Pizza quality seems to have suffered lately. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza that was pretty much just chewy cheese with a very few bits of chicken on it. The chicken that was on it seemed to have been hastily thrown on with no regard to evenly distributing it, some parts of the pizza having no chicken at all. There was hardly any sauce on it, and it was very salty. It's definitely not how I remember it was in the past. It may just be the Eldersburg location as I don't recall any issues with the Westminster location. read more

arrived to pick up pizza they gave me a pizza which wasn't mine. There was nobody in the place for five workers all talking to each other. I put it out. It was the wrong pizza. They apologized and then started to make pizza 35 minutes after I ordered it they were too busy talking themselves to get this sorted out, if you own this place, you need to pay attention to what happens in the evening. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I didn't even get a chance to eat the food here because of how dirty the restaurant was. We walked in and the entire restaurant was empty but that was fine with us. Every single table had crumbs on it not only that but the booths had crumbs and old food that had been sitting there. There was at least three staff members working at the time and not one came to help wipe down a table for us. This makes me wonder if the restaurant is that filthy on the customer side what is the kitchen like? Are they cleaning the kitchen if they don't bother to clean what the customers see? read more

I literally asked for DOUBLE (not just extra) sauce when I called to order. Then I asked the girl to underline or circle it to make sure that they saw it in the back. Have had this problem before. When my son brought the pizzas home, there was not double (if any extra) sauce. When I called, the girl said it would be no problem to remake them. I get to the Ledo's to pick up the new pizzas and the manager explains to me that they put 12 ounces normally and extra sauce is 16 ounces. I told him that I'd like them remade (hadn't even started) with 24 ounces of sauce. He said they'd be soggy - not his problem. Then he got nasty and told me just tell them that from the get go next time I ordered. I told him that I did tell the girl who took order. Then he asked what he was suppose to do with the two I brought back. He's the manager, figure it out. Then he proceeded to go in the back and talk in a foreign language about me and the order. Then came back out and was whispering to the two girls working the counter about me. Customer service is terrible! Will not return, and will tell others not to either. read more

One of our favorite pizza spots. Typically order online for pickup, and get there a few min before it's supposed to be ready because it's usually ready early and I want my food piping hot. Love the hot grilled chicken salad, too... Generous portion with fresh ingredients. Saw a number of people rave about the wings, so had to try them, and will not order them again. They were extra fatty. But overall can't go wrong with Ledo's and their pizza. read more

Pizza is great, love the pepperoni on each slice. Wings are by far my favorite. Today this restaurant hosted an end of year sports party for my daughters soccer team, their back room worked out great. Plenty (unlimited) of pizza and beverages for a reasonable price and the food kept on coming out until everyone was good. PAY WITH CASH! Ok so I was in town for some training and during our lunch break we decided on this place. While the food was ok, typical chain food, it's what happened after that was a problem. There were six of us, six different checks, five paying with cards and one with cash. I have pretty clear hand writing and when I left, I always keep my second copy for my records. Several days later while looking at my account online, I noticed a different amount charged on my card. I immediately sent an email to Ledo offices. The following day I got a call from a manager who gave me the option of driving to the store or he could mail me a check for the difference of what was stolen. We go to this location on a regular basis and always have good service. The waitresses are very friendly especially Ashley. She always remembers our order and treats us like family every time we go there. I have a gluten allergy and going to places to eat is very difficult. I can say I have never had a problem eating here which I cannot say about many locations. read more

I took my daughter and nephew on a Saturday afternoon after seeing a movie. It wasnt crowded at all and just like any other Ledo location I have been too it was seat yourself. The service was great maybe the fact that there was only 2 other parties in there at the time. My daughter made a complete mess when she spilled her fruit punch at out table. The staff was great in coming over to clean it up. The price is normal for what you would expect from a chain pizza place. I had a $5.00 restaraunt.com voucher that made it even cheaper. So for the 3 of us I paid about $16.00. Much less than the popcorn at the theatre. I recomend looking on restaraunt.com if you are going to go here. read more

