The tables at the Starbucks were dirty with no one cleaning it. Their customer service was poor. If I had the option, I would not give them a star. read more

I like the ease of the drive thru in comparison to others. You don't have to contend with traffic to get into the drive in line. The people working the drive thru have always been nice. They only messed up my drink order once which isn't shabby. read more

Usually always have good service at this Starbucks location, but this evening the young lady that waited on me was very much ill-informed regarding transactions and rewards, and ended the transaction with a pretty bad attitude, not even wanting to scan my QRC Code for my rewards. That is poor customer service, especially during these holidays. She shouldn't be behind a counter with an attitude problem. read more

The Starbucks employee in drive thru this morning at 6:30 am should not be allowed deal with customers. She was rude and snotty, and probably the most unpleasant person in white marsh. I placed an order for tea and noticed that several people who ordered after me--at least five or six--received their orders before mine. When I asked about the delay, it turned out my ticket had been sitting unnoticed. This lack of organization is unacceptable. One of the larger starbucks locations I've been too -- this starbucks also features a drive thru, which provides the large majority of its customers. There's plenty of seating inside and the staff do a good job of keeping the place clean. Occasionally, the drive-thru orders will overwhelm the baristas, causing a slightly longer delay in getting your drinks if you are in-person. Located in a strip mall with plenty of nearby parking. Worth a visit if you're looking for a semi-quiet place to study. read more

My daughter has been begging for me to take her to Starbucks for this "pink drink" she saw online. I am a Dunkin fan myself, so I don't really go to Starbucks ever. We were in Target and stood in line for a few minutes at their Starbucks while they had one person working - meaning they were both cashier and barista. We opted to leave and go to the Starbucks across the parking lot. What a great decision! The parking lot was really full, so I expected this to take a while. We went in and there was no line for ordering. I told them what my daughter had been asking about and they knew exactly what she wanted. The guy even let her try a little sample of the juice first. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick. I would definitely go again if I decide to stop being a cheapskate. read more

The young lady today made it very clear that she didn't want to come to work today. The normal weekday crew are way more friendly. This young lady didn't even speak. I placed mobile order for caramel frap and they accidentally put the ribbon crunch topping (my least fav topping) thats why I never order it. I came in asked for it to be remade. This SB provided the caffeine that helped start my weekend road trip. After getting done eating at Five Guys Burgers nearby, I ventured over here for a cold brew. My drink was a bit more bitter than usual, but it also packed a stronger punch. My take on food is: function before taste. So this was actually a positive. The service here is friendly, as the baristas made small talk aside from getting my drink to me quickly. The place is clean, and so are the restrooms. The patrons were a good bunch too. Organization was ridiculous. Countertops were extremely sticky and dirty! People were picking up to go orders and grabbing other people's drinks with their hands searching for there's. I ordered two sandwiches and a lemonade. My lemonade came out 10 minutes after my sandwiches. By time I received my lemonade my sandwiches were extremely cold. I would have attempted to have them reheated but I just needed to get out of the store. read more

John was the best. We got to share on our love of live music. The drinks were perfect.

Overall not too bad, but my order has been messed up about 50% of the time. They will take care of any issues that you have, but it can be frustrating when it happens multiple times. All in all, the location is clean and the staff is very friendly. read more

Review update #4: So the manager who used to put globs or caramel in your drink has not only improved in making drinks (as noted in review update #3), but he's also become my buddy! Lol. I'll admit that I come to this Starbucks pretty much every weekday morning before work. So of course over time, they get to know you. You're a "regular" now. It's nice to be greeted by name the moment you walk in the door. I think it's safe to say that this is my favorite Starbucks location, hands down. read more

Not one to leave reviews but this Starbucks went from one of the fastest I've ever experienced nation wide to one of the slowest. Even before they had a drive through it would be wall to wall and you would walk in and walk out in 5 minutes. Now it takes 20 minutes at least for the drive through no matter the time of day and it has been multiple times where you finally get to the window and your drink is barely warm. Staff is very apologetic and friendly but when you're apologizing daily about the wait times something is wrong. read more

So incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes I wonder if they even bother to read the ingredient list. Ask for light ice, but get a cup full of ice. Ingredients from the drink are missing - no cinnamon or brown sugar in one of their signature drinks which comes standard with all of those items. Location in The Avenue is much better for consistency of mobile orders, even with the added issue of having to find parking. read more

This location is not one of the best Starbucks you can find. The seating area is very small and only sits about 10 total customers so unless you're lucky this is a stop in and take out location most of the time. If you're looking for somewhere to sit and enjoy your coffee or food, this is not the best option for you. The staff is usually nice enough, but they frequently get drinks wrong or run out of items. It still amazes me that as big as Starbucks is and the advanced inventory system they must have that a location can run out of items as often as this one does which leads me to believe it's a local management issue more than a corporate one. There is plenty of parking and the location is generally clean so it's not an unpleasant option, just not great. read more

Long road trip - the last thing I needed was giggling employees (with each other from the time I walked in, went the bathroom, came out to order. .. non-stop). Then when my husband asked a simple question about caffeine content, the tall, young black man with glasses and facial designed beard (no mustache and NO NAME TAG)gave him attitude. (?) When the coffee was ready, I saw the same young man half- heartedly whisper that his coffee was ready... I had to go get my husband, because the lazy employee wasn't going to be sure he knew. There was a young girl, who had been part of all the laughter , but at least she answered me professionally and pleasantly when I asked her where the closest gas station was. I stopped by this Starbucks during my trip road trip. They have one bathroom for each gender and it is pretty well kept Their staff were okay - more on the slow side... It took some time to receive our drinks. But the outside seating was perfect and peaceful for us to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. read more

Date of service: 12/16/11 Chain stores of this nature are difficult to rate because they have a cookie cutter design. If you been in one Starbucks, you have been to most (not all) Starbucks. I like this location because it is close to the other places that I will frequent (Ledo's, Panera, Target, Lowes...etc). This is a smaller Starbucks with only 4 tables, one easy chair, and a window counter with about 6 seats. The customer service is usually good, and sometimes even great (there are two really cute and personable young ladies that make it great!!). I'm not sure what Rach was talking about as there are no couches at this location, it is just too small. They do have a nice outdoor seating area with about three tables that increases the size in good weather. The best part of Starbucks in general is the Free Internet, and free refills on drip coffee if you are a Starbucks Card green or higher member. read more
