I 1,000% recommend My Guys Pest Professiona!! After seeing a mouse run into my closet I googled an exterminator and My Guys was the one nearest to me. Les showed up within 30 minutes and not only took care of my mouse problem but he also gave my home the rodent free treatment that it needed. Les truly went well beyond the call of duty. I absolutely HAAAATE mice and because of his awesome service I am able to sleep more peacefully Not to mention the price was very reasonable for the service that he offered. Les is such a great person and I HIGHLY recommend him and his company!! read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The owner did not follow up and missed appointments because he was driving. Insinuated side deals, due to problems he is experiencing with my warranty company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

Les came over and did a thorough check at my house and was available to help me with suggestions after he left when I was ready to act on some of his suggestions. He came over the same morning that I called. He discussed pricing with me up front, which was nice because I knew what to expect ahead of time. read more

I can confidently say Les is a consummate professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, extremely friendly and open to any and all questions regarding pests. He was able to help us secure our property to make sure there were no entry points for rodents as we had found countless droppings when we moved in last month. He also sprayed the exterior and interior windows and doors to help prevent insects from entering our home. While here he explained everything he was doing and was very conscious of our pets when determining a solution for our problems. I will be recommending Les to friends and family as well as calling him in the future if I have any pest removal needs. read more

The positive reviews are legit. I feel so much better now. Came on Yelp yesterday and got the service today. Thanks to everyone who responded. Stressful times. We went around the house, I learned a lot. Found ant colonies in a few places, including two old discarded solar motion lights that had become ant apartments, they were inside and underneath them. Sprayed those. These ants have made their way into the kitchen as well over the years. Back to the spiders. I was actually heating up reading online that spray may not work as well on spiders because of their long legs and you need to spray em in their face. All of them? Giant spiders and their 30-50 newborns moved into the kitchen. After it dropped down from the light fixture and was right in front of my face, I got mad and killed it. Thought that was it. Nope. Found the babies the next day. Today two more giants were found dead after Les sprayed. One we saw fall dead and Les removed it. One giant spider I saw later that I thought was the one we saw dead earlier but it wasn't. So there were at least 3. I'll attach a photo. Les removed webs from everywhere. I appreciate the help. I was skeptical about all those perfect reviews but I believe today. read more

Fantastic service from a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend. I've called Les twice--the first time he saved me money by advising me how to get rid of a wasp nest on my own. The second time he helped me deal with a pest problem. Both times he was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. read more

I don't have much to say here. Les picked up the phone the first time I called and was super thoughtful and helpful with some thoughts on my pest issue. He told me he'd send an email with some prices and with times for an appointment for him to come out, and he never did, and I never heard from him again. Since you gotta get pest issues resolved elsewhere, I had to move on to someone who was more responsive. It's not helpful to threaten or harass companies that are too busy to take on your work, and each one of us is not the most important job in the world (except to us!) - so just move on if you can't get helped in the timeframe you need. read more

After leaving my last review and further communicating with Leslie, he came through and helped us with our pest issue. Fortunately the night I left my review, little Jerry found himself on the traps I had set up prior to getting Leslie out to me. We still wanted Leslie to come out because we didn't know how bad our pest issue was. Once Leslie arrived at our house, it was immediately evident that he is great at what he does. It seems like we were unlucky and were caught in a bad storm of his calendar mixup (which explains why no one else left bad reviews). Leslie spent a great amount of time in our home going through every nook and cranny searching for entry ways, which he found a few, and sealed those he could. He was very thorough in his explanations, provided a plethora of information as well as tips for getting our home back to "normal." NOW that I know the quality of work he provides, it makes sense why his reviews were stellar and it further proves why I chose to give him our business and will continue to do so. I understand mishaps happen, we just happened to be the unlucky customers that particular time. What's even more impressive was his follow-up to make sure we got the additional work he suggested completed and wanted to schedule a follow up visit in July - that is the type of service I most appreciate. He must be the mouse whisperer because so far, there are no sightings of Mickey, or Minnie, Or Jerry -_-. Thanks Leslie! read more

