My wife and have frequented this Qdoba since it opened. Today we intended to eat in but got our food to go because it was 85 degrees in the restaurant! Two other couples came in behind us and turned on the spot. I asked one of the employees if the A/C was broken and they shrugged their shoulders. I understand cooking equipment and a grill will make it harder to cool but I am surprised Frodo didnt pop in the throw away a ring! We will be going to Owings Mills instead. Do better! read more

Fast food costs a star and being a chain costs a star. That said, Qdoba earns the maximum possible rating from me for eateries of this ilk. I tried the Impossible plant-based "meat" and it works as an equally tasty substitute for less healthy ground beef. Now my burrito was plagued with the classic challenges it always has (a strong tendency to fall apart) but this I expected. The Impossible "meat" was a pleasant surprise, as was thew very personable staff. read more

I came in on 26 Dec 2021. I normally love Qdoba, but after entering this evening, the servers friends entered after me. At that point the mistakes began. My daughter's kids quesadilla was forgotten in the grill (it didn't look burnt when I looked at it but when I got home it clearly was). My burrito was ripped when rolling it, which normally isn't an issue, but the kid, while talking to his friends, threw half the food away when he ditched the old tortilla and replaced it. When I got home I realize how bad and skimpy it was. When I went to email the company, they apparently have that option turned off (screenshot attached). Overall, I was very unhappy. read more

Horrible!!! This was my second time visiting this location and wasn't please!! I try to give them the benefit of doubt but still the same! I should've just spent my money elsewhere! First time around lunch time line was dirty, ingredients wasn't fresh or STIRRED! Everything looked dry!! Second visit everything was stocked up but Yet not fresh appealing meats or cheese!! I've once worked in fast food and we constantly stirred to insure appearance and freshness! It's like they don't care!! It wasn't busy so why aren't things FRESH!! I downloaded the app to received my free nachos and cheese but I had to tell the worker to stir the cheese. He FINALLY CAUGHT on and brought out a FRESH PAN OF CHEESE!! The best thing I had!! Kudos to the work we took the initiative to pleasing a customer!! But do better!!!!! read more

Unfortunately this location needs to be visited by the county and state of MD -Dept of Health. Their was an unexpected incident which occurred due to the negligence of this rest. At no time, did the management offer any type of apology nor provide an accident report. After numerous attempts of calling the rest and corporate other measures had to be taken. I plan on calling the Health Dept as their is cross contamination on all accounts. The shift leader used the same glove to close the tortilla flatting machine to service the food. He then proceed in using the same glove to close the dish and then proceeded in grabbing extra tortilla chips. Folks this was after touching the food. This location needs retraining and reeducation on safety measures . I will be looking into other avenues , mayor office, local news station etc . read more

Looking for a quick burrito, and the place definitely was able to deliver. However, honestly, the place was a mess, it looked so messy and the two young ladies working did not seem in any hurry to clean up a little...a no one was even in there! Customer service was awesome, that'a the only reason I am giving some stars, but other than that, no. The drink machine was disgusting, the food was so so and the tortilla chips were disgusting. They tasted like grease and smelled like grease. We have been coming here for many years and this was our last trip here. My mother in law always told me to look at the windows before you eat somewhere. If the windows are dirty you can bet the kitchen is dirty and their windows are dirty. I will take her advice from now on. read more

There's barely anyone here and every single person moved soooo slowly. The burritos looked to be wrapped by toes. None of the ingredients were fresh. The only reason we didn't walk out is because my husband is way too nice and would have been embarrassed to do so. The management has been changed and what a difference. The tables are cleaner (not perfect), the bathroom is not unbearable, and the soda machines has been working every time I have went in to eat. While there are opportunities for improvement, the management has made great strides to change the original problems. read more

I don't think I've ever had a negative experience at this place. Now this Thursday we ordered curbside for the first time since COVID-19 hit. I let my daughter place the online order and unknown to me (should've known better). My child entered in the comments field to make hers "epic" sure enough hers had written on the top of her container " It's epic!" She was quite tickled about it. I wanted to celebrate Tuesday with tacos, so I stopped here for an easy dinner solution. I ordered three of their specialty tacos and was completely underwhelmed. My tacos were soggy and easily fell apart as I ate them. The meat was tough and contain grizzle that was inedible. I am doubtful I will return. Almost nothing about our order was right. My burrito bowl didn't even have chicken in it! The ingredients that were added were barely there- mostly rice. And my husband's nachos were mostly black beans (and he ordered pinto). There was no salsa! No queso! No pickled jalapenos! It was gross! The WORST visit to a Qdoba. I ordered online for store pick-up. I don't think I'll ever do that again. It looks like if I end up going back ever I'll need to order in person to make sure things are right. Since there is not a Chipolte near Eldersburg, we gave Qdoba a try. I had the beef burrito bowl. It was not very good. The beef and rice were over cooked and the sauce recommended by one of their staff was just gross. read more

