I love Starbucks but this Starbucks in the afternoon is absolutely hell. Me and my husband were going furniture shopping for our new spot the first day and we decided to stop here for a drink/ light snack. We waited in the line for so long , but we eventually got our stuff but we gave them the doubt of maybe less workers. Second day we came and the wait was so much longer then the day before, me and husband ended up getting out of line because to be waiting in a line for almost 10+ minutes ? That's completely unacceptable! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nottingham, Maryland

I came in for a coffee and space to work for an hour. This location has multiple outlets under the seats and has clean restrooms.

The tables at the Starbucks were dirty with no one cleaning it. Their customer service was poor. If I had the option, I would not give them a star. read more

First visit here didn't make a good impression. Flies. Dirt on the floor. Unaccommodating barista. I'll see about getting coffee elsewhere.

They remolded, there's a drive through, plenty of seating, and great lighting. The staff looks happy, the customers are pleased and it looks great! Happy Friday :) read more

I like the ease of the drive thru in comparison to others. You don't have to contend with traffic to get into the drive in line. The people working the drive thru have always been nice. They only messed up my drink order once which isn't shabby. read more

Never understand this store. Always running out of drip sticks, coffee machine broke, drive thru closed after getting to drive thru due to repairs. If not one thing it's another. read more

Usually always have good service at this Starbucks location, but this evening the young lady that waited on me was very much ill-informed regarding transactions and rewards, and ended the transaction with a pretty bad attitude, not even wanting to scan my QRC Code for my rewards. That is poor customer service, especially during these holidays. She shouldn't be behind a counter with an attitude problem. read more

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how terrible the customer service was at this Starbucks. The Starbucks employee in drive thru this morning at 6:30 am should not be allowed deal with customers. She was rude and snotty, and probably the most unpleasant person in white marsh. This Starbucks needs customer service 101 again. read more

Milky!! Asked for Oat & nonfat! It was very thick and hard to drink even after watering it down!

I placed an order for tea and noticed that several people who ordered after me--at least five or six--received their orders before mine. When I asked about the delay, it turned out my ticket had been sitting unnoticed. This lack of organization is unacceptable. While I did receive a refund, the experience was enough to ensure I won't be returning. Management needs to improve their efficiency and attention to detail. read more

Literally saved me today. All 3 associates were helpful and caring to get me some caffeine for my drive. Thank you thank you read more

One of the larger starbucks locations I've been too -- this starbucks also features a drive thru, which provides the large majority of its customers. There's plenty of seating inside and the staff do a good job of keeping the place clean. Occasionally, the drive-thru orders will overwhelm the baristas, causing a slightly longer delay in getting your drinks if you are in-person. Located in a strip mall with plenty of nearby parking. Worth a visit if you're looking for a semi-quiet place to study. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I have been to this location many times since it's close to my child's school! There is always a 15+ min wait, line could be long or short! I have no idea what takes so long! I will pull to the window to pick up my drink but my drink won't be made but the order behind me is already made and I'll have to sit and wait for mine when tho I heard them order and it wasn't an online order! read more

There was a wait but they handled red cup day with great efficiency even though the line wrapped around the strip to their door. It pays to walk in and pick up your order on busy days, though. read more

Slow and get orders wrong. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for the second drink before anyone even acknowledged us. They rung up the first drink only and added ingredients that were supposed to be in the second which made it cost more. No refund or anything offered. Avoid read more

My daughter has been begging for me to take her to Starbucks for this "pink drink" she saw online. I am a Dunkin fan myself, so I don't really go to Starbucks ever. We were in Target and stood in line for a few minutes at their Starbucks while they had one person working - meaning they were both cashier and barista. We opted to leave and go to the Starbucks across the parking lot. What a great decision! The parking lot was really full, so I expected this to take a while. We went in and there was no line for ordering. I told them what my daughter had been asking about and they knew exactly what she wanted. The guy even let her try a little sample of the juice first. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick. I would definitely go again if I decide to stop being a cheapskate. read more

This SB provided the caffeine that helped start my weekend road trip. After getting done eating at Five Guys Burgers nearby, I ventured over here for a cold brew. My drink was a bit more bitter than usual, but it also packed a stronger punch. My take on food is: function before taste. So this was actually a positive. The service here is friendly, as the baristas made small talk aside from getting my drink to me quickly. The place is clean, and so are the restrooms. The patrons were a good bunch too. Great place, five stars. read more

The drive thru was very long so I decided to go inside. The inside was empty so I received my frap quickly. Lexi was amazing she was whipping thru the orders with lightening speed & doing it with a smile. read more

I am giving 5stars for the service I received just now. The ham and swiss and white chocolate expresso was just what I needed right now. It was done so well. I always go here in the drive thru. The service in the morning can sometimes be so so but this being the first starbucks drive thru in the area, you have to give credit to the workers at this Starbucks read more

I ordered an uber eats delivery from here & the driver accidentally gave me someone else's order. I reordered my order after receiving a refund & They sent me an extra drink & a gift card for the inconvenience even though it was not their fault! Definitely wasn't expecting this! read more

