Apparently he forgot to do something and instead of dealing with it quietly or through the manager, he chose to yell at him across the busy lobby! And then after he went back and corrected his oversight he came out front and yelled again criticizing him for his choice in break time! Completely unprofessional and the manager (or who i presume is the manager) just stood there and allowed this behavior! Completely unprofessional! And I am not sure if food service has changed since I was younger, but not a hair net in sight!
