first time however this was the first time it went so far! IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION! And I do not recommend this location at all. Management is horrible and so is all staff read more

Placed an order on mobile app for drive thru pick to make it fast. We pulled up to the drive thru and they gave us our drinks and asked us to park in front to wait for our food. After parking we realized we were missing 1 drink out of the 4 we ordered. App said food would be ready at 9:14am, lady from drive thru came out at 9:20am with three bags. She handed the bags to me and I told her we were missing a drink and she said me "I gave it to you" I told her "yes you gave me 2 in a cup holder and then you handed me the other drink, we never got the 4th drink." She said let me check and goes inside. I opened my bags to make sure everything was there and we were missing a breakfast meal. My husband got off with bag to get the missing food. He tells the guy at the counter that he is missing a combo and the guy looks in the bag to make sure. Seriously, why would you go in if you ordered drive thru pick up from the app. read more

Upon receiving my food at the drive thru window I verified that what i thought I ordered and what was in the bag was the same thing. Horrible. Horrible!! Stuck in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. No sense of urgency.

When did y'all start doing cash only starting at 10p? Went through the drive thru, ordered my food, pulled up to the window to pay and get my food and as I handed the person my card he says "cash only" over and over. I told him that I don't usually carry cash and was not told that when I was ordering. He tells me again "cash only. Didn't you hear me say cash only?" I just went through the drive thru not too long ago around the same time and they took my card (just like the guy did tonight) and they didn't say anything about it being cash only even though the guy tonight INSISTED that it was cash only. I also didn't even get a receipt. So when did this cash only from 10pm start exactly? read more

I always use the app to order, and go through the drive thru. As fast food, and ordering goes, EVERYONE here is always so polite! How often do you get to say that in fast food?! Most of the time the store get it right for me. However on July 15, 2018 at 8:30 PM I ordered my food and did not receive it. I had to leave there by 8:55 PM and order for me to get to work on time. I waited as patiently as possible as the man in front of me with his family have been waiting for their food over 30 minutes. I know I only lost a few parks because no one was around to give me my refund however I feel way worse for this man probably dishing out more than $60 for food and did not get served. I'm just upset that the manager did not come up front and at least apologize for time maybe a refined gift card something. Instead I see employees hiding behind the machine not looking out front to see if either New customers are coming in or at least giving us who have already paid for food updates. I tried filling out a complaint form on their website however their websites don't seem to handle working on smart phones. All the complaining I did on their webpage there is no where to submit next because it is grayed out I scrolled up and down the page there is nothing I could do so I had to finally hit the X in the top right-hand corner and it wiped out everything I did. read more
