There are over a dozen interesting hotdog combinations, all named for notable gangster figures. My dining companion ordered the G- Man, which included Chorizo (cowboy) dip, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, and Fritos. Even a week later, my dining companion would like another one!!! I wanted to try the chili on a dog but can you believe it even at 11:45 they were already sold out of chili! I kept it plain and ordered the OG with red onion and ordered a side of macaroni and cheese. Normally, I don't like macaroni and cheese with liquid cheese sauce, but this was the first time I've had a cheese sauce that was thick enough that it didn't fall off the individual macaroni pieces. It was totally delicious and I will absolutely or the macaroni and cheese again! There are a few small tables outside Dirty Gangster Dogs. But the owner invited us to sit at one of the dining tables in the Main Street Bistro adjacent to Dirty Gangster Dogs. They recently opened a second location in Historic Ellicott City. We will visit Dirty Gangster Dogs again!

Veggie and turkey dogs are available. We got the kingpin. The flavors were fantastic. Husband and I both rated it a 4 star because we want the hotdog grilled or something a little extra. It's still August, so we're in snow cone season as far as I'm concerned, weather reports be damned!…read moreSo, head to Howard County and stop by Alex's Snow Cones for all your frozen sweet treat needs. I got a Medium Snow Cone with Egg Custard and Mango Syrup, my partner got a Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Banana, and we grabbed an orange and marshmallow-topping snow cone for family at home. The old-timey stand has walk-up ordering next to an outdoor furniture seller, so we relaxed on some oversized Adirondack chairs while we waited for our order. I appreciated that the snow cone came in a plastic cup that made passenger-seat eating easy cleanup. Of course, this is a snow cone, not the Baltimore classic snow ball. A great, quick stop just off I-70 for when you need that taste of summer!

What was my first visit like? Perfect. It's just a good burger place man. The ingredients are fresh and food are made to order, and anybody thats had five guys before know what it should taste like. This location meets those expectations. Now we could debate who has the best fast casual burgers, but five guys is certainly in my opinion, among the top choices. Now just know inflation is A thing, and also you're paying for quality. My order of little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, and drink came out to $18 and change, but I rather have this than your average run of the mill fast food burger franchises littered all over route 40. I don't care how many coupons they throw at you. There's plenty of people behind the counter preparing your food, it's clean, and there's plenty of seats. This location also has milkshakes. When we try to address the situation, the order taker and another "employee" decided to udder derogatory comments to myself and my party. Restaurant was clean, simple. She did apologize and offered gift cards to counteract our dissatisfaction, but the employee manning the fries station continues to utter derogatory remarks. I tried to address it in front of the general manager, but the employee just rolled their eyes with a "Whatever.." stance. It is sad for a company with such good reputation as FIVE GUYS have employees who operate under sub-par standards. I do hope the manager does address the issue and not "brush it under the rug"
