Apparently Qdoba.com isn't interested in hearing from customers any longer. This is what is shown when you try to contact them.

I came in on 26 Dec 2021. I normally love Qdoba, but after entering this evening, the servers friends entered after me. At that point the mistakes began. My daughter's kids quesadilla was forgotten in the grill (it didn't look burnt when I looked at it but when I got home it clearly was). My burrito was ripped when rolling it, which normally isn't an issue, but the kid, while talking to his friends, threw half the food away when he ditched the old tortilla and replaced it. When I got home I realize how bad and skimpy it was. When I went to email the company, they apparently have that option turned off (screenshot attached). Overall, I was very unhappy.

Iv been doin lots of mobile apps lately and it's been very successful with safety, operations, and flavor. Qdoba was a breeze with the mobile order and pickup. On time and fresh. The bags are clearly labeled and ready for grab n go. Qdoba is one of my top 5's Customize any item. Burritos n quesadillas are my go to entrès. Most likely with chips n salsa

Hello, I tried the vegetable burrito and added a little hot sauce to it, very good. The staff was friendly too.

Good food at acceptable price. Much better than going to other fast food, and very tasty.

Tried this new place today with my 13 year old daughter for the first time. Wow was I surprised!…read more The food is very close to authentic. Their food options (like beef tongue tacos) remind me of eating in South America. Staff is nice and prompt. Reminds me of a real Mexican restaurant (but in good condition). We weren't too hungry so we only had a taco and nachos but it was legit. It has a small full service bar and TV's with soccer on..... this place didn't feel like it was forcing itself to be Mexican, it just is. Try this place!

I came here for my birthday and was so disappointed. I was excited to enjoy authentic Mexican food and the tiktok my daughter showed me did a good sale. I drove an hour out of the way and first saw the food sitting out that looked kind of cold and dry. We chose to get the tacos and carnes asada and was informed by the waitress the prices are different from what was on the menu. I asked for a tequila drink and it had mostly ice and tasted more like water than anything. The tortillas were dry and cracked to the point we couldnt even eat with them. The only good thing was the decoration. The worst part was the huge guy in the front of the restaurant. When the bill returned much higher than three plates and a drink should cost, he refused to proved a itemized receipt and also refused to let us speak to the waitress. Luckily, she came by and resolved a least some of the discrepancies. He was rude and said there are many more customers and that we are one of many.

During my visit, I stayed indoors. The interior is a bit small but cozy with TVs around the bar area. A Mexican restaurant that plays country music was a first for me but it was okay. The waitress was amazing! She gets 5 stars in my book. Ordered the jumbo margaritas. The Lola had some flavor but probably needed more guava. Also I had never seen cilantro in a margarita but I guess since this place is called cilantro, why now, right? Also the salt rim was great. Now the Enamorada margarita, on the menu it said coconut rim but wasn't available. I was sad about this but the margarita itself was very good. Mango and coconut was very tasty. Ordered the tacos. Suadero was a bit dry, also ask for slices of lime and then they got a bit better. The rice needed a bit more flavor as well as the black beans. The Al pastor tacos were a bit better but nothing to rave about.

Don't expect any fusion of Mex & Cuban. Margaritas have no garnishments nor salted rim Skip the Empanadas..the dough was nasty, bad aftertaste. Had to ask for utensils. The Enchilada was bomb and def worth ordering. It made up for everything.
