After waiting over 10 minutes while watching him take second drink orders from other tables, I finally walked over and told him what we wanted since he was already making several margaritas. Eventually, someone brought us chips and salsa, and then the manager came over with another basket of chips and salsa, apparently unaware we had already been served. We explained that we had been sitting there for over 10 minutes without anyone helping us and shared that this was exactly why we had stopped coming. The manager's response was that she had only been there for three months, which unfortunately just reinforced what we've noticed for a long time--constant turnover in both management and staff. As someone who has worked in customer service, this wasn't just about being busy. It's about timing and prioritizing. New guests should be greeted promptly, even if it's just a quick, "I'll be right with you." If the bartender was already making multiple drinks, he could have taken drink orders from everyone, including us, and prepared them together instead of repeatedly going back and forth between the same tables while completely ignoring new customers. We ended up having one margarita and leaving without ordering food. That's now two consecutive visits where we walked out because of poor service. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this place when it first opened. The margaritas are still good, but the food is average, and the consistently poor service has become impossible to overlook. Judging by the number of similar reviews and management responses, it seems there are ongoing internal issues that haven't been resolved. After giving this restaurant multiple chances, we won't be returning. I hope they can turn things around, but based on our experience, I can't recommend spending your time or money here.

However, the staff was busy bustling to set this large table in the middle of the dining room for a group that wouldn't show up for 10 minutes. They literally had their chips, salsa, water etc. 10 minutes before we did and we weren't even there. When we did get a waitress she was perfunctory and less than friendly. When I told her we were there for my wife's birthday her answer was "oh that's nice". Far cry from "we will make the evening special for you". We got our food which was fine but absolutely nothing. Throughout the meal the waitress spent all of her time chatting with the large group in the middle - obviously her friends or whatever because they got five star service while we were simply ignored. If we wanted to get a refill of a glass of water or in my father-in-law's case, some sour cream, had to literally get up and pull her away from her buddy table to get service. In addition, not a happy birthday, dessert nothing. So much for trusting the manager when she said that she was going to comp the meal or even at the minimum do something to celebrate the birthday. If we went to something as mundane as Applebee's my wife would've got a piece of cheesecake lol. Very disappointed in this place. We love the food but the service is just crap.
