My friend ordered jack in box yesterday Saturday the 21st. The bread had mold on two pieces not exactly sure how this happened also the one looks like a BUG cooked into it. She called the store was told to bring it back. The cook who made it came out to see it. This store needs more quality control. She had this delivered through the Jack in the Box mobile app. What had her upset was the fact she almost bit into it. GROSS. All their food needs inspected at this location. They did not refund her as of yet said can't refund on mobile app has to speak to a manager on Monday. She did not want a food credit due to this is horrible. Does not even deserve one star for this. I always go through the drive-through, so it's convenient, but they always make you park at the front, even when there's no one else in line, just for a single burger or burrito. They made my burrito undercooked once after making me parked for 10 mins and then last time they made me park for long time just to end up forgetting bacon in my burger, i went in to tell and this hispanic guy pissed fixing the hardest job remaking the burger with bacon, and throw my burger box showing he's mad, you can't act tough behind counter with your uniform. Why do they have such a low rating? It's always been hot and even their skeleton crew is working as fast as they can. Honestly, stopped here to get gas at the attached ACRO station and decided to grab a snack before the drive back to SoCal. Our initial intent was to just grab a to go hot item from the AMPM, but nothing look appealing, so it's lucky Jack in the Box was there. It was midafternoon on a Tuesday and it was hot so it was slow. So slow, I think they were surprised someone actually came into the restaurant itself as we stood there a while before someone helped us. Finally, it looked like the manager took our order. He was pleasant enough but didn't give us any fuzzy good feelings. He gave us our drink cups (soda is self-serve) and we say down awaiting our order. Jack in the Box food has never been my favorite. My experience on Monday was much different than usual. There was staff working there that I had never seen before and they were very friendly and accommodating! I asked for them to ice a decaf coffee and they obliged. Recently stayed at the M Resort during a busy, snowy weekend in Vegas. It was nice to have a Jack in the Box right outside for times that I didn't want to eat a buffet or at any of the other spots inside the hotel/casino. The staff are young but very hard working and respectful. My food came out fine without any issues. I must be lucky. I would not hesitate to eat here again when in the area. Price, value, selection, nobody even comes close. FYI, I did not dine in... I took my food to go each time and brought it back to my suite. The dining area was clean though. read more

Literally the worse Jack in the box ever, everyone's attitude here is so nasty. I come here everyday cause it's close to my house, but tonight I had an experience that I will definitely be escalating and possibly seeking a lawyer . I went to order 4piece nugget, it was one car infront of me however the guys order took over 15 minutes. Instead of asking the gentleman to pull to the front like they do any other time, they decided to have us all wait in line. I waited 15/20 minutes for FOUR NUGGETS, when I got to the window I asked to speak with a manager. Placed an order on mobile app for drive thru pick to make it fast. We pulled up to the drive thru and they gave us our drinks and asked us to park in front to wait for our food. After parking we realized we were missing 1 drink out of the 4 we ordered. App said food would be ready at 9:14am, lady from drive thru came out at 9:20am with three bags. She handed the bags to me and I told her we were missing a drink and she said me "I gave it to you" I told her "yes you gave me 2 in a cup holder and then you handed me the other drink, we never got the 4th drink." What a concept! Offer reasonable price specials such as 3 tacos and a regular Coke for $3 and people might walk inside. I was one of them. It was my second time to a Jack in the Box in at least 7 years. Both visits were at this very location. It wasn't just the reasonable special that led me into this very Jack In the Box that sits off St. Rose Parkway and is attached to an Arco in the shadow of the M Hotel & Casino near Interstate 15. What brought me into Jack in the Box is a hiking tradition. And so, I am writing this review from the unique perspective of a hike-thru instead of a drive-thru customer. From this unique hiker perspective, there were two occasions where I partook in a 6 mile round trip hike on the St. Rose Parkway Trail from the Seven Hills Starbuck's to the Mirage Hotel. By the half way point of the hike by the Magic Hotel is Jack In the Box. After 3 miles of walking on a paved trail without shade, I develop the mood for a snack. It just so happens that the westernmost point of the St. Rose Parkway Trail is by a Jack In the Box. On my two hiking stops at this fast food restaurant that is truly a car stop serving the southernmost exit in the Las Vegas valley, I have dealt with good employees. The kid that took my order was pleasant where the kitchen employees were relatively quick to make my three tacos. Of course 3 tacos and a regular Coke for $3 isn't going to be off the charts yummy. However, they were solid. A couple envelopes of the hot sauce made them half a star above solid. Additionally they successfully served their role of a snack to fill me up while I took a break in a restaurant that had the ambiance of a gas station and highway stop. I didn't walk into Jack In the Box expecting a great dining experience. The restaurant could use some improvement on cleanliness. I sat at a bar seat overlooking the Arco because the available booth was dirty. My bar seat also overlooked the Coke Freestyle machine. After recently discovering how delicious the Coke Zero drinks are, I appreciate sipping a Coke Vanilla Zero knowing I am not consuming all these calories and sugar. Jack In the Box is a brand that I have for the most part passed over. Judging by the number of store closings in Henderson and the number of bad ratings corresponding to this location, my avoidance of the Jack in the Box brand is understandable. However, when the Jack in the Box brand offers reasonable deals such as the one that I discussed and a location practically off the trailhead of a hiking trail I was on, I will pass into a Jack in the Box. read more

Most of the time the store get it right for me. However on July 15, 2018 at 8:30 PM I ordered my food and did not receive it. I had to leave there by 8:55 PM and order for me to get to work on time. I waited as patiently as possible as the man in front of me with his family have been waiting for their food over 30 minutes. I know I only lost a few parks because no one was around to give me my refund however I feel way worse for this man probably dishing out more than $60 for food and did not get served.
