Stopped in for lunch on our way to the Delaware beaches. We are from Pittsburgh and are taking our summer vacation. Most all the good was great. I felt the fries were not fresh. Still warm but not crispy at all and just not your normal dine in fries. My grilled sandwich was ok. Chicken seemed small too. Employees were fantastic! Brooklyn took our order and she was great! I stopped in to grab food to go for my husband and I as he waited in the car. The restaurant appeared clean and tidy. There was only one cashier working and although she was super friendly, she was not very fast. I ordered an 8 count nugget meal but realized they gave me a 3 count tender when I got to the car and already pulled off. Additionally, the fries were sooo salty. Salty enough that I didn't even eat them all and that is unheard of for me. Definitely not my favorite chickfila location but I probably won't be in this area again anytime soon. read more

I received great customer service at this location. I came in right after breakfast. I missed the minis but saw them. Isaac made sure that I was able to get what was requested. He was very polite and smiled. The manager was also meeting with each person in the team that morning. It was pleasant to hear her give positive feedback to the young people that work under her and also encourage them to grow in certain areas. read more

The kids working at this location CANNOT get a small order right! Three consecutive visits our orders were incorrect. We've had to return to the restaurant to get what we ordered. So annoying. No management or supervision ever seems to be onsite. Makes me question whether they're practicing safe food handling and refrigeration. AND they start the closing routine at 9:30pm. I stopped off in Mt Airy, MD to have a quick grilled chicken sandwich. I went inside, placed the order, and sat down to wait for my order to be brought to my table. The grilled chicken club was pretty good but the bun was stale! One of the employees was helping to clear food and stopped by to ask me "how was your meal?" I told her "it's difficult to eat because the bun was falling apart because it was old and stale". She replied, "Yeah, I am not sure why those buns are falling apart". I said, "because it was stale". She just kept on going and didn't say another word. Is it too much to ask to have fresh bread? You could feed the birds with it when it gets stale but don't make your customers eat stale bread. read more

I have visited this restaurant twice and each time I ask for fries without salt, I am told they don't allow fries without salt. I have spoken with the manager before and he told me the same thing. I have to tell them I have high blood pressure before I could have fries without salt. I have been to Chick-fil-A and fast food all over the US and this is the only one that won't allow customers to have fries without salt. If I am paying for food and I am allowed to get my meal without pickles or cheese I shld be able to have my fries without salt.
