Do not ever eat here. I am not even trying to be dramatic but the past 12 hours of my life have been hell. The staff is so careless they made us wait extra time for a nuggets to be cooked and didn't properly cook them all the way. I have never experienced more pain throwing up with stomach issues every 30 minutes. This is the worst food poisoning I think you could possibly get. We ordered several items and I asked for two of our chalupas to be chicken and cheese only. We got home and saw there was sour cream inside as well as lettuce. I called the store and spoke with Gabbie who informed me I needed to come back to the store with the items to show her in order to get a refund. I asked her why I needed to spend my gas and time to come and correct their mistake, she replied that she needed to show her employees that they messed up. We stopped here on a Sunday around 12:30 after a softball game. We were with a couple of other people and talking as we went in. Had I noticed how incredibly dirty it was, we would never have ordered. The windows and doors were all filmy, spotted and just dirty. The floors were actually sticky and had food and napkins under a lot of the tables. Luckily we found a clean one after we ordered. I stood there and watched the manager on duty making and serving food with no gloves on. I'm sure the food inspectors would love that!! My daughter ordered plain chicken strips. The cashier did not read our order back, and she wound up getting spicy chicken strips. I took them back up and told them, the manager told me they had rang us up for spicy but what she really wanted was the $5 box. So they changed it out for her but did not refund the difference. The beverage area was very messy and all the straws were damp. It was pretty gross. They were out of lids and the whole area needed cleaned up. At first I thought they might just be short on staff and that's why things were so crazy. But after looking I saw five employees working. I'm not sure if there were more or not, but they could have had one employee check and clean the dining area. On top of everything else, the ladies room was messy and completely out of toilet paper. I would not suggest stopping here. I would recommend traveling around 10-15 more minutes in either direction and just stop at another KFC or Taco Bell. You could always just go somewhere else altogether. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews-especially of fast food places because...well, it's fast food. BUT I am so sad to report that this is the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. We have been here on two different occasions where BOTH times we were asked to pull around to the side of the building for our order (latest order was 4 tacos, burrito, cheesy roll up and macaroni & cheese). We had to wait 10 minutes for an incorrect order, and then another 15 for our actual order. While the employee was very polite and sincere in the long wait and incorrect order, it's an extremely frustrating experience to wait almost 30 minutes for an order. We tried getting our money back and just leaving, but they promised our order would be right out. It's hard to leave a restaurant when you have hungry kids in the back of the car and you keep thinking SURELY the food will be out soon. :( We won't go here again. read more

It wasn't my first choice, but it was fine enough for food to eat while driving. Inside, the soda fountain area needed some tidying but the sauce containers were stocked well enough. I really like this location. Food is always good and the service is usually fast. Today's visit was no different. Restaurant floor, lobby and restroom were clean and neat. Ok, let me say that I have NEVER had a taco bell or KFC mess up my order. We pulled into the drive through and there was 4 of us in the truck. So we pull up and nobody else got taco bell so I said my order myself. We got a 4 Chicken combo, 3 piece tender, 2 cokes, Sierra mist. When I said my order I said 2 doritos locos tacos with meat and lettuce NO CHEESE. And a baja blast. We get to the window got all our stuff from the KFC and my tacos. We had to ask for the baja blast again because the person forgot it. Mind that by the time we ordered the whole drive through in front of us had already pulled through. We stop to eat. Everyone except me got what they ordered except for me. I said no cheese and got my doritos tacos with no lettuce and it was full of cheese. This place should not be called fast food. It took me 5 minutes with only one car in front of me to even order my food then when I got to the speaker they told me to wait. I waited another 2-5 minutes then I pulled up behind the car that was in front of me and they were still waiting to get their food! They finally get it and it's not even everything they ordered!!! We pulled in to the drive thru at 10:59 PM and I really hate being that person that visits an establishment right before close. We didn't get their names but two ladies were closing and they were so friendly and quick and still took our order despite us getting there at close. The location in Damascus is under construction, so on rare occasion I will stop by this location to get my fix. The drive they service is an abomination. For a "fast food" place, they take forever! Still can't understand why this is the only fast food restaurant in the region that can not hire and retain enough staff. The wait times here have been horrible for years, every local knows this. Problem is in a small town there are not a lot of other options and I happen to like Taco Bell and KFC food.