Done and DONE! So grateful! Telling you I HATE bugs, is an understatement. In less than 24 hours of sending my first message, Leslie was at my front door ready to solve my problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot and he educated me on what I was experiencing and how to address the problem. He took care of the outside and inside of my home. The price was reasonable and we'll definitely have him back on a seasonal rotation. Highly recommend! THANK YOU for the great service! read more

He was a no show/no call the day I was supposed to do the initial check for bedbugs but came another day. Then he did not get back with me EVER when I asked his availability for treatment over a month ago. I had to go with Terminix unfortunately :( Bedbugs are a nuisance that takes a huge toll on peoples' mental health so I wish the situation was taken more seriously. I hope whatever he's going through to where he can't even do his job, gets better. read more

Very professional. Very thorough. Went above and beyond. Came to handle a yellow jacket colony that was making its way into the house but did a walk around and noticed a small hole that could become an entryway for mice and snakes - sealed it up. I appreciated that when I suggested they were honeybees, he directed me to the local apiary which would have done the removal for free. Not a lot of people would have the integrity to talk themselves out of a job. The owner, Les Moore, was also interested in educating about the difference between yellow jackets (still trying to figure out their purpose) and honeybees (pollinators). I'm always good for a lesson! Also, the price was great and the response time was quick. read more

Based on my experience with Les, I'm being very generous with two stars. I hired him based on yelp reviews, but what a big mistake. Les was great up front to get the job but fell flat afterwards. He rushed the job, scattered around a bunch of cheap, ineffective glue traps and left with several hundred easy in his pocket. He did not do do thorough work and left key areas untreated and did not work as requested and discussed in advance. I gave him an opportunity to make good on his word and work but he quickly turned argumentative with nothing but rude excuses. What a complete waste of time and money dealing with his unprofessional, incomplete and lazy work. Next time Les is NOT my guy!!! read more

Les is beyond skilled at his work, extremely knowledgable, courteous, kind, helpful, and all-in-all a consummate professional. He didn't hesitate to help us promptly when we spotted a mouse late on a Sunday night, and he went above and beyond not only to ensure that we felt safe and secure in our home (setting traps, filling holes in our wall behind appliances, examining each room thoroughly) but also to explain the methods of his work and home protection. We are so appreciative of his work, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Les to our friends and neighbors. We will personally be saving his number for future home inspections. He is the friendliest and truly most skilled professional we have had the pleasure of working with, and he made a stressful day better. Thank you, Les! read more

Les did a wonderful job of treating my condo, as well as accommodating my work schedule and need for services on the weekend. He arrived on time for a routine pest spraying on a day, I'd had an infestation of fruit flies from leftover vegetation in the trash. He not only treated for pests, but patiently examined the entire condo unit, provided me information on abatement, and a provided a thorough spraying of the unit to treat the swarm of fruit flies as well. He gave me information for a recurring mouse problem I have (from living next to an unoccupied unit) and even set the mouse traps strategically throughout the condo for me. The fruit flies were gone within a day and I haven't seen evidence of the mouse since. Les also called the next day to follow up, given that I was visibly disturbed by both the mouse and numerous fruit flies. The service and professionalism were great and I would highly recommend My Guy Pest Professionals. read more

Les was awesome! We were plagued with weird flying bugs. He was super responsive to my request through Yelp, and before coming over, he helped me figure out what they might be. He was really flexible with timing and very thorough in evaluating the problem and offering up a solution. I unfortunately had a bad pest problem due to no fault of my own but had to fix it. Les came in and gave an assessment and worked with my horrible situation. He was kind, professional, and helpful. He came up with a detailed treatment plan and was great. I did as he recommended and things worked out great. I appreciate how detailed he was in his inspection and in coming up with a treatment plan for my situation. He is knowable and fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem. I contacted this company to nip a potential infestation in the bud. We just moved into a new home, and unfortunately purchased a used appliance, which brought baby roaches into our home. I contacted them yesterday morning, and they ignored me. I contacted them a second time about five hours later, threatening to go elsewhere. It was then, and only then, that he responded, and said he would get back to me in a few hours. He never responded to me, which tells me he does not need the business. I moved on to another company. If you are in need of an exterminator, I would bypass this one and not waste your time. Your problem will be growing while he is ignoring you. read more

