The workers were laughing and talking in the back I believe they there phones while we were waiting for our food. They called my friend's name with attitude. The food was really good we got the nachos but ate it before I could take a picture. When we were walking up to the place it looked really modern and clean on the outside but on the inside it looked straight out of the 80's and there was a bit of dirt and whatnot on the floor but overall it looked kinda nice inside it was just unexpected based on the outside. read more

I've lived near and eaten ocassionally at this TB for 20 years and am to the point I've realized it's just getting worse all the time. Must be almost rock bottom now. Even as recently as a few years ago, this location had really friendly, conscientious employees. They kept the place clean and even walked around asking if everything was OK. Those days are long gone! Look, I don't have high expectations because it is fast food but this location needs some serious help. Inside orders now take 10-20 minutes (based on my last 3 visits). You better use a self-ordering kiosk because unless you are at the drive-through, that's your best bet of getting an order placed. The drive-through definitely gets the best service. Restroom is disgusting - toilet paper on the floor, dirty sink, cold water, dirty door, urine on toilet seat. This is utterly unacceptable at any restaurant, even fast food. Dining room is cold. You have a 50/50 chance of your food order being 1) correct, and 2) warm. I see reviews where some people think it's the best place to eat. Buy a lottery ticket because I can't believe how lucky someone must have to be to get excellent service and food here on every visit. I don't know how this place stays open any more. read more

Just got home from being refused service at taco bell. I recently downloaded their app, added a credit card, because I see the commercial that says you get a free chalupa box for signing up and ordering through the app. Well I did that, and when I got there, the very rude young lady working the register told me she didn't receive the online order. Ok, this can happen sometimes, so I showed her my phone where it shows my order and that it was received and ready for pick up. She said I could not get the food unless I requested a refund and reordered through the app. I explained that it was a free gift order, but several times she just kept saying I need to request a refund or she can't make the food. I asked how to request a refund, she said call corporate. Am I really going to stand there at that moment and call corporate customer service to try to get refunded $0, and then reorder through an app which clearly did not work the first time? No. Well she continuously shrugged her shoulders and said they will not make the food. This sort of thing has happened at other fast food places, and they are usually apologetic and look at my order and give me whatever I ordered. Not this time. She just outright refuses to even try to help. Question is...where are you even qualified to work once you get fired from taco bell? Which, let's face it, is inevitable with her attitude. read more

So had a very rude experience here at Taco Bell in eldersburg tonight. I was actually working, I'm a pizza delivery driver, and I had a delivery for one of the Taco Bell employees right around 11. Anyways I pull up, get the pizza bag out of my car, walk to the front door, and the manager sees me coming and she quickly runs to the door and locks it. I'm standing there knocking carrying a pizza bag and in full uniform and she doesn't even glance up and shoos me away like a cat. Irritated I keep knocking and she just puts her headphones in and walks away. No eye contact or anything. All she had to do was make eye contact and this whole thing could have been avoided. Didn't even tell me carryout was close. Just shoo'ed me away like an annoying stray cat. Granted I wasn't a customer in this situation, I was actually trying to serve them! But that's beside the point bc she didn't even look. If this is how they treat their late night customers then shame on them. It's one thing to lock the door but this entire situation was handled very unprofessionally. At the very least should have got a response like the inside is closed, drive thru only right now. Luckily I finally waved a different employee down and got the customer his food. I don't know how this lady ever became a manager but seriously this is a horrible way to treat your customers. read more

