I had also ordered two fries and paid for them, but they never gave me any fries. On my receipt it showed that I clearly paid for them. I called someone on the phone to tell them that they didn't give me any fries even though I paid for it. They told me I would have to come back and pick up the fries, but I wasn't near the place anymore so, I asked if they could credit me back and they said no. Then they told me that they weren't going to credit me back so, I basically just bought fries just for them to leave it there and not put it in the bag. Having the conversation on the phone with the main person was frustrating because of the language barrier. I suggest anyone using this Popeyes to double check their order and not just accept their verbal confirmation. Better yet, KFC is another route to getting fried chicken. This is my fourth visit to this location because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This will be my last visit.

I suggested it may be a problem with the oven as I used to work in a pizza restaurant but the worker said the pizza was fine. At this time we asked for a refund. After putting us on hold he offered us a refund, and when we hung up he said "Next time I suggest you order it well done". Very disappointing pizza and customer service.

The order total was $19. When the delivery arrived, the invoice included $17.99 for the pizza, for a total around $36.00. I called the store and they refused to make it right, claiming I made a mistake, or their app didn't work right. They said they couldn't do anything because the redeeming of points is a "corporate thing". They referred to the email I got, after I placed the order, which showed the charge for the pizza, so that is what they believed. They would not make it right! I refused the order, deleted the app and blocked their emails since MY corporate policy is not to deal with people who don't value my honesty or my patronage. I have been ordering Domino's online for delivery for years. I know what I saw on the app and it amazes me how bad customer service has become. Is this they way you treat your customers? You assume they are liars? Check my account, you will see that I had 70 points and redeemed 60.

Caveat- not the teenagers, but the adults who seem to "be in charge." Some months ago we were waiting on a mile long line, patiently. When we got to the food line there were teenagers and one adult female. My boyfriend and I exchanged some looks bc it just seemed chaotic and as though some folks may not have been helping/sharing the work. The adult woman on the line began helping me, she seemed angered from the day and I didn't think much of it until her insecurity struck and she snapped at me seemingly out of nowhere, "you got something to say!?" I was BEYOND confused. I was just trying to get my food and go, and snapping at a customer? When you literally picked the worst one who is SO patient and understand of the food service industry. She stared me down for the entirety of that trip. Beyond that one of the managers has CHARGED me for sour cream on the side of a burrito. We all know that sour cream is scooped on in an excessive amount, and when it is not it is not evenly distributed. I ALWAYS order it on the side, and not once has a manger argued as to why "being on the side" requires an "additional side" charge. On numerous occasions there are missing items whether it be chicken, steak, or fajita veggies. Timing for replenishing items seems to be HORRIBLE. So while you're paying top dollar for your fast food burrito, also expect to have missing ingredients or not the contents that you want. As if Chipotle hasn't gone down the drain enough in recent years, this location is the POSTER CHILD of awful locations (Damascus isn't much better but at least the employees don't put their bad day out on you).
