DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The review from 6 years ago still holds true today. When you go to cancel they suddenly have charges they NEVER make you aware of. I was a customer since 2016 and did a monthly payment option. I've never missed a payment because I had an automatic billing set up. This past august I decided to cancel and then they sent the attached saying I owed them $394 for services they previously performed. Of course this left me confused because I never missed a payment. When I spoke to them about it they said they do not reconcile an account until AFTER a person cancels. So IF they give you an additional service they do not call and say "this service is more than what your monthly payment is". Nor do you receive a monthly, quarterly, semi annual invoice or billing statement to let you know you have a balance. Nor do you receive a call at any time asking if you'd want to increase your monthly payment so that your account doesn't have a balance. I asked them to break down how do I owe them $394 and their answer was $94 is what it is for canceling before the year is over. But the other balance dates as far back as 2017! HOW?!?! They do not seem to understand that either having the monthly payments THEY establish should match the service to make sure there is no balance or they should reconcile accounts BEFORE a cancellation to give customers the option to pay a balance down. How do you not send monthly invoices to a customer if this is how you reconcile an account anyway? If you choose them, make sure to request they reconcile your account at the end of each year. Same experience as recent posters. The service is fine, but the billing upon cancellation is outrageous. When you cancel, they suddenly send you a "reconciliation" for amounts they apparently failed to collect five years ago. I had a monthly full service plan that was supposed to cover everything, but now that I am cancelling I apparently owe them $250 for services for which they claim I underpaid five years ago but for which I was never invoiced. Not sure which regulator to complaint to about this and may not be worth it over $250, but never using this company again. Consumer beware. read more

Had service for years with a well-known nationwide competitor. I recently switched over to BOG pest control and, my word, what a difference! This company is awesome! They were patient, explaining all my questions. They scheduled me in quickly and were on time the day of the service. Jaime, our technician, did an exceptional job. This is the best company I've worked with so far. Professional fairly priced responsive go out if their way communicate as should . I had a hornet nest and even though they treat it at night the technician was brave enough to take it during the day to help protect my children and husband who was bit by one. Love Blades of Green! The customer service is 5 star... When we signed up Alicia in the office was assigned to our account and she has treated us so well! It was raining badly the day we were suppose to have our first treatment, but the route manager personally stopped by to introduce himself and explain that they would delay treatment until the weather cleared. However, he still took time to walk the property with us, educating us about their service and answering all of our questions, not even phased it was pouring rain!! He didn't try to rush us. Caution paying in advance! I paid for 1-year service (they don't do contracts...for reason). After 10 months I was not satisfied with my lawn service and canceled. Their treatments left white spots all over my lawn. I asked for a refund for the remaining 2 months on the 1-year service agreement and was told my service was complete and that the service period runs from January to December? I continue to receive phone calls and email from their sales team--ugh! read more

Excellent company. For several years now our yard had been useless to us due to increasing intense mosquito and tick problems. BOG changed that. They always call before coming out so you know what day they're arriving and the techs are to a one friendly. They're reliable and efficient and they gave me my garden back. They show up when they say they will and even respond to emergency calls when we get monsoon rains like this year and that causes break through yard pest issues. They're even considerate about not spraying my vegetable garden during prime growing season. Have recommended them to several neighbors. read more

We use BOG for both regular pest control at a rental location and also for a termite issue at our own home. They are very friendly and came out quickly to handle the termite problem. The technician cleaned up after himself and left the area looking better than when he came! I would recommend them highly. read more

Unfortunately it isn't often these days that one has the opportunity to say kind things about a company. In the day and age that most companies are out to get whatever they can out of you, I have found a company that treats the customer fair and honestly. I have a rather large nest (European Hornets) near the entrance to my cellar. I have looked on the internet to see if they eventually die off or how to get rid of them. I have learned that they die off in the winter, but since they are so protected, I was wondering if that would apply to my situation. I called BOG and asked for a free estimate to get rid of the problem. Their serviceman came out and evaluated the situation. He told me they would die off shortly outside the nest due to the cold weather and that the nest could be removed within 2 weeks and that they would not return to the same nest next year. He said not to waste my money if I could wait for their demise. If I needed them immediately removed, he could do so and gave me a price. Well it might have been entertaining to see him get all dressed up in his protective suit, I decided to wait the week or so and let nature do its thing. These people are great until you try to cancel... They started not coming out every month so I called them to cancel then suddenly I have charges on my account that need to be paid. Next month same thing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD NUMBER because they will keep charging and charging after you cancel. If they come out they don't want to spray if they don't see any bugs so basically you will be paying for someone to come out to spot bugs in your house.
