I received the wrong items in my carry out order so had to drive back to the restaurant to get a corrected order and was treated so rudely by the "hospitality" director Hailey. The rude treatment from the staff (who were just standing around at a super slow time), lack of apology for their mistake and overall bad experience for over-priced fast food chicken really left a bad taste in my mouth. $38 for 3 basic meals - complete with cold fries, gristly chicken bits and watered down soda was not a good value. Haven't been to chick fil a in a while, especially for their breakfast. Decided to treat our children for a Saturday morning treat. This wasn't a treat at all. Got to Chick-fil-A for breakfast shortly before 8. I know it's somewhat early, but the drive through service was so dry. Fine, no big deal. I ordered several items, 2 breakfast burritos, a breakfast bowl and 2 plain biscuits, hash browns and orange juice. I was super excited about the biscuits, because every experience I've had with Chick-fil-A biscuits was great. Unfortunately, not today. The biscuits were cold and HARD! The hash browns were cold and soggy in the breakfast bowl and the chicken was just pitiful! This will be my last time getting breakfast from this location again. The first time, I was willing to let it slide and just chalk it popular with the kiddos, so when they request it, I'll usually pick something for myself - but no longer. So far I have I have contracted food poisoning here twice in 2021. Both times, it was from the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. The first time, I was willing to let it slide and just chalk it up to bad luck. The second time, I was pretty upset. The following day, when taking my daughter to Gymnastics, I also learned that one of her team-mates was also out due to Food Poisoning from... guess where. This is one of the slowest chick fil a restaurants I've ever visited. Also, if you come around 12 and wanted to eat inside... just take your food to go. Carroll County has bad planning and this shopping center parking lot is typical Carroll County. Yes this is a free standing building but it's in a parking lot so maneuvering to get your food is sometimes tough. Food is always on point. It doesn't matter what you order here. Their food is laced with crack and yes we always come back for more. Everyone is very friendly and it's their pleasure to serve you. I like that in this non consumer friendly world. You can always find me in my car at curbside PickUp waiting for them to bring the food out. Yes that's they magic that happens when you use the app. Plus you get free treats when you use the app. So enjoy this Chick fil A spot since it's friendly and delicious. Chic fil a, pretty much everything is good and hot when you get it. The only drawback are the lines are long to get some of this good food. This one has a very odd drivethru kinda, because the lines are so long it actually starts back in the parking lot area then you have to merge/stay in line with parking lot traffic then you actually get into the curbed drive thru area. Manager seemed annoyed I called asking about my order. 7 cars who got there after me got their food within 5 mins flat. Yuk Yuk Yuk. I used to eat a lot of ChikFila over the years. As a pharma rep I would buy large trays a couple of times a week for offices. I very much noticed the slow decline in quality. Smaller nuggets, saltier, often slightly under-cooked. Last time I ate this stuff was a couple of mos. ago, and again the decline continued. Last night my wife and I were traveling out of Westminster. We had a long drive ahead and grabbed some food at the drive through. If we weren't already on the road I would have thrown this food back through their window. I had nuggets, my wife had the strips. fries, lemonade. Everything was awful. Chicken was cold, soggy, salty and under cooked, old oil. Fries fit the same description. Even the lemonade that I used to love tasted like artificial lemon crap. After a couple of bites we took the bulk of this crap and shoved it in a gas station trash can (and we were starving). NEVER AGAIN. Prices on everything are going up sharply. It's really a shame when a company takes those increases and also greatly cheapens up the food. Double Whammy. I Put in a mobile order for lunch for my family and I checked the bags before the girl walked away to make sure my order was correct. Everything was correct except for the FRIES! Every time we order fries they are either always half filled and soggy or half filled and overdone. I asked the girl who brought the food out to ask whoever is preparing or bagging the food to fill the fries because they were not filled all the way and I was told that they threw some more fries in the bag and that because of the new container they aren't going to look as full.
