I'm so glad to finally have this Irv's burger location opened near me, I have been to the location at Durango and this one is just as good if not better. The food is delicious, I usually get the single roadside burger and an order of their fries, get a side of Irv's sauce with your fries (trust me) The sauce is amazing, I wish I had the recipe to make at home lol. Every visit that I've had so far has been great, the service from the cashiers has been very friendly and helpful, especially Angelina, she always has a smile on her face and helps with any questions I've had. If you're in the neighborhood or at Gvr, you should definitely try a burger with some onion rings or fries, prices are decent, considering they are located in the casino, so prices tend to be a little higher there. read more

I've been eating out long enough to know you can't judge a restaurant off one experience. But I also know when a restaurant has poor management and staff that hasn't been trained properly. I was charging my car at GVR so I decided to eat a quick dinner at their newly improved food hall. Pizza Rock, Capriottis, Panda and Irv's. I had a good experience at the Irv's at Durango, so I stood in line. There was a guy in front of me and several folks waiting for their food. The girl behind the counter looked new and was flustered. What made it worse was the girl in the kitchen was yelling at her and berating her in front of all of us. There was a guy in the kitchen too, and he just looked entertained. I waited for a while thinking that they would get it sorted out, but it just got awkward and uncomfortable. I don't know the backstory, but even if the cashier made a mistake, nobody should treat their employees like that in public. I know Irv's is good and it's growing, but you can't sustain growth if you don't invest in your employees. You can't grow in a city built on hospitality if your employees don't understand how to be hospitable. I hope somebody from Irv's and Stations reads this and addresses the training at this location. read more

I had been looking forward to trying Irv's because I'd heard great things about their burgers. Unfortunately, my first visit was a major disappointment. There were only about six people in line, and the cashier who took my order was friendly and welcoming. He was the highlight of my visit. Once I received my food, I immediately noticed the fries were much darker than I expected. They had an odd aftertaste, and the color made me wonder if the fryer oil needed to be changed. They looked nothing like the fresh, golden fries I've seen in photos and advertisements. My burger was also disappointing. The top bun was dry, cracked, and cold, even though it had been grilled. It gave the impression that it had either been overcooked or sitting out for a while. The burger also came with chopped lettuce instead of the leaf lettuce I'd expected based on their advertising. I asked if I could have lettuce, chili peppers, and the ranch I had already ordered. Instead of simply handing me the items, one of the employees in the back yelled across the restaurant to another employee, "Next time make sure you tell them there's a charge for that, but this time we'll give it to her for free." I politely replied, "I already paid for that. Thank you for checking." I then asked for the chili peppers. Both employees turned away without acknowledging me. Thinking they hadn't heard me, I asked again. They both turned around and snapped, "Yes, they're getting that." At that point, I simply waited for the rest of my order. The burger patty itself was seasoned well, and I did enjoy the Thousand Island dressing. However, what was served as ranch tasted more like a dill ranch, which wasn't what I expected. While there were a couple of things I liked, they couldn't make up for the poor food quality and even worse customer service from the kitchen staff. I came in excited to finally try Irv's, but I left disappointed. Between the cold burger, dry bun, disappointing fries, and the way I was treated over condiments I'd already paid for, this wasn't a good experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and to me that's sad since I am a local income frequently to charge my car! read more

Located inside Green Valley, Ranch Food court. This place is super solid I got a double burger. It was fabulous. The hotdog was like a snap dog delicious fries were good. Onion rings a little better would definitely go back a place to eat a great burger. Also, the people working behind the counter are super helpful and quite accommodating. read more

Well being new you will have some growing pains. Counter and kitchen seemed to be a hot mess. Took quite a bit of time but it is a smash burger so I will give them that. Other than that being a casino location not too bad. French fries are like McDonalds but a bit crisper, loved the burger. Nice crust on the smash burger and a good crust. They had a really long line but it went by quickly and Lani at the register was so helpful with all my questions and recommended me the Roadside single burger add chilis and bacon. It was phenomenal. Went to Irvs for the first time today! Lani served me at the front. He was super knowledgeable, patient and explained the menu so well! He recommended the chili cheese fries (add bacon) and they did not disappoint. I could tell how busy it was and Lani still provided amazing service during the busy rush.
