10.12.2025 I was elated to see there was a Bojangles on my route on this day!! I was greeted and assisted immediately. My food came up a short time later fresh and hot. The only issue was an obnoxious manager w an attitude that kept picking w the young lady who assisted me. She was very rude. I am unsure of why she was so irritated, but it bothered me as my cashier was sweet as pie, and doing a great job running the front counter independently. I would visit this location again if in the area w hopes of a 5 Star experience. read more

Stopped for take home (because there are no bojangles in Pittsburgh yet) on my way home from DC. Food seemed a little pricey costing nearly $50 for an 8 piece chicken and 4 pieces strip. They forgot to include my dipping sauce which I didn't realize until I was over 100 miles away :( Chicken was decent and I'm sure I'll stop again on my way through because we love bojangles. read more

First time trying Bojangles. New building, nice and clean. We'll staffed. They brought my tray out to the table. I tend to get my fried chicken from Popeyes or Royal Farms. This was comparable if not better due to service. Tip: the breakfast menu is all day. read more

I absolutely love this fast food chain! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a 2 piece bone in chicken plate that came with fries, drink, and a biscuit! You need to put honey on everything to get the full experience, absolutely delicious Chicken sandwich is perfectly seasoned and fresh Everytime I come here. They also have a new blueberry cookie that was absolutely incredible. There was a younger girl working here who was so so kind, and filled out sweet teas for us form the back when the front was empty The restaurant itself was clean including the bathroom and it was inan decent location. Love Bojangles steak biscuit with honey mustard. They did not disappoint. So happy I will be able to get this when the mood strikes. Two complaints, the girl at the counter should be told it won't hurt to crack a smile. The coffee is absolutely horrible. We will be back for that biscuit though. read more

For an empty restaurant there are so many workers. Now, aside from that fact, no one is particularly achieving much here LOL. Deep fried everything. Minimal Flavor. Super clean though. I can't believe this area I needed another subpar fast food place. read more

This bojangles is very new, it is very good but also fairly slow. it is very nice and clean, there is a lot of seating, and the service is pretty good. the chicken is very good, and the tea needs improvement. read more

Utter chaos. There were 2x more employees than people in the restaurant at 1:30 on a Saturday. It appeared no one behind the counter was working as they looked dazed and confused what to do. I had to wait 5+minutes for my food and there was an abundance of prepared food sitting in the warmers. Very odd experience. The dining room looked like a bomb went off in it. Not much seating either. Not sure anyone spoke English besides the girl taking orders. Restaurant is newer so I'll give it another go. Food was good tho. read more

Look the chicken is pretty damn good, but man is the service in this place just god awful. I ordered a to go meal from my seat at the movie theater across the street as I figured it might be busy at 4:30 on a Saturday. But when I got there was one car in the drive through and literally nobody in the restaurant at all. There were also about 8 employees. Why in the hell did it take 30 minutes to give me my meal? We were excited to try this new location's breakfast offerings, but came away disappointed. Their credit card machine was not working, but I fortunately had cash. After ordering, I went to fill up my cup with Pepsi, but the drink was coming out a light brown. I told an employee who said, "Yeah, the Pepsi doesn't work." I noticed the machine at the drive-thru station had an out-of-order sign on the Pepsi dispenser and told them that they also needed a sign on the dispenser in the dining area. Of course, we then watched several people attempt to dispense Pepsi, and no sign was put on during our stay. After hearing so much about their wonderful biscuits, we were disappointed that they were no better than other fast-food places - a bit small and definitely not fluffy. While I appreciate that the seasoned fries make an attempt to be different, they were overly salty and not something I would order again. The circular hash browns were too plain and McDonalds would win in a contest. Service was friendly. There seemed to be abundant employees behind the counter (probably to handle the drive-thru customers). The dining area had too much trash on the floor only two hours in. read more

Purchased Bo rounds, chicken biscuit and Bo berry biscuits. I could not eat any of it. Everything was hard as rock as though they had been sitting out all day. I am the type of person that gives many chances. Each time I go to bojangle something is not right. The last time I went there some young kid gave me the bo round box with icing all over it. We didn't know and it got all over my wife's coat. Either something is hard, too salty or cold. I'm done! read more

Waited about 10 minutes for food to be brought out to us. Lid for gravy was not put on correctly and spilled all over everything. They did give me another container of gravy. Then went I got home I was missing green beans. Went back again, waited another 20 minutes for them to make green beans. Finally sat down to eat dinner and then my wife said she could not eat the gravy. She said it was too salty, so I tasted it and I love salt, she was right it was not ediible. horrible service, slow employees & clearly not enough training. the food is decent but the management is TERRIBLE! I overheard a man yelling at one of the woman employees like they were a child! so uncalled for! There's never any napkins in the dinning room, I always have to get up, in between my meal to wait in line as if I'm ordering food again just to ask for napkins. it's terrible. And for ambiance, you really can't enjoy your meal when the location your eating on/In is DIRTY! I think this location would be better if they'd find a new owner!!!!! SIMPLE AS THAT!!! NEVER MEET A OWNER THAT MICRO-MANAGES AND TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASH!!! THIS LOCATION WILL NOT LAST LONG.
