Italian sub
Kristi D.

We love the sandwiches here. You have to go to the counter to order, but they bring the food to you. The pizza is decent as well as the wings, but we like the Italian sub the best. My only complaint is they tend to have issues cleaning the tables. They have you leave everything on the table, but every time we have been here there are at least 3 dirty tables. Sometimes they are busy but our last time they were pretty slow. I'm not sure why they just don't put a trash can out or be better at cleaning/busing the tables.

Food is always great and never had a single bad item at all. Online orders are always ready at the specified time.

Good pizza, good subs, friendly people. One of my favorite pizza spots in Eldersburg.

Met my brother-in-law and wife at this restaurant for lunch. They said they had been here several…read moretimes and it was quite good. The restaurant is no longer called New York JNP Pizza, but has changed their name to New York PIZZERIA. It apparently has the same owner, but change the name for some reason unbeknownst to me. Restaurant has no particular appeal to it, very middle of the road set up with lots of booths and fair number of tables in two good size rooms. Abby was our waitress and she was very efficient and business like. I ordered the homemade bean soup and a Reuben sandwich. The bean soup was as good as anything. I could make it home and questioned staff on how they made it and was told they actually order ham bones in order to make the stock. They even soak hard beans to get the beans. Soup has a nice consistency and very rich flavor and is highly recommended. My Reuben sandwich was good to excellent and the corned beef appeared to be nice and lean. my wife's meatball sub tasted OK she said, but it did not present very well. Other parties had the shrimp salad, which was said to be very good and a senior serving of lasagna, which again was described as very tasty. Abby refilled my drink order without asking, and she went about her duties and a very proficient manner. Didn't see too many other food items coming out, but what I did say, it looked appealing. All in all, I would say this would be a fine place to come for lunch and even dinner if you stick to the things that are known to be well done

(I mean I have to ask, is there really pizza other than Chicago Style?) The food was well prepared, especially the boneless wings. However, the hot sauce could have been a little hotter. The Za was pronounced good. However, the Za consumer said it was even better cold the next day! Overall a place we are adding yes to my infamous we will stop by again list.

This 4 star rating was more like a 3 and a 1/2. I've been here several times with my husband but…read moresat in the car so he could run in to order and get pizza. More recently I saw on Yelp that they have pizza options with gluten free crust, etc. This past Friday, I visited to order the gluten free crust as well as the dairy free mozzarella and some good toppings. This place advertises being quick. I waited at least 20 minutes from my food. In the past when my husband has visited, he was in-and-out. I was in and in. Let me start with the cons and finish with the pros so that we can end on a good note. Cons Must order largest pizza to get gluten free crust. Didn't work for me. I'm 1 person. Wait time was insane. Purchased a gift card, no gift card jackets. Watched an employee come out on the floor and use her gloved hands to adjust her hair w headband fixing hair for several minutes. Pros Options on top of options. Gluten Free Pizza Crust. Dairy Free Mozzarella. Great tasting pizza. Courteous staff. Appealing beverage options. Sadly waiting the extra time made me late for my next commitment which was take my son to work so I'm unsure if I can dedicate more time to this place but I'm wishing them the best since they are in a heavy populated area.
