Since this is inside and hard to get to area, I am glad to have the two treatments to ensure the bees that are hatch later would be killed by the second treatment and have the longer warranty to make sure I can call them back if needed. I live in an old historical part of Baltimore and came home to the lovely surprise of a thick swarm of flying ant-like insects all over the property. (I had never dealt with a pest issue before and I was terrified at the thought of something possibly eating my recent purchase). So I called and he asked me to text him a few pictures. Turns out it was just citronella ants. (Generally harmless and definitely don't eat wood.) He could have easily taken me for a ride in my naivety, but he didn't.
