Besides the fact that I hate myself for going, because it's McDonald's, this location isn't bad, but not great. Like any fast food joint, you gotta check your order, but honestly, this is one of the more accurate establishments in the area. Any time of day we've gone, the staff is very pleasant. I've only lg been asked to pull up to wait for food maybe 2-3 times in the past 8 years, so I think that's good. The inside is typically clean, the few times we've ever gone inside. Several times when we've ordered sweet tea late at night, it was garbage. Currently there is a Red Box here as well, which is sometimes full and unable to accept returns. This doesn't effect the McDonald's, just an observation if you ever use the machine there. read more

This is actually the worst mc donald's ever they give you cold food, give you the wrong things and when you ask for the right stuff they leave and don't come back. the service and food is bad and the workers are all teens who barley speak and can understand english. it's disgusting too they don't clean in there i don't know how this shitty store is not shit down yet it's disgusting yall need to get rid of it, or get rid of the worker read more

the tables are always dirty. like nasty dirty. And the floor. How about stop raising prices and clean your store

They don't honor the national promotions. If I have to listen to Brian Cox humming their stupid jingle in the radio ads, the least this dump could do is offer the food at the price advertised in the national ad! read more

My family here today to celebrate kids birthday. So they have " Happy Birthday" Deal on app, we try to use it, and it keeps showing not working. I trying to ask for help, one lady told me to wait for 15 minutes and try again. So after 15 minutes I try to use different deal, and it had same issue. And I told the employee about it. He was like I trying to get free food, and told me I only can get one free food. How bad of the customer service!! I tried to use the deal they offer on McDonald's app, and when it not working there should be someone in the store can fix this issue for their customer, not just rude to the customer and walking away. I'm so disappointed, store manager should properly train employees on what customer service is. read more

Horrible work environment. All the managers are completely incompetent and rude to both employees and customers. They frequently criticize workers for the smallest details while also not doing their own jobs. Employee onboarding took weeks because they did not provide the necessary uniform and training. Legally mandated breaks are often ignored, with employees sometimes having to beg to take a short break after several hours. Food safety is also questionable, as I have seen food dropped on the floor and still get served. Kitchen stations are also never cleaned by the night shift workers, leaving soda machines sitting in old syrup and grills covered in caked-on grease. Avoid this location at all costs, both as a customer and an employee. In three words: nasty, rude, and disgusting. read more

I go there every day and have never had a bad experience. The morning manager is so kind and patient. The crew is friendly and fast. If there's a hold up in the drive through it's because of the customers. My longest wait was caused by Grandpa ranting about some nonsense. read more

Don't even try to order online Uber eats door dash. How hard is it to put the sauce that's on the order in the bag... it's on the screen with the order... 3rd time ordering no sauce let's see if another place can complete my order atleast once read more

Cold fries, soda filled up 2" below top not worth the $. Will try something else next time.

Literally the worst McDonald's ever. This is maybe 2 miles up the road from me but I will drive 30 min further to a decent one, it's that's bad. You go through the drive through and they make you pull into a parking spot. Not even ordering anything crazy! Just a happy meal! That's it!! Quicker service at a sit down restaurant read more

Why ask for something if you don't end up getting it? Asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit, which they charged extra for cheese, only to then receive a sausage biscuit. Also got a 20 piece nugget and selected which sauces only to get home and no sauces. I get you might be short staffed or busy but please just read the ticket so the meal isn't ruined. read more

ordered food through mobile, got to the window said they couldn't "recall" my order, said i would get refunded, they still charged me for it, then i tried to call and the number wasn't working, terrible mcdonald's read more

I drive for Doordash and have decided to only come here for those orders, never my own. Even then I steer clear often times because the wait is SO long regardless of how busy. Truly the worst part is the uncomfortable feeling of standing among 3-4 strangers, sometimes more, as they all slowly grow impatient and regretful at patronizing this McDonalds. Eventually and inevitably someone asks for a refund because they can't wait any longer or their kids have lost all composure. Also noteworthy, I spent close to an hour waiting here one night for a Doordash order while some kids at a nearby table had no problem getting whatever they wanted from a friend working in the back... read more

Dear Management, The reason I'm taking this time to write this review is because this hasn't happened just once. It has happen multiple times, to the point that this McDonald's has lost a costumer. (You might care or you might not) Multiple times has this McDonald's given me the wrong order or forgot my items. Employees want to get paid for 15 dollars an hour in your store but can't follow a simple request. I am not talking about an edited order, "no pickles", I am talking about a normal burger. How can you forget to put it in. Another issue that I have encountered here is the language barrier situation. If your going to hire someone that will be representing the front counter, why would you pick someone with little to no English. Have that employee work the grill or mop the store. The manager I spoke with today had no idea of what I was saying and gave me the 100% attitude of not caring what I had to say. As a Hispanic I have zero tolerance if you call this racist. It's more about logic and business. Sincerely, Your lost costumer... read more

This is THE WORST!!!! McDonalds EVER!!! The service is horrible, very very slow. My order is NEVER and I mean NEVER RIGHT. Always something missing. When I go to correct it with an employee I get looked at sideways like I'm lying . I saw an elderly man take his coffee back up to the counter, it obviously wasn't right and he stood so long before anyone came to help him. The dining area is dirty. The tables aren't kept wiped and food and trash lays on the floor. Can't hardly tolerate to eat in the dining area anyhow with all the beep beep beeping going on behind the counter. Like no one is paying attention to the machines. This place needs a major major fix! read more

I ordered Hawaiian Punch and what did I get? Red water. I tried to get Coca Cola? Nasty. The only thing that somewhat tasted normal was the Fanta, even then it's disappointing. The nuggets? more breading than everything else and way overcooked. Took a while for our order to be done. Looked like the workers were too busy standing around to help the people at the cash register, they saw us and acknowledged our presence and ignored us? Really? read more