Like many, I freaked out when I heard a little mouse scurry in a downstairs closet. Despite having a long time affection for cute little Jerry, of my favorite cartoon show 'Tom & Jerry, to have one in real life was not going to go over well in real life. I called on a Saturday midday and despite the call of desperation that I wanted the little one gone pronto, Les was super cool and not only provided some comforting words, he also came by despite having another client. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, took the little one and provided some preventative measures. I highly recommend his services to anyone wanting a personable professional who does great work. read more

I don't hand out 5 stars lightly, so I'll start there. I analyze reviews for hours if I need to for any type of service, so just because a business has five starts doesn't automatically mean that I'll contact them. I look at the stars, the comments, the quantity to determine if this business will even get a call. That is what I did for my current pest problem. I currently already have a routine pest control company. They have a roster of clients they have to see each day. They answer questions quickly and get out and leave me with a "give us a call" if you need something else. So I was not just looking for the next "chain" pest control business. So I found another company that had good reviews, the "receptionist" answered and couldn't answer any of my questions, but took my name, number, address and made an appointment so the technician could come out and give me prices then. (Say What?) She couldn't give me any details about the service, a price range, or anything. Ok. So then I called My Guy Pest Professionals. A gentleman answered immediately, no crazy hold music nor being "routed" to the next representative. He asked me a few questions about my issues. I asked him a zillion more questions about his method, the process, and 30 minutes later, I knew I was in good hands. We needed a specialist, someone who would take the time to listen and answer our questions and would not rush me to get to the next job on his roster. Today, Les came to our home and did a thorough inspection. He made recommendations and gave us more education than anybody has ever!!! He is a specialist and knows his stuff. His prices are more than reasonable and fair. Seriously, excellent customer service. While I'll have to wait for the "results", I'm 100% confident that my pest problem will soon be a thing of the past. read more

I called Les in the morning to deal with a minor pest problem I suspected. He was busy at another job, but text back immediately stating he'd call me back, but in the meantime asked me to describe my problem via text. He assured me he'd call me back when he was free. He called me later that day and we discussed the issue and he told me he'd be right over. Les showed up and did a complete inspection of the house. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and identified some other issues as well. He laid traps, took care of a wasps nest and fill some holes that could've served as possible entryways for pests. The service was outstanding and Les is friendly and knowledgeable guy, I highly recommend his services, 5 stars A++++ read more

We were freaking out when Mickey and Minnie decided to set up shop in our basement. Our landlord called Les this afternoon and he arrived at my door within the hour. Hopefully we will not need his services again, but if we do, we will call My Guy. If you need an exterminator, we highly recommend this company. read more

I freaked out after seeing a cute (but obviously killer) mouse in our house a couple of days ago. I spent the entire night scouring Yelp for a good exterminator, barely slept a wink. When I called Les the next morning I was barely coherent from sleep deprivation, yet, he managed to sort out what I was saying and we were able to schedule a time for him to check it out that same day. Les was 100% professional, took his time to check nearly every corner of the house for signs of rodent life, sealed up holes where they were likely to get in and out. I was jumpy the entire time due to the 3 shots of espresso I had to ingest to make it through my work day and I'm sure I was annoying the hell out of him but he did a great job nonetheless. He laid down some traps and even checked some termite tunnels he found in the garage to make sure they weren't active. The very next day Mickey was a goner. And y'know, once I saw ha little body in the trap, I actually felt kinda bad about having to take him out like that... he was kinda cute after all, in a disease infested rodent kinda way. Anyway, slept like a baby last night. Thanks To My Guy! read more
