The Crispy Onion Whopper was delicious and the service was very fast. The Ambiance was okay, the restaurant was empty.

The whopper Jr was delicious but we had mozzarella fries instead of regular fries. The service was quick cause we went through the drive thru to order the food. We didn't good inside the restaurant to eat cause the dining room was closed. read more

I have been to many Burger King. I had one i usually ordered from, and I've been to many while traveling on the east coast. This one is my new favorite, because when i order extra lettuce and tomato, they actually give me extra lettuce and tomato. At this location, I *never* need to inspect the inside of my burger and wonder "is this really an extra amount of tomatoes?" I can tell immediately upon receiving the bag that my burger is heavy as heck and that they gave me plenty of the extra toppings i paid for. I'm so happy with my order every time i come to this location. The quality of sandwich they assemble is unmatched by any other Burger King I've been to, I go out of my way to come to this one. Quick service, good staff. One of the few burger kings where you can still actually "have it your way". Needed to boost this franchise because the current 3 star average is not a fair assessment of the current management & staff performance. read more

Burger King should consider the following changes: 1) Buns without sesame seeds. 2) Use string fries (like McDonald's). McDonald's fries are very addictive. 3) Go easy on the ketchup and mayo--not too much condiments on the sandwich. 4) The BK royal Italian will taste better without the marinara sauce. Consider using the chick fil a sauce. Don't overcook the chicken (too dry). 5. The chicken fries are too salty. read more

One morning I decided to go to this Burger King on route 40 west in Ellicott City, MD. basically to compare the customer service, and wow! I was very excited, the customer service was outstanding, I got my food really fast and was able to still make it to work on time, compared to some others I've ever gone too, there is a Burger King on Minstrel way in Columbia, Md. that really and truly needs to be re-evaluated that place is the pits, I only stop at that one because it is on the same street as my work, one morning I set there saying hello, hello at the speaker no one ever said anything, I was blowing my horn everything, there was no one else in the drive through line but me, so finally after placing my order I got to the window and I had to set there additional 10 to 15min to get my food, never again I will make that extra trip to route 40 west. This is the WORST Burger King location I have ever ever been to! I ordered two meals. I asked for 3 ranch's. And 3 sweet and sour sauce. The lady refused to give them to me, she said I could only get two sauces for my entire order?!?! I had two meals of chicken nuggets and I can only get 2 sauces. That is just awful. Then, she didn't put any sauces in my bag when she knows I was already upset I could only get two. If I didn't already pay I would of left to a fast food place that would want to satisfy their customers and give me the sauce I want. I hate to give such an awful review for that one worker but they lost my business because of her. read more

Typical BK. It's pretty clean. Staff is friendly. Fresh fries. Only complaint... I don't know what Burger King has against paper towels in the restroom, but I like I wash my hands before I eat and I don't want to go back and touch the nasty ass door right after. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. What the hell happen here. The burgers have no flavor. The look like they were sat on. Flat and no flavor. Onion rings had no onions in them. They were just batter. Lettuce was so limp it need viagra. I found the tomato, it was under the yellow mayonnaise. No wonder there was no line. Heavy is the head of the person, not who wears the crown but the one who eats here. I will feel like a king tonight sitting on my throne hoping it all comes out in one piece. read more

Burger King food is Burger King food. This particular chain though....I've been coming here for years and it just feels undeniably greasy...I think it has to do with that decor, but I just can't get rid of that greasy feeling when I eat here. They did add an LCD tv out near the front entrance, which is quite nice. Also, this BK is right next to Tutti Frutti, so lots of people either eat here then go eat dessert there, or vice versa. The bathrooms were open and clean! Service was fast and friendly. The food was hot. I'm very pleased to have stopped here for a break in our travels. The Manager was very nice. I would recommend this BK! read more

Stopped there after lunch to grab a quick salad and burger with a couple of pies. Got up to the window and guy asked what kinda dressing, I said Cesar. Got home and I have citrus Cesar vinaigrette not regular Cesar. Not sure if that's only kind of Cesar they have but they should let you know if that's the case. Also, only got one fork to eat a salad and two pies with. What can I say it's a typical fast food joint, make sure you got what you asked for and need before leaving the window!!! read more

On 10/11/15' Sunday 8pm, walked in w/ kids, cashier (tall light skinned bald guy) had his face to the kitchen rear side playing with his phone, so busy playing w/ that phone that he obviously didn't care for any customers. Burger King is gradually becoming a forgotten chain nowadays. With all of the new trendy places like Chipotle, Chic-fil-A, Qdoba, Panera, etc., Burger King doesn't get the love it once did. Not much has really changed about it though. They still have the best burgers (of a major fast food chain) in my opinion. Sure they're a little pricey, but if I want a good-tasting burger in a matter of minutes--this is where I go. Another recent addition (last 5 years or so) is the chicken fries. Very good alternative to just regular french fries, which is not Burger King's forte anyway. Another note--the BK Double (on the value menu) is better-tasting and has more meat than the McDonald's dollar menu double cheeseburger. read more