Does anyone know the trick to get your food from the drive thru window vs having to wait? I get having to wait if you order a ton of food, but this morning, for example, we ordered 2 egg McMuffins and 1 hash brown. Had to wait over 10 minutes for it. When we finally got our food it was lukewarm and the egg in one of the egg McMuffins wasn't fully cooked. Would leave 0 stars if I could... read more

Don't order through the app!!! You'll be charged twice and your order won't even go through. Called restaurant it sounds like they are understaffed. Called corporate and I won't be getting my money refunded for almost 2 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE. The restaurant when I called didn't even offer to make the order. Poor customer service. My order was $23 and I was charged 2x and got NOTHING and nothing is being done to resolve this. Hate McDonald's. read more

This place is a dumpster fire. The little Spanish girl who says is a manager, may need some more training! Like ASAP! We were walking because we live across the street , and when I asked for cup holder/ extra bag she huffs and rolls her eyes. Then on top of it once we got home the burgers and fries were dry and look like it had been sitting out all day AND they messed up the order!!!! I wanted so bad to wait for her outside and smack the nasty look off her face read more

I went in for a job interview and was reached out to multiple times before and the day of the interview. They kept me waiting for 35 MINUTES when I had put in the effort to arrive on time. I was about to get up and just leave when the manager comes over and says the interview was canceled and that they had enough employees. Not very professional. Also the food is mid and none of the workers speak much English. When I asked the girl working the register for the manager she looked at me like I had seven heads! Wouldn't recommend as a place to work or a place to eat. read more

I've never been in the drive thru line for any less than 10 minutes. Been here 3 times since they reopened and the food is neverrrr fresh. I threw away my whole sandwich one time. The chicken was so old. This time I ordered fries no salt. Figured it wouldn't be a problem since the line is so long they should have time to make fries with no salt by the time it's my turn... they freaking gave me fries with salt that they threw down in the fryer a second time (maybe to try to get rid of the salt?) super greasy and salty fries. Literally the opposite of what I asked for. What the f... read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I order from them, whether it's on DoorDash, through the drive-through, or walking in, my order is always wrong. I will never order from this McDonald's again. If I have to drive 10 miles to get to the next closest one I will. Management here is horrible and apparently nobody cares about their job. read more

This has got to be the worst McDonalds with the most incompetent staff. I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window to pick my order up, the cashier asked me what I had ordered. I was puzzled because with all of the order screens available there had to be one with my order on it. She noticed I looked confused, so she informed me that the store was in competition with another store for the fastest drive thru time, so these geniuses erased my order so it would seem that my order had been completed speedily.. because that's honest?!?And, then they had the nerve to be rude about it, both the cashier and the so-called manager. Of course I wrote a complaint and of course I received no response, and this happened like 2 weeks ago. This McDonalds will never have to worry about having to complete my order in record time again. It was a lesson learned, I shouldn't be feeding my kids McDonald's crap anyway... read more

With the remodeling done and lots of time to "figure it out" due to current situation, we are once again disappointed. Drive thru was a complete mess, and no more all day breakfast. Wish I could give this place a 0. Constantly forgetting food. I went in and ordered over 10 dollars of food and they never brought it out. Horrible customer service. They told me they never got my order when I clearly ordered at the kiosk. I asked an employee about it, and they never came back. It took 15 minutes until my friends had finished and I went up and they said they never got it. The least they could've done was old me that after I had asked. Not wait until I have to come up and ask about it to tell myself why Tia not out. After I had asked her when she came to our table 2 times already. Horrible place, I'd rather skip breakfast, lunch, and dinner than spend my money at this place ever again. DONT GO HERE read more

It said it was open until 1am, THAT WAS A DAMN DIRTY LIE, THE BASTARDS LIED TO ME. I wanted nuggy wuggies with my cutie pie friends at 11:32pm but alas, when we got there the sign was off and no one was answering the drive thru. I'm not mad Ronald, just disappointed. read more

this McDonald's is the worst. the drive through lines are always long. the customer service is rude. repeatedly, bc it's the only choice for a McDonald's close by they are out of things like soda-wow. the app does t work, they leave you in the drive through line so long that the codes expire. terrible bc you only get one code per day on the specials, and forget it if you arrive at 10:15am and want breakfast you won't get it. I cannot with this McDonald's. they need new management and hire staff that can work at the pace required. read more

The new McDonalds looks amazing however, when you pull up the trash cans are over flowing. People throw trash all over the parking lot and next to the full trash can. The manager took our order and was fairly nice. The young woman who put our order on the counter never spoke to us. She gave us sweet tea instead of unsweet. When we asked for unsweet she huffed under her breath and still never spoke a word. she gave us our ice cream sunday with no spoon. When we asked for a spoon. she turned around got one from the bin and threw it on the counter and still never spoke. There was not a single table in the whole facility that was clean. read more

There were plenty of staff on hand and the wait wasn't long at all. The decor is definitely renovated and more upscale than other McDonald's. I enjoyed looking at their historic photographs in the right front of the place by the bathrooms. Supposedly the location is where the first school in Carroll County was, something like that. Cool little history lesson while eating. Also, they have a play and seating section for parents and the kids to spend time. read more

This is by far one of the best McDonalds I have ever visited. The staff seem generally happy to be there, several times over the years employees were happily embracing whatever promotion or community event at the restaurant. Even though this is a very busy location, the establishment is clean and food is delivered fast and fresh. It is hard to believe they are using the same product as all other McDonalds - for example, fries are actually crisp and hot (not cold, limp, and overly greasy). If you are going to eat badly, at least this is a tasty version of your McD's favorites. read more
