The mix of red onions and green onions really made the dish and added just the right balance. The Kill Bill salad was fantastic. Two whole chicken breasts, fried crispy and golden, sitting on a fresh, well-balanced salad. The chicken was juicy on the inside with a great crunch. definitely not an afterthought "salad chicken." The BBQ chicken egg rolls were another standout. Crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside, and paired with a delicious sauce that complemented them perfectly. Let's start with the egg rolls -- these were filled with BBQ chicken and done just right. Not too hard, not too soft... perfect texture and flavor. Big fan. The shrimp were good overall. I personally would've liked a little more seasoning, but once I paired them with the sauce, it all came together nicely. Now the sides? The mac & cheese was very good, and the collard greens were on point -- and most importantly, not overloaded with stems (huge win for me ). They do have indoor seating, but I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going with a group. Parking is available right in front, but it looked a little limited, so that's something to keep in mind. The customer service was solid, and the music playing in the background gave the place a great vibe.