Starbucks - a hand holding a paper bag with a note attached to it - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nottingham, Maryland

The young lady today made it very clear that she didn't want to come to work today. The normal weekday crew are way more friendly. This young lady didn't even speak. I placed mobile order for caramel frap and they accidentally put the ribbon crunch topping (my least fav topping) thats why I never order it. I came in asked for it to be remade. She took the cup, remade no apology, no nothing. I said thank you ma'am still no response... I will just continue to visit weekday crew! Thanks for your time read more

Great location, love drive through, they are SOOOO SLOW to get orders out Staff was not super friendly/sociable

Organization was ridiculous. Countertops were extremely sticky and dirty! People were picking up to go orders and grabbing other people's drinks with their hands searching for there's. I ordered two sandwiches and a lemonade. My lemonade came out 10 minutes after my sandwiches. By time I received my lemonade my sandwiches were extremely cold. I would have attempted to have them reheated but I just needed to get out of the store. read more

John was the best. We got to share on our love of live music. The drinks were perfect.

Overall not too bad, but my order has been messed up about 50% of the time. They will take care of any issues that you have, but it can be frustrating when it happens multiple times. All in all, the location is clean and the staff is very friendly. read more

Overall a very good location. I've been here a few times and the staff has always been nice and my order always correct. No issues. Typical Starbucks. read more

Review update #4: So the manager who used to put globs or caramel in your drink has not only improved in making drinks (as noted in review update #3), but he's also become my buddy! Lol. I'll admit that I come to this Starbucks pretty much every weekday morning before work. So of course over time, they get to know you. You're a "regular" now. It's nice to be greeted by name the moment you walk in the door. I think it's safe to say that this is my favorite Starbucks location, hands down. read more

They always are good to try a secret menus! The staff is very friendly and professional! Love mornings when I can grab a cup!

The manager (Autumn) was amazing to work with today. I had messed up with a mobile order and she was able to help me with the best customer service and compassion. Thank you Autumn! read more

Not one to leave reviews but this Starbucks went from one of the fastest I've ever experienced nation wide to one of the slowest. Even before they had a drive through it would be wall to wall and you would walk in and walk out in 5 minutes. Now it takes 20 minutes at least for the drive through no matter the time of day and it has been multiple times where you finally get to the window and your drink is barely warm. Staff is very apologetic and friendly but when you're apologizing daily about the wait times something is wrong. read more

So incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes I wonder if they even bother to read the ingredient list. Ask for light ice, but get a cup full of ice. Ingredients from the drink are missing - no cinnamon or brown sugar in one of their signature drinks which comes standard with all of those items. Location in The Avenue is much better for consistency of mobile orders, even with the added issue of having to find parking. read more

This location is not one of the best Starbucks you can find. The seating area is very small and only sits about 10 total customers so unless you're lucky this is a stop in and take out location most of the time. If you're looking for somewhere to sit and enjoy your coffee or food, this is not the best option for you. The staff is usually nice enough, but they frequently get drinks wrong or run out of items. It still amazes me that as big as Starbucks is and the advanced inventory system they must have that a location can run out of items as often as this one does which leads me to believe it's a local management issue more than a corporate one. There is plenty of parking and the location is generally clean so it's not an unpleasant option, just not great. read more

I stopped by this Starbucks during my trip road trip. They have one bathroom for each gender and it is pretty well kept Their staff were okay - more on the slow side... It took some time to receive our drinks. But the outside seating was perfect and peaceful for us to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. read more

Long road trip - the last thing I needed was giggling employees (with each other from the time I walked in, went the bathroom, came out to order. .. non-stop). Then when my husband asked a simple question about caffeine content, the tall, young black man with glasses and facial designed beard (no mustache and NO NAME TAG)gave him attitude. (?) When the coffee was ready, I saw the same young man half- heartedly whisper that his coffee was ready... I had to go get my husband, because the lazy employee wasn't going to be sure he knew. There was a young girl, who had been part of all the laughter , but at least she answered me professionally and pleasantly when I asked her where the closest gas station was. I appreciated that Store manager Katie Mitchell needs to get a handle on her staff. read more

This place super clean and nice. People work there very friendly. They make really good drink. Easy to find parking spot.

Date of service: 12/16/11 Chain stores of this nature are difficult to rate because they have a cookie cutter design. If you been in one Starbucks, you have been to most (not all) Starbucks. I like this location because it is close to the other places that I will frequent (Ledo's, Panera, Target, Lowes...etc). This is a smaller Starbucks with only 4 tables, one easy chair, and a window counter with about 6 seats. The customer service is usually good, and sometimes even great (there are two really cute and personable young ladies that make it great!!). I'm not sure what Rach was talking about as there are no couches at this location, it is just too small. They do have a nice outdoor seating area with about three tables that increases the size in good weather. The best part of Starbucks in general is the Free Internet, and free refills on drip coffee if you are a Starbucks Card green or higher member. read more
