Super slow service, have been in during rush hour and only on person working the line, and two people working the register. DO WE RLLY NEED TWO PEOPLE TO PUSH THE BUTTONS CHICKEN AND BOWL?! NO! Went in today super slow, out of peppers onion, chicken, steak, rice. Now I have this pathetic looking slop bowl. Dude working the salsa/cheese/guac section couldn't remember if he put guac on the bowl he just made/if I got a side of sour cream/I wanted to wait for the fresh peppers and onions. Whateva. I'm not one to usually rate my experience, either good or bad but this was worth calling out. The food as always was on point. That wasn't the issue. The dining area was just plain messy. Every single table looked like the ones in the pics. I had to clean my own table just to sit down. The floors and the chairs had food all over them and the trash cans were over flowing. Didn't look like anyone was in charge to assign cleaning duties. It was not particularly busy at the time I was there. Chipotle, you have great food, but the dining experience at this restaurant needs to be better. Too many other options in town. read more

I ordered Honey Chicken on a Salad and got literally 3 very small pieces of chicken! They had no dressing! They slopped the food into the container and the bottom of the bag was soaking wet. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and was very disappointed. The steak was overcooked to the point of being tough, dry, and unpleasant to eat--it honestly tasted burnt and was hard to chew. The meat pieces were small, dry chunks instead of flavorful, tender steak. For the price Chipotle charges, I expected much better quality. The rice, beans, and cheese were fine, but the protein is supposed to be the star of the meal, and this ruined the entire bowl. Really unsatisfying and not worth it. read more

I've ordered from this Chipotle many times. Every time I say I'm not going to do it again and I do. I consider driving to another one that's 30+ minutes away, this one is so bad. Orders incorrect or poor quality, super skimpy food. See pictures of a $13 "salad", dressing missing. Half an avocado in the guacamole, and a mostly bean burrito. The chips have no salt on them. So for a $65 order, the only thing not disappointing was a queso and medium salsa cup. Do yourself a favor and go to the Mexican restaurants close by. Recommend Cinco de Mayo! read more

Walking in, I was greeted by overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, and the distinct vibe of a place that gave up long ago. But hey, I was hungry, so I powered through--only to find out they were out of chicken. At Chipotle. That's like a coffee shop running out of coffee. After assembling what could barely be called a burrito bowl, I reached the register, where I was charged a small fortune for my sad, protein-deprived meal. If I could give zero stars for this Chipotle, I would. We ordered online and mine was bland, missing the tomato salsa, had about 10 pieces of chicken, extra black beans I did not request and the rice was hard. My husband's bowl had less chicken than my bowl and his rice was hard too. And my son's bowl had a huge scoop of sour cream mixed in, which made it pretty much inedible. The good is I have seen it extremely busy there but the people and the place were absolutely great *Now for the BAD so we went there today 2/8/25 around 3:00 pm and the service sucked. They all looked like they had attitude. Then when I went over to get the napkins a the fork and get your soda, that was a complete disaster area. There was no napkins, an that area had trash all over it. I have never seen it this bad and it wasn't really all that busy. I've seen it worse but it never look like it did today. I'm really disgusted with the restaurant i've even walked up there to ask for napkins. They would look at me and ignore me. They would keep on filling people's orders, even if he had just a couple seconds to ask me if he could help me or if she could help me now, they didn't do that. I even had people behind me. I got sick and tired of waiting and walked, and then I sat down ate my meal and went to throw the trash away, and there was trash can was so full. You couldn't put the trash in there and there was another couple in there that shook their head and said can you believe this and I said no I've been here plenty of times and I have never seen it like this and they said us too. To preface, I usually have no issues with this location. But tonight was a different story. The first thing was that when I got there at about nine, two hours before closing, they were out of guacamole, shredded cheese, and the fajita vegetables. The person working blamed the earlier shift, but I don't see how they can't open another package of cheese and guacamole. I don't think I've ever left a review before. The service at this chipotle is absolutely terrible time and time again, the worst part is, the staff, and even managers, couldn't give less of a sh*t about it! Multiple times they are out of stuff, don't attend to customers promptly, are rude, have no comprehension of manners or timeliness. I'm going to start driving somewhere that is 30 minutes away instead of 3 minutes solely because of how terrible it is. This is actually the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I placed a order through the Chipotle App with an expected pick up time of 4:50pm, upon arrival my food was not present, which is understandable. After five minutes of waiting I tried to ask a staff member about my order and was ignored multiple times. After waiting fifteen minutes past the confirmed pick up time a team member brought out my food and had stated that it was freshly made. When I got in the car and opened my burrito.. it was basically a tortilla with everything thrown on top and not wrapped together, and genuinely cold. I do not recommend this place even if it was the last standing restaurant.. the service and food were beyond underwhelming. read more

This Chipotle, although relatively clean, always seems to let me down when it comes to food. There is a 50/50 chance at best for guacamole, the white rice I had tonight was just giant clumps of cooked rice that were stuck together like rocks and couldn't be separated. About a year holding off writing this review in hopes things would get better. This place is just horrible. Bowls that look like you scooped it from a garbage can, exploded burritos and salads with no dressing for a whole year. Complaint after complaint, messed up order after messed up order. Switched up order to simple stuff, still messed up. Just plain careless garbage from this location. There is another further down the road, pick that one. I'll wait longer for food, but at least I'll be able to eat it when I get it. read more