If I could have given 10 stars, I would have! We ordered Qdoba catering from the Eldersburg location for a corporate picnic for 200 people. The order process was extremely easy, the food was delivered on time, set up quickly and went very smoothly. The entire crowd raved about how good the food was and everyone went back for seconds (or thirds). JP was my contact at the restaurant and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Whether you need food for a large crowd or just for a few people, I would highly recommend this Qdoba location. You won't be disappointed! read more

This is your run-of-the-mill Qdoba. I will say that they have some nice veggie options here (like the soup, which is really good). But make sure when ordering a burrito they don't over stuff it with rice...it makes this ginormous burrito hard to eat as leftovers and really skimps you on other yummies. I'm awful with names, but the one manager here knows my order basically. Literally, I walk in, and he starts scooping queso for my chips and queso I inevitably order, and prepares the chicken tacos with just queso for my wife. It's awesome. They are as quick as they can be in making the food. I think there was one time they added beans or something I didn't want, and immediately tossed it, and made a new meal just that quick, no questions asked. The staff is easy to talk to, and seem to enjoy their jobs and environment. The parking can be rough sometimes, but normally it's fine, unless there is a promotion of half off meals or something lol. read more

I recently ordered catering from this Qdoba location for a bridal shower with a taco/nacho bar theme and they were AMAZING and worked with my budget so it was affordable!! From beginning to end they made sure that everything I needed was completed perfectly and just the way I needed it. Sorry to say this was the dirtiest looking restaurant I have been in and stayed. That was my mistake. The people seemed friendly enough but sorry to say once I realized how dirty the place was today 05-08-2022 I should have left without ordering. The area where they make the burrito bowls was seriously messy. I mean like wherever food was dropped when making an order stayed that way. They were not busy at all so it could have easily been tidied up between customers and not many people passed through. I ordered anyway but once I got to the register to pay I had a view of the walkway to the kitchen area. The floors looked filthy as though they hadn't been swept in a long time or mopped anytime in the recent past. I paid for my food and when looking for a table. There was only one young family eating in but out of all the tables there seemed to only be one semi clean on available that was somewhat suitable for use. Once we sat down I was beginning to smell something which made me look around to figure out the bad smell. Turns out it was the bag of chips. It smelled like they were cooked in rancid old oil. Then I focused on the floor in the dinning area and it too looked like a broom or mop had not been used in a long time. At 12:30pm on a Sunday this was far more dirt and food crumbs to have been from this day alone. Truly it looked like weeks worth of crud in all corners and under tables. I ended up not eating much of my meal as it really did not taste well but most of all the dirtiness of the place made my wife and I loose our appetite. I sure hope this is not the standard for Qdoba, but since it is not a place I regularly go I can't say. This location I will never return to. Wish I could have given a positive review. read more

Ordered qdoba online for my ladies night in. Got most of the order right, but ruined my night with mine. I ordered a taco salad with 4 simple toppings. I had steak as my meat, and they completely forgot it! He steak salad just turned into a regular salad, I was heartbroken. Also, they threw two random burritos in our bag that nobody ordered. We eat here pretty regularly and there are good days and bad days. Most of the time they are good. Burritos and bowls are always tasty, some days they are chincy on the meat. Salads are good as well. My biggest issue is with their huge price increase about 6 mos ago while claiming all the "extras" were now free. We used to eat here 3-4x a month, now down to maybe 1x due to prices. When Chipotle opens in Sep, it will prob be none unfortunately. read more

So I've been to several other Qdoba's, and have liked them all, particularly the ones in Timonium and Ellicott City. I think it is better than Chipotle, primarily because of the queso, everything else is basically the same. The problem this place has isn't so much the food, but it really depends on what employees are working when you walk in. Some will question why you want what you want, others are just poor at taking and making your order, which is sad because it's not difficult. Keep your fingers crossed that they don't rip the/you burrito. I'll chalk it up to being hard to find competent workers. I support hiring local youths, but if they can't make a burrito or respect the customer properly, then they should go. Sorry if I offended anyone. The parking is terrible for the store, and never go there on student night. They also have issues with restocking the line with fresh food. read more

Glad to have one of these places in town, wish it was a Chipotle though. My only complaint about Qdoba is that they over-steam the burrito tortilla so that it gets too soggy and sticks to your teeth. Otherwise it's basically a Chipotle clone. The Eldersburg one is a good Qdoba. It's big with plenty of seating, clean, fast, has TVs, and is never really that busy. read more

Very good alternative to Chipotle, since there is none in the area. A little blander than Chipotle, but I've never disliked the food. Add a little Chipotle hot sauce and you're good to go! read more