This is easily the worst restaurant I've been to in 10+ years. The restaurant was dirty. As in disgusting. Every table had food and/or a film of oil or something smeared on it. They got the order for the customer in front us wrong (she had to come back to the counter four times for missing/incorrect items). They also got our order wrong. They also got at least two of the orders after us wrong, which I noticed as we sat there trying to eat without touching anything but the food. Speaking of which, the food was disgusting. The cheese in the roll-ups was not melted (even the "fresh" one they originally left off our order and took 10 minutes to put together), and the tortilla for the Mexican pizza seemed to have been soaked in cold, dirty oil or grease. The tortilla-wrapped taco thing I received instead of my hard taco supreme (but didn't feel like waiting at the counter again for another 10 minutes to get replaced) also tasted like cold, dirty oil. One of the staff members was fairly polite; I can't speak for the others, as they were too busy arguing with each other about a number of things, most of which had nothing to do with their "jobs." Unbelievable. Stay away from this place. read more

I see a lot of bad reviews from a year ago, but honestly I've lived here and gone to this Taco Bell for years. Never had an issue. Food is delicious, pricing is as expected, never got my order wrong. Don't like the drinks they have because I'm not a Pepsi or Mountain Dew person, but that isn't really their fault. Service has never been bad, in my experiences. Only once did my friend order some food, and a guy walked up and took my friends order once they announced it and left quickly, and it wasn't really the employees fault. The guy totally ran off with my friends order, but they made it again for her and handled it well. Couldn't ask for a better Taco Bell. read more

My friends and I went to this Taco Bell at 11 at night. we placed our order and once we got to the window, the manager at the window refused to offer us service because we were laughing at an inside joke our friend made in the backseat of the car. This TBell location was clean yet deserted during lunch (maybe that's why it was so clean?) The service was prompt and cordial. Now onto the food: The food, even though it's fast food, was subpar. I got two chalupas, one steak and one chicken. The outside of the chicken chalupa was cold, hard, and difficult to chew. I understand it's supposed to be chewy but at least microwave it or something before you give it to me. I'm not looking for high quality food when I visit these types of establishments but there is still a bar to maintain. My friends and I stopped by around 11:30 tonight, we had ordered our food, and drove up to the window, we were greeted by a lady who seemed sweet, my friend in the back seat had made a snarky comment which was directed towards her, she then slammed the drive thru window and ran to the back, about 30 seconds later we were greeted by a manager named Brayden who said "I'm not serving you, get the f*ck out of the drive thru" and my friend in the driver seat said "can I at least get my money back", only then did the manager say "yeah sure but leave now" which my friend never got his money back. My friends and I then switched drivers and went back through, only then did we get our food. 9:15 AM Sunday morning, I went to the drive through of the E-burg TB, ordering 2 AM Crunchwraps. Was told that there would be a 4 minute wait as they had no eggs ready. No eggs ready? Really? OK, I have 5 minutes to spare... At 9:25, I go into the store to see what is going on. The very pleasant cashier explained that they also did not have any hashbrowns ready, so that caused a longer wait. At this point, there was one lady in front of me at the counter and at least 3 other cars that went through the drive-in as well; I'm guessing that had to wait for eggs too.I had an appointment to get to which I was know late for because "fast food" was not too fast. When I asked said cashier as to why they didn't have eggs or hashbrowns ready at 9:15AM on a Sunday, he told me: "Well, we're getting close to lunch..." (which starts at 11:00AM) "And our manager doesn't want us to make stuff and have to through it away..." "Breakfast Revolution"??? Please. This has been the third time I've had problems with getting AM Crunchwraps, and likely, the last. OK, I could understand if this was 10:45 on a Tuesday. But this was 9:15. AM. SUNDAY. People get breakfast at this time, typically. And, by the three other vehicles waiting behind me, I don't know how much "waste" they would have had. I hope that the local/regional manager sees this. Not to get anyone in trouble, but to maybe change their Sunday breakfast philosophy or something. 9:15 and no eggs or hashbrowns? On a Sunday? Come on. Terrible service for over 7 years now. I order two chicken quesadilla with extra creamy chipotle sauce. Guess what. I get all the way home and there's NO SAUCE at all. lol maybe I would of been better off not asking for extra. Ended up only having tiny pieces of chicken and all cheese and bread!!!
