Deliciously authentic. Hands-down one of the best maneuvers I've had in a damn long time my mother from Mexicali, Mexico. Everything I bet is going to be delicious that comes out of this restaurant. I am so in love with this place and it's only two minutes from my home. I'm so happy in life. I am pregnant and this is the go to spot. Very quick and just amazing customer service really sweet people here The Menudo came with all the fixings onions lime cilantro and more like it had fresh cucumbers, radishes and salsa, and just everything tastes so freaking fresh! The meat was so delicious and so big the chunks of meats where I had to cut them at home with cutting shears because they were just so big and it's so delicious and so worth it! And the beans are so delicious as well. It's like I'm back at my grandmas house. Thank you for making this pregnant lady so happy and thankful. read more

Went with my wife to the nail salon and saw this spot next door. Looked it up on Yelp real quick and pics looked legit, not just the presentation but the selection. Portions are large and flavors good. Red and green salsas were acidic and I liked both. Asada burrito was very good and healthy size. Meat was tender not tough. And I like that they add rice. Crispy chicken taco and cheese enchilada were good too. Tamale was just ok, at first I liked it but got a mouthful of clove stems which was a turn off. They also wrap them in some sort of leaf, not a corn husk which adds a slightly different flavor. Wife enjoyed the fried fish, she often gets this at Seafood City (Filipino version) and said this one wasn't as crispy since it had some flour or something rather than dropping straight into the oil. I'm just the messenger on this one lol. Anyway would definitely return for burritos and tacos and try some other items like menudo, tortas, rolled tacos... all looked good too. read more

I placed an order to go for a hot bowl of menudo. Ordering was easy peasy and service was quick. There was so much tripe and the broth is super flavorful. Upon entering the restaurant there is a strong cleaning agent smell but I was in and out. I also ordered the pina again fresca and they t was very refreshing. This is super close to home and I plan on coming back to try the street tacos. read more

Always drive past here & decided to stop here for lunch. Tucked away in a plaza...it had a lively TV show on & a couple of booths. I ordered at the counter the asada taco plate with rice & beans. It was sooo good! And I loved their green sauce...so put it all over the tacos. Highly recommend for great tacos!! Will definitely be back. read more

This place is near my niece & we wanted tacos, so gave them a try....so happy we did! Their tacos are fantastic, tasty & lots of meat fillings with an outstanding price nowadays ($2.99 each)! Sabor A Mi, Sabor A Mi / Try it for Taco Tuesday / It's tasty and will save you some green - inspired by Nickelback Sabor A Mi is a Mexican spot in a quiet Henderson plaza that is only really open for breakfast and lunch. They may have slacked on updating their hours the first time I tried to visit, which was in the early evening, but they were definitely open today during traditional peak lunch. I read their Yelp description and expected a Taco Tuesday deal, and I certainly got one. The pricing is a bit odd and higher than posted, with most of the tacos ringing up at $1.62 each. Perhaps paying with cash instead of a card would correct this? That said, it's not worth obsessing over pennies when the cabeza (+$0.51) is so damn delicious. The meat is tender, fatty, and generously portioned. Make sure to use some of the salsa bar items (preferably lime, mild tomatillo salsa, and pickled red onion for me) to complement the three bites of meat, doubled tortillas, and onion and cilantro. Al pastor and carnitas are also great options. The al pastor doesn't have pineapple, but it's seasoned so nicely that you won't miss it. The carnitas was a big portion and wasn't dry. I actually preferred the medium house salsa (the red one) with the carnitas even though it made me sweat. I ended up trying chorizo after being informed that the birria wasn't available. The sausage seemed to be broken pieces of actual sausage with the casing, which was cool. I thought the flavor was a bit intense and kinda pungent though. Fortunately, the radish slices were useful in taming everything. The only disappointment was the carne asada. The protein portion was small, and they didn't carry much flavor on top of being mostly dry and tough. Skip it. Cups for water were available, and with lime being available at the salsa bar, a little fresh lime juice was the perfect touch. This place is counter-service, so don't expect anything fancy. They have a whole section of the menu dedicated to breakfast, including some ubiquitous stews. Overall, Sabor A Mi is a must-try for Taco Tuesday if you're not too far away. The highs were more impactful than the lows, and the pricing is great in 2025. read more

Food tastes like someone's great grandmother saved all the recipes on a PDF and shared it with the whole family. I was surprised how authentic the flavors were for something as simple as a burrito. Should get zero stars. Never seen a business that doesn't care about business before. I have tried to come here during the week on 3 occasions and have been unsuccessful in eating here because service is non existent. I have literally rushed here after work to try it since their hours are so scarce(clearly they don't need to work or need money). The Signs on the door say they close at 5pm. Google says they close at 5pm. Yelp says they close at 5pm. Yet, on multiple occasions I have been here before 5 and they were closed. The first time was a Wednesday and I got here at 3:45, another time at 4 exactly. Today I tried to rush here after work to try this place, got here at 4:30 and the guy unlocking the door to walk inside the door (with a sign posted saying they close at 5:00pm) told me it was closed. It was literally 4:29pm. Every time I have come here, its been before their signs SAY they're closed, but they have ACTUALLY BEEN closed. Despite having not one but 2 signs on the front of their business that say they close at 5, if someone comes before 5, and even before 4... they're closed. They must not care about business, professionalism or making money. I don't know if they can't tell time, don't know how to read a clock, or update a sign, or they're just too lazy to update their hours. Either way if they don't care enough about their business to run it professionally, then its not worth us wasting our time and gas giving a care to support this unprofessional location that is most likely not going to serve you anyway. Why does the front of your restaurant have lights and a lit sign if your drug front closes before dark anyway? Don't waste your time, gas, money or any other resources on this business that doesn't care about business. read more

So I love breakfast, and having grown up in Texas I love TexMex. The Family here took my order of 3 Bacon-egg and cheese tacos with rice and beans and served me up! After asking me few questions! Delicious! I've been back for breakfast 4 times in a week and brought my wife and a good buddy to try them out. I found out this morning they would cook breakfast all day... I've attempted to eat here twice. The first time was on a Sunday. They are supposed to close at 3PM. We showed up at 2:00ish. All of the chairs were on the tables and they looked closed. We found that they were open but we didn't end up eating there because all of the chairs on the tables were a bit awkward. We left and went somewhere else. The second time was a Saturday night. They are supposed to be open until 8PM. We put an order in from their website and headed over to pick up. Got there at 7:19 and the doors were locked! Very frustrating to say the least. read more

Then a chile relleno which comes with beans and rice it was such a home cooked meal taste ! THE BEANS AHHHHMAZING so rare to taste authentic beans like these!