Too bad i can't give 0 stars. One thing I don't like is to be lied too or taken for a fool. I specifically asked for a side Caesar salad. with my sandwich combo. When the waitress brought me my meal, it had a tossed salad on the plate. When I stated I asked for Caesar, she proceeded to tell me the side salad is the only one you get with the combo. She also said that there's an up charge for the Caesar side salad and she would have to ask the manager if she could change it. Thinking perhaps I read incorrectly, I looked at the menu again and read it aloud to her. Once again reading the sides with the combo includes your choice of tossed salad, Caesar salad, French fries, a cup of apple slices or soup. I really felt like she put the order in wrong and instead of owning up to it and offering to change it, she was trying to force me to take what she was serving. So I sent the entire meal back. My friend, whom I was dining with, kept her meal but the waitress never even bothered to come and see if the remaining patron at our table needed anything. The manager did come over to see what the problem was, and stated that I could have gotten a Caesar salad. Why didn't waitress girl know that?. This is poor management at its worst. Not being a regular should not effect the level of service and attention received. The only tip the waitress will get from this table is to learn the menu. Then when the waitress brought the check, it had my meal on there instead of the one my friend ordered.. WTH??????? I feel like Ashton Kutcher is about to jump out. read more

Where do I start? I went in there recently. I sometimes go to Ledo's in Columbia. It is ok. The Eldersburg store was different story. We went in at about 6:00pm on a Sunday. When we got there only a few tables were taken which made me happy since we had a hyped 3 year old. When we got closer we saw that there were about 5 booths that had people in them. The rest were all dirty. They had food and dirty dishes on them. We couldn't find 1 clean table. We were about to walk out when the manager caught us and personally came out to clean one table. I saw other folks walk in, take a look around at the filth and walk out. The food was ok. I like their meat stromboli but on that visit I had a pasta dish which, while not terrible was not very good. My wife had a cheesesteak which was also nothing special. Considering the filthy situation, I will probably stick to carryout . read more

This has been my family's go-to place for pizza for several years. We only eat out about twice per month and generally get carry-out. I initially tried this restaurant because my kids and I are gluten-free and don't tolerate junkie food additives well. I did some ingredient research and found there are a lot fewer mysterious chemicals in their pizza than the other local pizza places. Called Friday night to order a carry out pizza. Not a complicated order, one medium pizza. I was told 30 minutes so I waited a while and then off to Ledos I went. When I walked in the door I knew there was going to be problems. There were 4 people in line at the register and the tour lady working the register had no idea what she was doing. She kept screaming (literally) for her co-worker. "HELP, I CANT FIND THIS TICKET!" This happened at least three times during my 49 minute visit - but I get ahead of myself. The other young lady informed me that "the printer has broken" and that the kitchen didn't get my order. "I will put it in now, it will only take 10 minutes, or I can cancel it". Since I had already driven more than 10 minutes to get there I told her I would wait. Wait I did.... 40 minutes later my pizza was done. I heard ever excuse given to other while I waited. "They burnt your pizza and had to start over", "we got behind", "the computer is frozen", and yes "the printer broke". The pizza was good. They didn't charge me for it. I don't think they did this because I had to wait so long, I think they just forgot and I was not in the mood to point it out. read more

For the first time in 15 years I am VERY disappointed in Ledo. I ordered the Italian salad and the firs thing I noticed it it was very light in weight. When I got back to the office and opened my salad, I noticed I got a half cup of dressing, and the the container the salad came in was way to small. It was full of lettuce, that looked like field greens (I like some field greens mixed in), three cherry tomatoes and 4 black olives. The meat and cheese was very minimal. I could not stir the dressing because the salad fell out of the container all over my desk! Very sad. I am not sure if the Eldersburg MD is under new management but they need to improve... We normally do carry out, so we are familiar with the place; we are always greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation during the transaction. Our orders have never been wrong. When we came in and sat down, I took off my jacket but then had to put it on a few minutes later. He came out to take our order, noticed I had put it back on, and turned the heat on.
