Our first stop at this outback and I have to say that Nicholas our server was excellent. The food portions were huge ( salads and blooming onion). For two of us our dinner was only$56 off of the three course meal menu. We were so full we skipped the desserts. Our steaks were seared and cooked perfectly. Normally this Outback is great. Today however not so much. Went to eat dinner. Got seated right away but waited for over 20 mins before we left. All of the tables around us had service. 2 different waiters passed our table to go help other tables. We decided to leave after the table in front of us was seated and a server greeted them and took their drink order pretty much immediately after they sat down. We had a birthday party of 22 people. Our service team headed by Jenna S was on top! They did a really great job, especially since we have some special people in our crew. 21st birthday for son. We want to thank you for making it special and dealing with our needs. Our food was hot and delicious from the Toowoomba salmon, the bone in ribeye, coconut shrimp, and of course the Bloomin onion crispy and hot, love the sauce. My husband and I came to location for a date night. The meal we had was pretty good until we got dessert that consisted of frozen cheesecake that had a piece of wood in it. 80 dollars for not taste fatty steak dinner. I ordered the ribeye and it came with 1/3 fat - had a pile of fat on plate that was just crazy. Salad had brown wilted leaves. Went to try the place out last night. Small and cozy atmosphere... Hostess was awesome. Waitress was Meh. Food was not good... Wings tasted burnt and were dry. Blooming onion was good. Meatloaf was burnt and was like 2 chopped patties with a yummy peppercorn sauce... wife had blooming chicken and by the end the sauce was just too overwhelming... Went to lunch at this particular Outback for the first time today. The intention was to have light lunch, but soon changed our mind to steaks and shrimp after looking at the menu. Placed an order the other week. Two filet dinners. One was 6ish one was 8. Neither were cooked as ordered and were labeled incorrectly. Sent a review to the store and all I got was sorry it wasn't right, we will try better for your next visit. Left an email on my voicemail. Messaged back to his voice mail of what they could do to make it better. No reply. I shouldn't have to say what a manager needs to do, should have offered some money back for my almost $90 dinner with tip. Very disappointed, won't go back again. The design of this restaurant is bad. The waiting area is very small and the overflow of diners waiting for their table was making our dining experience not as good. The food was ok, except the mashed potatoes were cold and the bread provided was stale. You can't complain about the bread too much since we were not charged for bread. read more

Ordered take out, 3 tough steaks 1 dry steak, loaded mashed potato was an absolute joke (pictures). The salad is big which is cool but the dressing is 10x worse then Texas Roadhouse. Don't recommend takeout, very lackluster effort. Will be sticking with Texas Roadhouse read more

Three times now The first time wasn't great, the second time was better, but this time is my last time. I had the ribeye steak on bone it was overcooked and there was more fat than there was meat. My water glass was empty for five minutes then when I finally got water, it was only after a table. They got there after me and finished before me was given water and the water tasted horrible. Have to say, going in, honestly with no expectations, we were rather disappointed. Friday in the middle of lunch - was not very crowded, however service was oddly slow, even with a seemingly over-abundance of wait staff. Appetizer came out fast, because everybody gets a blooming onion, right? So, that was good. However, the food wasn't so great. Burger was mushy with tasteless meat. My mixed vegetables had zero flavor or seasonings. The biggest issue was waiting to pay. Our server seemed to disappear. Anyway, bland food and bland service. Westminster Outback Steakhouse - we visited mid-July, about a week after this location opened. Did the call-ahead seating and didn't wait too long. Our server was JAKE (not from State Farm!). He was a great server, attentive and warm and friendly. When he told us Outback was his very first server job, I joked "well, we're needy so get ready to run around!". A joke, of course. I like the new updated Outback decor, away from the heavy wood theme of the original restaurants. It feels more trendy and open. Food was good, as it is from most Outback locations. We'll def return because the Hunt Valley location is a drive and Owings Mills location is ... well, forget that place! read more

My husband and I went yesterday afternoon (Sat, 08/24/2024) around 2:30 pm to the recently opened Westminster, Maryland Outback Steakhouse. Did call ahead seating and the hostess who answered the phone was very nice and even asked if we wanted a table or a booth, which was a nice touch and unexpected. We arrived and didn't have to wait and were taken to a booth, which is what we had requested. Nick was our waiter and he was awesome! Very attentive but not overbearing. We ordered the bloomin' onion for an appetizer, which did not disappoint, center cut sirloin with mashed potatoes and asparagus for my husband and I got the sirloin and coconut shrimp with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Everything came promptly and very hot, which we loved! The steak, which we ordered medium well, was cooked perfectly. The food was nicely presented and very delicious. For dessert, coffee for us both, which came hot and strong (how we like it), carrot cake for my husband, which was very moist and flavorful and not overly sweet, I got the tim tam brownie, which was just the right balance of chocolate and peanut butter with delicious cookie pieces on top. The newly built restaurant was light and airy. Overall an excellent experience. read more
